大尾篤玩完水,附近搵地方晚餐,見到呢間舖頭裝修企理,餐牌吸引就入去食。泰國嘢基本上唔會差得去邊,最鐘意啲酸辣爽既美食泰式燒豬頸肉 4.5/5好食,燒得好香,又唔會太乾,配上辣醬食一流。泰式雞肉生菜包 4/5生菜新鮮,雞肉碎份量足夠,由芫荽洋蔥炒乾而成。泰式醉貓豬肉炒河 4.5/5原本以為係肉片,但原來係肉碎,炒得好香,有穫氣,嗰啲豆粒清爽甘甜,寬河粉又爽又滑,辣得過嚟。馬拉盞炒通菜 3/5食泰菜必叫既通菜,煮得太淋,唔夠爽脆,但都好食。芭堤雅煎蠔餅 3/5一上菜就好香既蛋味,但無乜蠔,最好快啲食,凍左就會腥。地理:對面就係泊車咪錶位,方便渣車人士,始終呢到大尾篤得巴士小巴入嚟,好少可突登入嚟食呢啲。環境:乾淨企理,5點半入座,未有太多客人,坐得舒服。價錢:每人160蚊食到呢啲質素算係咁,性價比高,本身以為會比人當遊客咁劏。服務:上菜快,細心,會同客人講咩菜會辣。…Read More

入大尾篤除了BBQ、大眾踩單車郊遊上之外, 還有可吃泰菜, 我不想弄污雙手, 所以建議行程還是先吃泰菜, 才踏單車, 走到水壩那邊, 坐在石壆上休息, 微風吹著是何其寫意.食泰菜,金柚沙律是必點的!大蝦約兩至三隻,整個沙律是最好的前菜,金柚夠清甜,少少酸味的汁,很開胃, 中間亦有脆脆的乾蝦粒。很欣賞在賣相方面的心思, 以柚皮及生菜把沙律包裹著泰式燒豬頸肉燒得夠香口, 每片厚薄適中, 肉汁仍在, 淨吃已經好夠味, 要再惹味些, 沾隨碟的泰式辣汁就最正.炸蝦餅亦是非常值得推介! 蝦餅的彈牙程度十足, 最抵讚是不會過於油淋, 加上有泰式醬汁, 頓時覺得熱氣度減退.泰國雞飯出名, 其實豬手同樣好吃! 這份秘醬無骨豬手可真頂呱呱~ ~ 識食當然是食滑嘟嘟的豬皮, 少少黏口, 一點也不覺肥膩, 心只想著: 骨膠原, haha. 由於是骨已起, 吃時完全不需擔心有骨, 就一口咬下, 豬手肉夠軟稔, 碰上甜甜的秘製醬汁, 好sweet.嗱! 冬蔭功是沒理由不喝的! 兩隻大頭蝦兼有雞脾菇等等, 雖然略嫌檸檬葉的味道不算很突出, 但酸辣度完全合我口味, 寒冷天氣下喝一碗, 即時暖笠笠, 而且排一排汗, 有感對身體也好啊.泰式菜類之中, 泰式矮瓜是我的大愛, 其次就是椰菜苗. 炸香的蒜子其實幾好吃, 當然重點是夠嫩而不韌的椰菜苗, 完全不需擔心有臭青味, 火喉很夠!吃飽飽就開始我們的單車遊啦~ let's go!!!…Read More

年紀大,對於踩單車這些通常猛吸紫外線的活動都會可避則避,這天本來也推卻了活動,卻重新審視起來,因為天色是陰陰的,yeah!單車後的指定節目都是來到大尾督這一排幾間的泰國菜吃飯的,隨便的進了一間PATAYA,去到已是下午2時許,下午茶才剛開始,$3X一個餐好像很划算,可是運動過後,大家都有點餓了,大家都開始點著小菜來說。餐廳內外都極具泰國風情,即使冬天店員都穿著綠色花花短恤衫(內有長袖底衫),對於快要出發到泰國旅行的小妹來說,恰好預先徜徉於此百嘗不厭的風情之中 頭盤 泰式燒豬頸肉、炸蝦餅,炸蝦餅是普通了一點,就是無論哪一間餐廳也弄得好的;豬頸肉也不錯啊,醃得入味也燒得香口。冬蔭功湯好有蝦味啊~~~當然啦,幾隻手掌長過手掌的大蝦一起煮,冬蔭功主要調味香料是南薑、香茅、莞茜、蔥、檸檬葉、辣椒和魚露,這個湯應該相當重手,所以有點過鹹了…芭提雅酸芒骨香魚是推介啊~~~~怎麼說,小妹真的妹仔肚,這個魚的配菜幾乎被全小妹全滅了。事實上,炸魚本身炸衣做得乾身一D都唔油,夾住配菜非常好吃,配菜好吃因為有酸芒果、西柚、腰果、青瓜絲、蒜頭,其中就是酸芒果成了定勝原因,如果用的是甜芒果,差別會很大啊~~~椰菜苗濃濃的蒜香 泰式曹池珍寶大頭蝦,一客是兩隻的(即4邊),店方見我們6人便很貼心的建議點例半(即3隻6邊),大家都可以試下。再以薄餅點咖哩汁,好好味啊~~~千層糕的層次很豐富,有口感又煙韌,而斑蘭味道有夠清新,加上點點的椰漿,不太甜 西米糕甜度亦不錯,椰汁味頓時充滿口腔中 裝潢、制服、菜色都是一樣泰國風情,還不是真泰國菜!?…Read More
