近排真係好忙,但都想出黎鬆一鬆,於是約左朋友黎呢間月·火鳳燒鳥的居酒屋hea下,享受一下美食兼傾下計。先有呢個豆腐前菜,豆腐口感好滑,有香濃豆味,整體味道酸酸地,幾醒胃。之後有非常新鮮的三點刺身,有口感爽口嫩滑的深海池魚,鮮味又嫩口的油甘魚及油脂感豐富,入口即化的拖羅,好正啊。呢碗係香噴噴的味增煮牛舌,牛舌煮的好入味,肉質好腍,食落有啲似牛腩,有好濃郁的牛味。加上蔥同味噌調味,令牛舌味道更有層次更豐富,一食難忘。這個是我最喜歡食的炸物,有蠔同帶子。炸得香脆可口唔油膩,外脆內嫩又juice,加上檸檬汁,令啲炸蠔同炸帶子flesh得黎更好食。係居酒屋食野,必點串燒,今次都唔例外,叫了幾款串燒,而且啲串燒仲燒得好靚,味道又香,真令人流晒口水,yummy!有肉質嫩滑風味十足的雞頸(左),好少地方會有得食。口感爽脆的雞胸軟骨(右),同樣係少見的食材,吱啲檸檬汁食,令串燒啲味道更吸引。明太子免治雞肉棒(左),口感結實,而且啖啖肉,加上咸辣惹味的明太子,好味之餘仲好夾。煙肉車厘茄(中),燒得咸香脆口的煙肉包住車厘茄,咬落去爆晒啲車厘茄汁出黎好醒胃。秋葵(右)外層燒至香脆,咬落爽口,好食。嘩~呢條燒魚真心好食,見師傅係炭爐上將魚慢慢燒緊時就已經好期待。師傅將燒魚放係我地面前即時聞到好香燒魚味,我迫不及待要夾黎食。果然食落外層香口,但魚肉則鮮甜嫩滑,帶有微微的咸香味,真係一流。最後食埋這個亮晶晶又Q又彈的水信玄餅,本身沒咩味,但食落感覺清爽加上甘甜的黑糖,嗯~好味!這個日式甜品作為今餐的完美總結。…Read More

朋友介紹呢間新開既居酒屋,所以放工咁岩得閒就去試一試!一去到見到門口裝修好特別,好富有日本特色!原本店員帶左我地上二樓,二樓裝潢同佢餐廳名雙映,但最後我都係簡左坐黎係樓下Bar台,因為Bar台上面有一個玻璃盤入面放左好多蟹仔好可愛之後店員比左張餐牌比我地,但由於太多選擇,而且店員同廚師都好熱情推介今日新鮮既菜式,所以我地簡左廚師發辦!第一道前菜就係日本蕃茄豆腐柚子汁,酸酸甜甜好開胃!之後炸蟹仔,好爽脆!汁煮南瓜🎃,入口即溶!味噌煮牛俐呢個真係煮到d牛俐咁厚生都好林,食落口勁多汁,廚師話煮左成個晏就!仲有呢個櫻花蝦炸豆腐!必食之選!❤️之後黎既都係燒物,全部都燒得好入味,而且燒得岩岩好!勁juicy最後甜品係自家製水信玄餅所有野食我地都清曬,就知道好好味!👍🏼❤️❤️…Read More
