紮根香港超過80年的龍華酒店,在沙田的歷史簿上面必定出現,每次坐火車經過沙田與火炭之間都會見到酒店大大個舊式霓虹燈牌 ,酒店門口依舊保留"龍華酒店” 的篆書牌篇,走過那條懷舊又勁打卡嘅紅燈籠路,就到餐廳位置喇! 餐廳一直保留50,60年袋嘅裝修,古色古香,話說龍華係以前嘅拍戲勝地,牆上掛著很多粵語片的照片,很有懷舊風味!二人餐  $498🔮龍華招牌紅燒乳鴿 (2隻)特登叫唔切開原隻上,因為佢知我要手機先食,所以唔切開就可以保留肉汁,果然用手撕開,特別係脾位,真係有肉汁流出來,鴿皮香而肉質嫩,侍應還會給係手套的,等你可以慢慢lup番D骨😄 🔮金沙海皇魚肚羮以大量蝦頭和海鮮熬成湯底,十分鮮甜,而且湯料有齊魚,蝦,蟹,啖啖肉!Thumb up! 🔮蒜蓉粉絲蒸元貝 (4隻)扇貝雖不是很大隻,不過十分新鮮,而個蒜蓉豆抽料勁正呀!粉絲又索哂d蒜蓉汁,超入味呀! 🔮欖菜肉碎四季豆我一直都唔係好鍾意食欖菜的,不過太后勁鍾意,佢話以前成日拎來炒餸撈飯食的.四季豆走油再連肉質番炒,爽甜惹味!拎來送粥一流呀! 🔮沙田滑雞粥沙田龍華雞粥遠近馳名,今日終於俾我試到了!果然不負所望.粥底非常綿滑, 以熬雞湯煮粥,米粒鮮甜美味,雞件肉質香滑又有米香,最喜歡粥底有很多生菜絲,使粥香更帶點清新感!不愧為沙田名物呀! 🔮山水豆腐花   $28套餐無包,所以特登另外叫. 太后話好N年前係用道風山上的山澗水來整,所以有此山水之名!當然依家就緊係唔係啦!豆花質地很滑,很有豆香.只落糖水保持清甜味!同出面懷舊豆腐舖的有點相似不過專程來到當然要試埋最後一寶啦!…Read More

香港+乳鴿  =  沙田+龍華。龍華的乳鴿,由小時候起計,連外賣相信已吃過近廿次,對一個非沙田友的九龍人來說,倒也不少吧!開幕於1951年的沙田龍華酒店,以色香味俱全的乳鴿最為出名,而他們其他的風味美食也算是可以之上。甚有特色的園林雅趣格調的裝修,無論牌匾或是沿路的裝飾都保留著五六十年代的風格,他們有一個小廳曾是李小龍的《唐山大兄》拍攝地。曾試過在那小廳進餐,可惜樓底低,燈光昏暗,相信會較適合老外。名叫酒店,龍華過去曾是間經營有十間客房的旅館,從新聞節目及報章得知著名武俠小說作家金庸曾於酒店長住來創作小說。龍華酒店的網頁自稱有〝沒吃過龍華乳鴿等於沒有到香港〞的美譽,但我從來都覺得並沒有言過其實,乳鴿真的超好吃啊!龍華的乳鴿是以先滷後炸的方法處理,所以皮脆肉嫩,味鮮而且肉汁豐富,縱使不及從前的美味,但我仍覺得是香港之冠。其他風味美食及小炒全都算是水準之作,椒鹽食品,如椒鹽魷魚鬚等,非常惹味香口。沙田滑雞粥,粥底綿密加滑嫩雞肉,非常鮮甜;另外,炒鴿旦亦是不錯的特色菜式。2015年11月龍華曾因牌照續約問題,差點就關門大吉,所以當時新聞一出,我便立即放工去吃了一次,幸好最後暫時解決了,我還之後多吃了好幾次;很希望這些「很香港」的味道,可以保留和繼續傳承下去!…Read More

L92679411 服務態度極差, 問佢炒時菜有乜菜時, 仕應只會答你唔知, 廚房有乜菜就煮乜菜冇得揀, 再問如果咁岩D菜唔岩食點算, 佢只會答你 "冇辨法" ......... -_-"
