位於灣仔跟銅鑼灣中間的一間小店,門面不是太起眼,但店內裝修乾淨舒服。一進店內就會見到泰式炸咸肉掛在食物架上,真係勁吸引!不過呢次都係得兩個人,點唔到太多野食,但已經決定下次再來!今日點了3樣野,泰菜黎講真係令我喜出望外!首先介紹泰式無骨海南雞拼炸雞飯,炸海南雞在香港很少見,食過九龍城幾間泰菜,都找不到炸的海南雞,一次過食兩款不同的雞,真係好滿足!炸雞不會太乾,但略嫌炸皮比較厚身,炸或原味海南雞雞味十足!好食!再點了泰式金邊粉,它是屬於比較濕身,夠酸也夠辣!蝦新鮮彈牙!只是覺得份量比較少,有d唔夠喉!但要小心,如果撈埋邊邊的辣椒粉會好辣嫁!要特別介紹就係呢樣胡椒豬雜湯!之前係泰國一個當地家庭飲過,果次飲完之後,番黎香港好想再飲,但都搵唔到,咁岩見到呢間小店有,而且只需35蚊,就點了一個!豬雜新鮮沒有蘇味沒有臭味!湯底更是重胡椒,勁足料!最中意湯中的粉腸,夠冧吸滿湯汁,真係想再食多兩舊!就係因呢個豬雜湯,令我十分驚喜!小店的水準十分之高!令我想再試食埋佢其他野!下次再去灣仔一定會再來幫襯!…Read More

在灣仔途經這一間新開張的海南雞飯店,見價錢十分便宜,就和男朋友來這裏吃晚餐。設計風格有點像東南亞地區的餐廳,鐵枱鐵櫈感覺有點像去了旅行。泰式無骨海南雞飯雞件超級鮮嫩,肉質細嫩,很新鮮,沾了泰式酸甜醬真是很好吃,另外送上的清湯亦不錯。而油飯帶一點油香味,配上雞件一流!泰式炒金邊粉味道酸酸甜甜,辣椒碎不建議加太多,我太貪心撈勻了結果很辣!這個炒金邊粉味道都幾正宗,懷念泰國呢。泰式炒通菜鑊氣十足,不算太油膩,好味道!點了一個椰青解渴,很大個,椰青水很清甜,而且椰青肉很容易刮出來,最後吃走所有白色肉,飽肚滿足。這間新開的海南雞飯店真是超級有驚喜,在灣仔旺區地段仍有十分便宜的價錢,實屬難得,最重要是味道正宗。…Read More
