朋友之前在大圍工作,經常與一大堆同事午市光顧楓林小館的小菜,她大讚其乳鴿,羅定豆豉雞等味道不凡,相當了得,故成了他們的長期飯堂。不過楓林小館搬到銅鑼灣後,她只能在假期時間去回味。我初次來楓林小館,已經能感受它的受歡迎程度,不少食客扶老攜幼,一家大小吃午餐,全店坐滿客人,但又不會像酒樓吵鬧,非常寧靜,環境不錯的。朋友說我我第一次來,不妨一吃午市套餐,這麼可以一次嚐到點心,湯,主食和糖水,吃遍各類楓林小館的美食,若不夠喉可再點些點心,小食吃。先來套餐的楓林蝦餃皇,蝦餃皇非常飽滿,雪白的餃皮透出淡淡的粉色,蝦餃皇基本上每次朋友來都會點一籠。咬開蝦餃皮,裡頭滿滿的蝦肉餡料,頗為彈牙爽甜,我也超喜歡,好吃的蝦餃皇就是如此。我看見點心紙寫著每日一特由12時16分開始,二人可半價享用一籠特定點心,我問店員這優惠星期六適用否,他說可以,我立刻點上蝦仁燒賣皇,哈哈。蝦仁燒賣皇豬肉肉餡十分扎實,仔細一吃裡頭混雜著蝦肉,難怪燒賣皇這麼有彈性。此外,原隻蝦仁鋪在燒賣皇上,撒上蟹籽,鮮香極致,燒賣皇真是用料實在。虎皮釀尖椒口感驚為天人,這是我目前為止吃過最好吃的虎皮釀尖椒,尖椒雖炸過卻不油膩,且保有水份,完全不乾,魚肉充滿彈勁,沾上楓林小館自家製辣椒醬,其後勁讓我們辣得過癮。今天的豐料火湯是粉葛赤小豆豬腱湯,正合我意,在濕熱的雨天喝更能去濕清熱。粉葛赤小豆豬腱湯入口清甜滋潤,豬腱肉味濃重,粉葛燉煮至綿綿的,可見這湯費了不少時間熬煮。黃金蝦炒飯光看已令我口水直流,粒粒粉明的炒飯加入沙沙鹹香的鹹蛋黃熱炒,金黃的炒飯格外奪目,嚼感豐富。晶瑩肥美的蝦隻給得豪邁,每口炒飯均吃爽彈的蝦肉,強烈推薦大家吃呢。是日清炒時蔬是翠綠的菜心,菜心附上豉油調味,不過我們覺得不用豉油提味已好吃,菜心本身天然的爽甜十分討喜,簡單的健康美味。滋潤糖水喳咋好不濃稠,用匙羹一挖超多配料,當中撈到多種豆類,芋頭,還加入大量椰絲,椰味飄香,毫不死甜,吃完後大滿足。…Read More
