同朋友去開九龍城又唔想食泰國菜, 見到呢間潮州菜館環境都幾乾淨而且價錢唔貴就試吓潮州雙拼($188)揀咗鵝片同魷魚, 鵝片唔會有太多肥膏啱我口味, 魷魚彈牙, 墊底嘅滷水豆腐都好入味汕頭蠔仔洛($108)食潮州菜我必定會叫蠔餅, 呢度嘅調味幾好而且蠔仔份量都算多, 整體表現合格潮式糖醋麵($118)唔知關唔關我哋掛住傾偈事, 個麵擺咗一陣我哋先食已經唔脆口, 但印象中以往喺其他地方食嘅糖醋麵都唔會咁樣, 呢個有少少失望三個人唔太肚餓所以叫咗三個餸加一支啤酒就算, 埋單大約$500. 店員服務態度都幾好而且見你食完都唔會催你走, 間唔中再嚟九龍城都可以考慮吓再食嘅~…Read More

九龍城除咗泰國菜館多,我相信第二多嘅就係潮州菜館,除咗一啲老舖,其實都有啲新晉嘅潮州菜館值得一試,今日我就去咗位於福佬村道嘅潮薈館。一坐低首先就有一碟前菜,呢碟酸菜集鹹、甜、酸於一身,令人相當開胃。食潮州菜又點少得滷水鵝片,呢碟鵝片份量相當多,足兩層厚,而且每片餓肉都相對地厚身,絕對係抵食。而喺底層仲有滷水豆腐,入味得嚟口感仍然嫩滑。除咗滷水鵝片,蠔餅都係必點菜式。汕頭蠔仔洛充滿淡淡的蛋香。蠔仔份量相當多,而且每隻都咁肥美飽滿。蝦棗同蟹棗可以雙拼,酥炸蝦蟹棗都唔需要額外加錢。蝦棗口感彈牙。而蟹棗更多一份鮮味。椒鹽鮮魷嘅炸漿唔算太厚,魷魚彈牙。潮州芋泥口感綿滑,甜度適中,更加能夠襯托出芋頭嘅香味,鋪面嘅白果口感變得煙韌,食完感覺甜絲絲。…Read More

潮州妹今晚又去咗九龍城搵下潮州菜食。今次試下呢間新店,試試新派潮州菜館嘅潮州菜夠唔夠地道先。餐廳裝修佈置甚具心思,採用傳統中國風格,牆身是中國山水景色,掛上舊式中國燈籠、古式深色木製餐桌餐椅,配上傳統中國菜壼及餐具等等。令人如置身古代進餐,別具風味。:)雖然是新派潮州餐館,打開餐牌一睇,除了常見潮州食品、小炒、粥麵之外,較少見嘅例如生醃瑡蚶、生醃蟹、生醃賴尿蝦都有得食。仲有炒薄殼、普寜炸豆腐等等,呢啲直頭係我兒時家庭菜式。《汕頭蠔仔洛》($108),特別推薦大家一定要試,呢個蠔仔洛是用薯粉開,加上蛋慢煎,入口已經食出不同一般蠔餅。口感較煙靭,蠔仔肥美鮮甜,而周邊嘅蛋香脆,配上魚露提鮮,絕對一試難忘。佢嘅製作方法,令我想起兒時食到媽媽嘅煎蠔餅,製法十分近似,一是用薯粉、二是非油炸而是煎,老實說不是很多地方有。《滷水鵝拼盤》($158),有鵝片,腩肉片,紅腸,滷豆腐,滷蛋角。滷水夠香夠入味,鵝肉甘香,亦是水準之作。最後忍不住㸃埋個《反沙芋》,雖然呢個芋頭不夠粉香,但發現師傅係糖中混有炒香芝麻粒,大大提升食物香味,功夫之作,可以一試。老闆娘十分好人,知我是潮州妹,見我又鍾意食反沙芋,所以仲請我試咗《芋泥》甜品。芋泥配上白果肉,芋泥獨特嘅香味同埋起沙口感,加上甜度適中,呢個甜品我幾喜愛。仲有好多菜式想試,今晚食住咁多先,下次要約多幾個人可以食多幾款懷念菜式。…Read More

九龍城又唔止淨係食泰國菜嘅,位置於九龍城福佬村道一間新開嘅潮州菜餐廳店面好有潮州小菜館嘅氣氛,側邊會有塊大玻璃見到滷味師傅斬料店內裝修設計有中國古風,茶具特別,有一種置身於係潮州泄頭食飯嘅感覺,好舒服餐廳嘅茶選用類似香片嘅茶葉,飲落清香順滑,有解膩嘅感覺,味道偏清唔濃餐廳菜式都算多款,而且都有唔少傳統菜款同價錢都唔算貴專員今次同朋友叫左4餸1湯,飽到上心口滷水掌翼 $118掌翼好入滷水味,味道唔會特別太鹹,滷水包嘅香料味滲晒出黎入晒掌翼到掌翼份量唔少,店家將掌翼再斬件夠方便食用皮肉肉質嫩滑有彈性口感,食落有脆軟骨唔會過硬附上白醋,沾少少食增加酸味可以更開胃同埋解到油膩感招牌豉油王鮮鵝腸 $188鮮鵝腸好大一碟,鮮嘅鵝腸唔似急凍鵝腸咁煮完就縮起一舊鵝腸嫩口,唔會太煙韌咬唔落嘅感覺長長一條嘅鵝腸每一條都有少量嘅脂肪,對於唔肥嘅人食埋肥膏係福音黎肥油膏超級香鵝油油味,每咬一啖油香就會跟住跑出黎豉油王嘅醬汁唔會太過鹹,油香連埋豉油鹹香嘅味道絕對係要配一杯啤酒汕頭蠔仔洛 $108唔似坊間嘅蠔仔餅,呢到嘅蠔仔洛應該係用雞蛋溝木薯粉一齊煎而唔係油炸餅身挺身唔會太軟,因為煎嘅關係油份比較少,入口亦唔會太油膩蠔仔夠多而且蠔身好飽滿,所以每一塊入口嘅時候都擔心無蠔仔嘅味道蒜炒生菜 $88炒菜夠穫香穫氣,生菜炒得唔過火夠爽脆,油唔多但蒜香嘅味道出晒黎鹹檸檬燉鴨肉湯 $128專員極力推薦菜式!第一次飲過呢種湯水,直頭大開眼界,原來咁好飲鹹檸檬平時只會加汽水或者沖熱水飲呢個湯水飲落口唔止得鹹檸檬嘅鹹香,仲有鴨肉同瘦肉肉香鴨肉好大一舊,味道依然保留鴨香湯底嘅清鹹香唔止開胃,仲可以當你食完比較油膩嘅菜之後有一種消膩感保證你邊食邊飲再繼續食餐廳菜式夠正宗夠潮,有調教過味道符合返香港人口味唔會太鹹價錢上合理,份量基本上每款都好大份,夠晒抵食呢一間潮州菜餐廳已經列入左麻甩專員必食名單,大家如果有興趣就得要預早打去訂位,因為都幾爆場…Read More
