我唔確定 Mango Tree 嘅泰國菜式係唔係正宗啦,但係佢嘅味道絕對係非常之好食。呢度向大家介紹幾款菜式。菠蘿海鮮炒飯雖然份量並唔係好大份,但係相信各位單純係睇圖片都可以感受到呢一份菠蘿海鮮炒飯有幾咁足料。性價比例嚟講如果係講味道嘅話係幾抵食嘅,但係或者大家有個心理準備先,就係如果你大食嘅話應該未必夠你飽肚,當然如果你想食其他嘢都值得推薦。泰北胡椒燒春雞呢個燒春雞就真係值得推薦!首先,佢份量非常之大份,絕對係成隻春雞絕無偷工減料。其次係佢嘅口感,春雞嘅肉質非常之鮮嫩多汁,絕對唔會有乾柴柴嘅感覺,所以就咁食冇話配其他食物或者飲品都非常之惹味。味道方面燒春雞非常之香甜,我知好多其他地方食燒春雞或者會感覺到好油膩或者好鹹,但係呢度嘅燒春雞完全冇咁嘅感覺,就好似係炆煮出嚟嘅一樣,只不過皮上多咗一陣燒出嚟嘅芳香。芒果樹黃咖喱海鮮多士盒唔好睇佢賣相麻麻好似好多黃色液體溢出嚟咁,佢嘅味道真係好!好!好!食!黃咖喱絕無油膩感,佢非常之香,配上烘煮過嘅多士錦上添花,加上海鮮新鮮嘅感覺,使成為呢間餐廳嘅必食菜式。黃咖喱炭燒龍蝦撈麵呢個面又係值得推薦嘅。餐廳採用嘅龍蝦並唔係嗰啲好廉價冇咩味道嘅龍蝦,而係非常之有鮮味嘅。黃咖喱汁配上油麵互相輝映,加上海鮮嘅味道使整個菜式非常之豐富美味。…Read More

在太古如果想吃泰國菜的話,第一時間會想到的是 Mango Tree 以前還在附近上班有吃過午餐,今次來吃晚餐。原來晚上會有二人或四人套餐二人套餐 ($468) - 當中包括小食+主菜+飯麵菜+甜品+飲品。之後再散點其他的就夠四人吃吧!✦ 雜錦拼盤  - 有泰式炸魚餅、炭燒雞牛沙嗲串、柚子大蝦沙律以為套餐的串燒會差,但出奇地沒燒到很乾~柚子沙律酸酸地~開胃,大蝦亦都彈牙呢✦ 泰北胡椒燒春雞  - 雞脾好滑嫩,沒想到雞胸都軟嫩又有肉汁。我沒有點那個醬也覺得很夠味的啊✦ 泰式大蝦金邊粉 - 帶少許甜味的金邊粉,汁料很夠!✦ 甜品拼盤 - 平時常會吃到的泰式甜品都包括在內。但芒果有點酸,紫糯米飯也偏硬身了點。不過泰式斑蘭千層糕和椰汁西米糕倒是不錯。二人套餐包了兩杯飲品 ,選鮮青檸梳打和橙汁都不用額外加錢。另外我們加點了3樣食物和2杯飲品 ✦ 招牌冬蔭功 ($148 / 2人用)  -辣味重一些,帶酸的味道更有層次感。而且上到桌還有火烘著保持溫度。只是其中的蝦像是煮太久? 有點太稔那樣子✦ 南瓜牛尾煲 ($138)  - 牛尾超軟嫩,只是用夾子一夾就和骨分離了本身炆得入味再加上咖喱~十分惹味的喔!✦ 蒜蓉包 ($38) - 因為有咖喱才點的,有四片。意外每片都好大塊!蒜蓉味剛好,外層頗脆口✦ 泰式鴛鴦 ($48) - 單吃雪糕會覺得很甜,鴛鴦味道略淡,所以當雪糕溶掉後就剛剛好囉✦ 棉花糖珍珠奶茶 ($48) - 堆成山的棉花糖 (笑) 這杯是朋友點的。…Read More

最近的交通, 在主要地區仍是要預留多點時間的, 但也是值得這樣做的. 早前去到太古城的Mango Tree Kitchen吃晚飯, 也是我離開鰂魚涌後再次重踏這片土地.  等候朋友期間, 我就先點飲品來解渴, 指定特色飲品是買一送一, 那我就選芒果柚子特飲, 以鮮芒果、柚子、芒果汁及橙汁調成, 也不錯啊~  其他飲品也吸睛, 例如泰式珍珠奶茶、泰式鴛鴦等等.跟一般溏心蛋不同, Mango Tree Kitchen的溏心女婿蛋外層是輕輕炸至金黃色, 蛋白部份軟滑, 蛋黃也是真的溏心. 不過這道菜的重點也在於醬汁, 是茄汁做基底, 夠特別. 女婿蛋只限太古城店供應, 要吃就要記住啊~   冬蔭炸雞翼是當晚最最最滋味的! 香脆不油膩, 少少冬蔭功味, 大愛!一煲招牌冬蔭功大概有三至四碗, 上枱時以小蠟燭保熱, 確保湯夠熱. 湯的酸辣度合我口味, 雖有大虎蝦, 惟肉質未算彈牙, 反而欣賞湯內的菇菇.  同為太古城店限定的是泰北胡椒燒春雞, 4人分享份量最好, 燒得非常香口, 皮脆肉嫩, 一定要趁熱吃, 就能嚐到肉汁滿滿的雞肉. 本身塗了在春雞的醬汁稍甜, 建議沾伴碟辣汁, 減甜更美味.    吃泰菜就是吃咖喱, 猶豫於青咖喱與黃咖喱, 最終選了黃咖喱海鮮盒.  挖空了的麵包能盛載很多海鮮例如蝦、魷魚、青口, 黃咖喱辣度不高, 但也算香.怎說也是澱粉質, 點了這份就能代替粉麵啊!  濃味過後, 椰皇粟米新地是清新、是香甜的, 椰子味雪糕奶味不會太重, 少少輕盈感很好, 吃到底發現有軟滑椰子肉, 寶物尋歸底~ 餐廳的璧畫帶東南亞style, 枱上亦有多肉植物, 假天花也有綠色植物裝飾, 彷彿走進泰國園林用餐. …Read More
