周五晚,兩公婆都唔想煮,出街食就乾手淨腳,近近哋過到嚟太子試吓啲點心店,都無特別刻意搵,隨心晌彌敦道就遇到「熱點點心專門店」,我記得5、6年前到訪過一次,今次算叫做故地重遊,哈哈!餐廳話大唔大,話細唔細,喺柱位多,格局都可以一眼睇晒,左右兩邊喺啲四人卡位,中間就喺啲活動式二人散枱,裝修簡潔,環境四正,牆上就有好多本土風情彩繪,都喺百姓日常場景。雖然全院滿座,人手又似乎唔多,但幾個阿姐都好快手快腳,亦好有禮貌。一張點心紙就羅列晒所有款式,大部分會喺見慣見熟嘅款式,數數吓,都有超過50款之多,睇落定價都算相宜,外賣自取仲有88折添。順帶一提,茗茶每位收$6,全日無加一,只喺標示咗繁忙時間用餐50分鐘,一般而言,食呢類點心專門店都差唔多喺呢個時間左右。楊枝甘露糕 $24打算點嚟當飯後甜品,點知第一道點心就喺佢,所以,就當冷盤啦。入口清甜嘅芒果味都幾濃,糕身本身做得幾挺實,混入西米自然令口感唔錯,最正裡面有唔少柚肉,冰冰涼涼,當前菜冷盤都OK喎!虎皮煎釀尖椒 $29呢個喺老婆至愛,一客有4件,有啲辣,有啲唔辣,無樣睇,煎得好香口,有少少辣勁喺好食啲,而且釀入好多鯪魚肉,打得彈牙,全晚最欣賞嘅點心。何解叫「虎皮」尖椒,因為以高溫油炸後或煎過,青椒嘅表皮焦乾得嚟似虎紋,但似唔似就見仁見智喇。蒜蓉墨魚頭 $36少有食呢款點心,亦非常見,所以,專登點一客試試。相比起其他點心,佢份量唔多,不過,又真喺幾好食,一來啲墨魚頭(其實有唔少喺墨魚鬚)咬落爽口煙韌,二來滿滿蒜香,下面仲熱咗少少粉肚絲,當要唔好錯過啦。香茜牛肉腸 $27腸粉相信喺嚟得飲茶嘅人都會必點菜式,幾款選擇中揀咗香茜牛肉腸,睇落唔覺,但食起嚟腸粉皮有少少厚,不過,都幾滑,至於啲餡料,牛肉落得一啲都無手緊,塞滿晒牛肉,非常足料,有相你睇,而且,加咗芫荽,更添一份清香味。蒜蓉開邊蝦籠仔蒸飯 $48正諗緊嗌盅頭飯定籠仔蒸飯,最後,都喺後者有啲特色,蒜蓉開邊蝦喺老婆較心水嘅口味。其實就唔喺咁覺啲荷葉味,但食落啲飯粒,感覺都有少少荷香,加上飯粒軟熟,淋上秘製豉油,再撈埋啲蒜蓉,齋飯都好好食呀!而啲開邊蝦雖然細隻咗啲,但份量多,個飯都好抵食。薑汁千層糕 $22最後,點都要嗌番個甜品食,就後加薑汁千層糕。一層又一層做得細緻,唔難做,但都喺功夫嘢,入口糕身煙韌而有彈力,又唔黐牙,薑味非常突出,但就唔會重到焫口嘅感覺,幾合小弟胃口,老婆就更鍾意佢夠薑。普遍上,點心專門店嘅定價點都比去酒樓抵食,所以,是夜見咁多捧場客。加上地理位置好,晌太子嘅大街之上,咁旺場都不無道理,服務又唔錯,人少少嚟過吓點心癮都幾唔錯。…Read More

