小學到中學時期,我家住在紅磡區,所以對紅磡的一點一滴也特別擁有很多回憶.還記得小學時期,爸爸特別喜歡帶我們到文記大排檔食飯,這時文記是為於紅磡消防局隔離的大排檔其中之一,這大排檔在10多年前已全部清拆,而文記大排檔便搬到紅磡市政街市2樓的熟食中心,還記得剛搬去的頭幾年,我和我的家人間中也有去支持一下,但自從10年前搬離紅磡區,我們已經很少機會再去了.今天的星期日,媽媽沒有煮飯,爸爸突然靈機一觸,便見意到紅磡文記食飯,就是這樣,今晚我和爸媽轉程搭車到文記.還記得上一次到文記食飯,已經是08年前父親節,還記得這一次,我們一家四口也同樣覺得,食物的質素真是退步了,看看兩年後的今晚,可否保留著10多年前的水準,還是再一次令我們失望呢?今晚來文記食飯,只有爸爸媽媽和我,我們三人也很民主的,每人選擇一個小菜,爸爸很快地揀選了,他在打冷檔最喜歡的1)鹵水拼盆還記得10多年前來過文記,也order了這一個鹵水拼盆,但記得當年碟子大一點,碟子上的鹵水拼盆也是滿滿的,但今天的鹵水拼盆碟子細了,價錢就加了價了.不過,雖然是加了價,但味道總算不錯,特別是魷魚夠爽口,豬腸夠入味. 不錯.2) 沙拉骨沙拉骨,是母親大人的最愛. 記得最近一次吃沙拉骨,是在大埔三小姐的大排檔中,超好味,仍在懷念中,但文記和三小姐的沙拉骨相比之下,文記真的輸了很多了.講真,我只能吃到沙律醬味的沙拉骨,甜酸味的沙拉骨,我真的吃不到.3) 中式牛柳無論小學時期的我,還是中學時期的我,我特別喜歡文記的中式牛柳,喜歡的便是甜甜酸酸的醬汁,我一直記在心中.可惜08年來過吃中式牛柳,和今年2010年來吃的中式牛柳也是一樣,份量比10多年前少了很多,而且吃不出甜酸味的牛柳,加上今次的牛柳還有點韌,真的再一次令我失望.10多年前和10多年後的水準,真的有一大距離.不知是否所謂"青黃不接"呢? 但我和我的家人仍佷記得,10多年前的老闆,和今天也是同一個人,一樣是落手落腳寫單,收錢,他還和員工一起穿著同一件T-shirt制服.不過,我們也覺得,雖然水準差了,但這一位老闆對員工的心也沒有變心,因很多員工也是老員工.講真,做樓面的,很多都會只做短時期,但看見文記的員工,這10多年,來來去去都是同一班人,就是這樣,相信這老闆也很照顧他們每一位員工.但照顧還照顧,都要著重食物的質素,如果食物質素仍維持現狀,相信我的兒時回憶,很快地破滅了.…Read More

又係大嫂請食飯,就平平地係自己Hung Hom地頭搵番間,本來想去老上海, 但見食評麻麻,最後選擇呢一處.我們6大1細, 叫了8餸1湯, 食到要打包走.1. 卥水拼盤 , 都好食, 幾足料.2. 椒鹽鮮魷 , 呢一樣真係頂呱呱, 好好味道3. 豉椒炒蟶子 + 4. 豉椒炒蜆 , 一般, 料係新鮮, 但豆豉落得唔夠, 唔夠味道!5. 粟米魚肚羹: 一大湯豌, 我就搵唔到魚肚嘞, 不過又煮得幾好味, 最鍾意佢夠熱, 而且稀" 結"度很適中.6. 炸乳鴿1隻 : OK7. 椒絲腐乳通菜 : 份量大8. 沙拉骨 : OK9. 原條豉汁蒸鱔 , 呢條鱔好大條, 但廚房用平時蒸例牌鱔嗰隻碟來蒸, 塞到爆,條鱔第一次上枱唔熟要番蒸, 好差, 而且同上面講過的問題一樣, 都係豆豉落得唔夠.另外叫了4個白飯和3支汽水, 埋單$560, 抵食!有兩點結論一) 環境係熟食中心, 有冷氣但唔算太涼,特別係7:00 pm後滿座就更熱, 所以決定冬天先再來過.(二) 下次再叫豉椒或豉汁菜式, 記得要叫佢加豆豉!…Read More
