下班之後在葵芳附近,突然想吃泰國菜,打開OpenRice 搜尋發現這家,位置很好找😌雖然是晚餐時段,但客人沒有很多,隨便找位置就坐下了,待應阿姨好有禮貌。堂食沒很多客人但他們的外賣也堆滿了,生意非常好。看到餐脾上有不少二人餐選擇,而且有我喜歡的生菜包,就選了個$278的。上菜時間也十分快,而且服務好好👍🏻肉碎生菜包🥬一般泰菜的生菜包都會有點辣,但這裡的完全不辣,如果不太吃辣的朋友我覺得味道是不錯了,但肉碎偏濕,個人認為可以乾一點。份量比外面的都多,生菜也有好多片。馬拉盞炒通菜🥬通菜好新鮮好有獲氣,但不會好多油,菜上面還有炸蒜,不過我覺得還是可以辣一點,那就更惹味了😋泰式炒金邊粉味道甜甜酸酸的香茄味十分開胃,還有大大粒蝦仁🍤份量和配料都好多,像豆乾,蝦米,而且也不貴,CP值爆燈😆大推!冬陰功海鮮湯🦞個人覺得味道一般,夠辣味,海鮮不是很多,也有香菇和蕃茄,湯水好多好大碗,酸起來還很辣很開謂。…Read More

今晚同爸爸來葵芳食晚餐,黎左呢間泰國餐廳。餐廳入面有十張檯左右,食客不少,而且仲有好多人叫外賣,生意不錯。食完先見到openrice book位係指定時段會有折,可惜我今晚係即興walkin…冇折了。不過呢間餐廳都好抵食,平民價,正。點了個泰式炒金邊粉,呢碟粉份量好多,我同爸爸兩人都吃了好多碗似的,好足量。另外,味道都好惹味,濃濃既香茄味,好惹味好開胃,入面仲有好多配料,如豆腐乾、蝦米、又有爽口彈牙既蝦,啖啖肉,正。呢個金邊粉又大兜又惹味,好抵食。另外仲點了一些小食,我同爸爸都好鍾意食泰式串燒,所以點了四串。串燒有雞、豬、牛可供選擇。我們點了兩豬兩雞。啖啖肉好好味,沾埋個沙嗲醬好好味,又香又濃味,唔錯。食下呢d香口小食,十分開胃。另外,呢款小菜,真心超推介。泰式芒果絲脆炸鱸魚。鱸魚起肉再脆,有好多件香炸鱸魚球,啖啖肉好香脆好好味,脆卜卜。呢個餸仲好岩小朋友食,因為炸魚好香口,又冇骨,食起來好方便又好味。我仲超鍾意個堆芒果絲,因好fresh,好香,酸酸甜甜好清新開胃,夾起了芒果絲再夾埋舊炸鱸魚,一啖放入口,香香甜甜酸酸,脆卜卜又啖啖肉,口感同味道都好正。所以呢個餸真係好開胃,岩曬熱辣辣既夏天食。連魚頭、魚尾、魚骨都炸了的,所以鍾意食魚骨既朋友都實好鍾意呢個餸。仲點了兩款消暑泰式飲品。椰青,清爽又解暑,好正,夏天飲椰青一流另一杯是鹹檸七,咸咸酸酸好解渴,正。呢間餐廳平民價,質素高,唔錯。…Read More

今晚在新都會廣場買完東西,突然想吃泰國菜,上網發現這家泰星匯泰國菜好像不錯,於是來試試水準。餐廳環境是一般街坊泰菜的水平,平日晚市亦接近全院滿座,記得要早點到。餐廳泰菜選擇頗多,小食、沙律、主菜、咖哩、粉麵飯類、甜品各種各樣都有,全是正正經經的傳統的泰式食品,沒有整色整水的假泰菜,更有多種泰國特色飲品。青木瓜絲沙律 $75前菜點了最經典的青木瓜沙律Som tum試試水準,青木瓜甜中帶酸,口感清脆爽口,配上泰式魚露沙律汁,酸甜鹹鮮香辣俱全,是正宗泰國的辣度,令人胃口大開。泰式炒金邊粉 $68Pad Thai同樣是經典的泰菜之一,金邊粉入口味道不單一死實,酸甜調味有層次,口感彈牙煙韌,同時重本用上大蝦,金邊粉鑊氣十足,令人一口接一口。菠蘿海鮮炒飯 $68海鮮炒飯鑊氣十足,上枱時仍冒煙,配料味道突出,用上新鮮的菠蘿、提子乾、鮮蝦、魷魚等,粗糙細膩並存,每一口都有味道及口感不同的變化。明爐鱸魚 $178原條新鮮鱸魚明爐上枱,鱸魚即叫即炸新鮮熱辣上枱,魚肉煮得恰到好處,肉厚鮮嫩,加上泰式檸檬湯底,微酸清香,檸檬葉、香茅以及青檸的味道層次分明,只是比泰國地道的少了一分辣度,更適合港人口味。鮮青檸梳打 $25最後點了一客泰式青檸梳打,一吸入口,頓然遍體生涼,暑氣全消,新鮮味道酸甜可喜,同時腴而不膩,是夏日佳饌。…Read More