兩老鍾意飲茶,但其實平時飲茶茶芥連加一都唔係平,朋友就介紹我去位於太子嘅呢間熱點,佢係一間點心專門店,但唔使加一,計計埋埋真係慳唔少。嚟到見到佢嘅點心紙,基本上選擇同一般酒樓冇分別,但佢嘅定價相對地就平一截,如果仲唔使計加一的話真係好抵食!瑤柱菜苗餃有三粒,上面鋪滿瑤柱絲,菜苗亦都好有菜味,非常優質!蟹籽燒賣皇有四粒,肉質亦都彈牙,質素絕對唔差。香茜牛肉腸份量就好似比起平時嘅腸粉短啲啲,但佢嘅餡料爆滿,皮薄餡靚,絕對值回票價!蜂巢炸芋角本身已經係我嘅至愛,呢個芋角仲要非常香口,芋泥夠滑,入面嘅餡料亦都夠惹味,絕對係我心目中嘅No. 1。鮑汁鮮竹卷有三件,腐皮索晒鮑汁非常好食。紅油抄手有六粒,辣油香而不辣,上面灑上炸蒜、葱花、芫荽,合埋一齊食非常香口。家鄉炒米粉雖然只係簡簡單單嘅一道菜色,但絕對高質,佢嘅米粉都充滿米香,入面都有好多椰菜絲、火腿、蘿蔔絲、葱段等等,完全唔使加豉油都已經好夠味道。最後仲食埋甜品,呢個楊枝甘露糕軟硬度適中,入面充滿好多柚子、西米同芒果肉,以此作結真係非常完美嘅一餐!呢間熱點真係要極力推介,食物質素比起某啲酒樓仲更加高質,位置便利,茶錢都只係$4/位,仲要唔使加一,性價比真係好高!…Read More

以前飲茶食點心就要晌朝早去酒樓先嘆到,都唔記得何時,啲酒樓就加設夜茶,即喺晚市都食到點心,但近呢10年左右,點心專門店就越開越多,成行成市,真喺由日頭到夜晚都可以食嘆到點心。疫情緩和咗好多,但仍然唔可以掉以輕心,所以,約食飯都只喺約番啲相熟嘅一個、半個。今回友人話點心癮起,就約出嚟幫襯吓啲點心專門店。最近,試咗一家晌太子新開無耐嘅點心專門店「熱點」,整體感覺唔錯,就同大家分享吓。打開門入到去,第一眼喺近門口位左邊嘅外賣「廚房」,當然,唔喺晌呢度製作食物啦,只喺熱住啲點心等人買外賣,呢個時勢,外賣喺一家店佔幾大比重嘅收入來源。再行入啲,成間餐廳嘅格局就一眼睇晒,左右兩邊喺啲四人卡位,中間就喺啲活動式二人、四人枱,裝修簡潔,環境四正、整潔。店員嘅態度亦好有禮、勤快,一來我諗依家飲食難做,當然要加強啲招呼,二來有限聚令,又喺閒日,始終未到餐廳接受最高嘅人流量。一張點心紙就羅列晒所有款式,大部分會喺見慣見熟嘅款式,數數吓,都有成40、50款之多,睇落定價都算相宜,如果有留意嘅話,就會發現所有點心都改成5個字。順帶一提,茗茶每位收$5,而星期六、日、公眾假期全日需要加一,所以,閒日嚟試就可以慳少少。鮮蝦菜苗餃 $7/件甚少見啲點心斷隻賣,「熱點」就有幾款喺咁嘢,並用上細啲嘅蒸籠,睇起嚟唔會太肉酸。近件蝦餃以外,都幾鍾意食加埋菜苗嘅鮮蝦菜苗餃。件成品可謂皮薄餡靚,外皮夠晒晶瑩,入口唔黏牙,頗軟熟;鮮蝦與菜苗嘅比例恰好,入口既有鮮蝦嘅鮮爽,但又有菜苗嘅清香。山竹牛肉球 $20一客3球喺基本常態,墊咗少少鮮腐竹,牛肉球肉質結實卻甚彈牙,加入點點芫荽及馬蹄粒,增加口感及香味,喺好四平八穩嘅出品。