路上突然之間見到呢間好似新開嘅肥佬記,見到有個招牌寫住豬雜粉,突然之間兩眼發光,今晚嘅晚餐有著落喇
入到去點咗一個胡椒鮮豬雜湯米粉,豬雜嘅份量都幾多,有粉腸,有豬心,豬潤,仲有條脆脆地類似喉嘅物體,加咗少少胡椒令個湯提升咗唔少,又可以闢咗個腥味,飲落去幾暖身鮮甜。招牌杏汁燉豬肺湯,呢碗湯都好大碗,杏味適中,豬肺清潔得乾淨,成個湯都係好濃稠,唔會好稀。沙薑豬,豬手處理得乾淨,沒有毛,軟軟糯糯中帶點爽脆,跟砂姜汁絕配。胡椒鮮豬雜豬油撈麵,撈麵同豬雜湯係分開上,先用豬油將面撈好,再配上豬雜、配上湯、湯同豬油可以覆蓋咗面鹼水嘅味,味道豐富。凍奶茶,茶香,絲滑。又係一餐心滿意足嘅晚餐。