蘿蔔千絲酥 $21件蘿蔔千絲酥絕對證明到啲點心喺即叫即製,入口熨熱辣,外皮非常酥香鬆化,更完全無油膩感,師傅炸功了得。而裡面塞滿蘿蔔絲,更喺清甜多汁。雪山叉燒包 $18外層「雪山」皮焗得香脆,但又唔易散,唔會食到一枱都喺碎碎,而包身鬆軟,入面嘅叉燒餡煮得惹味,更喺少肥,啲汁又啱啱好,最怕就醬汁過多。紫米脆網卷 $20今回無點蝦腸呀、叉腸呀,因為見到腸粉類有呢款紫米脆網卷,加入紫米做腸粉皮,裡面捲住脆網蝦膠,效果唔錯,可以講喺變種炸兩,所以,甚具口感,唯挑剔位喺今次啲網卷有少少油。楊枝甘露糕 $21最後,嚟一份甜點「些牙」吓,等今餐飯有個好結尾。雖然食嚟食去,都喺只食到西米同芒果肉,柚肉就唔喺好覺,但冰涼,又好足芒果香甜味,加上確喺有唔少清甜嘅芒果粒粒,整體而言,確喺幾好食。綜合而言,食物做得有一定水準,定價亦合理,加上地方又就腳,招呼到位,人少少想過吓點心癮,「熱點」都可以喺考慮之列。…Read More

呢日中午去太子買古早蛋糕,順便喺嗰邊嘆杯茶、食個點心🥢。唔駛行到去花園街嗰邊就已經有選擇「熱點」,門口不乏買外賣嘅人。午餐時段點幾嗰陣坐滿人,學生妹自己一個都坐低慢慢食😍。我哋獲安排坐喺卡位,算幾闊落。一坐低店員就問我地飲咩茶,佢仲推介我哋試玄米茶,茶位每位$5。點心選擇種類正常,我比較欣賞佢部份點心可以逐粒嗌(兩粒起跳),而唔係固定一籠👍。兩個人飲茶嗌嘢食好蝦人,有時想食多款又驚食唔哂,而家免卻唔少煩惱。蟹籽燒賣皇($9/隻),燒賣餡同時有豬肉(無乜肥豬肉)同蝦肉,比例剛好,上面仲有蟹籽添🦀。熱點蝦餃皇($9/隻),蝦餃皮厚薄適中,唔會一夾就穿,🦐蝦肉新鮮彈牙,好食就係咁簡單。鮮蝦菜苗餃($7/隻),呢個相當有驚喜,菜苗餃皮較蝦餃皮煙韌有嚼勁,入面包棵超多菠菜,口感一流,又大隻,正啊😋。紫米脆網卷($22),呢款點心可能係餐廳獨家,夠哂特別又好食。外層係紫米皮,有啖啖紫米香,內裡就包住脆網春卷,成個組合好過癮😛。XO醬蘿蔔糕($28),蘿蔔糕切粒上,用XO醬炒得好香口,🌶微微辣好惹味,外層就煎至脆脆的。家鄉炒米粉($20),唔好睇個樣好似好單調咁,食落唔錯㗎。炒米粉偏幼身,並唔易斷開,所以每條都好完整,無碎濕濕。味道就算唔駛落豉油都夠味🍜。雪山叉燒包($18),叉燒包有兩大個,呢個係新派做法,並唔係用上傳統饅頭包皮,🐷叉燒餡滿滿的。薑蔥牛柏葉($22),佢係壓軸出場,因為蒸嘅時間要耐啲。牛柏葉爽口入味,薑蔥味濃,另外仲加入麵筋索汁🤤。楊枝甘露糕($21),糕品有三件,食落似將糖水變成糕狀嘅形態,有西米、芒果同柚子等元素。估唔到點心舖有賣呢味呢😳。總括嚟講,餐廳幾好啵,係吔一盅兩件嘅好去處。傳統點心整得好味,又不乏自家菜式,一家人嚟食或情侶撐枱腳都適宜。店員服務態度幾好,百忙之中都不斷幫我哋收碟、加水🙏🏻。…Read More
