呢間之前有聽過,openrice評價都唔錯,本身鐘意食泰國野,所以不防一試。地點就腳,七點鐘嚟到,係門口見到完全唔使排隊,心諗更lucky~入去竟然幾乎冇人!!反而有啲驚驚地環境比起泰式風情,更令我覺得陀地。menu唔多,價錢亦令我好surprise,呢個地段竟然都做到接近街坊價(後來發覺同份量有關)豬肉什錦湯河雖然俾朋友warn過size,但上菜時都係一shock,真係冇見過用咁迷你同扁嘅碗裝湯河。講返味道,豬肉切成一塊塊有啲厚度,咬落仲係爽口,一啲肥肉都冇,又唔'hai',非常唔錯。湯底夠濃,粉煮得岩岩好牛肉/雞肉串燒肉質好,味道好,配埋個沙嗲醬夠晒惹味泰式醬燒原隻魷魚筒(左)/燒香茅豬頸肉(右)佢問可唔可以兩樣放埋一齊,why not~魷魚一啲都唔韌,仲軟軟地,沾個酸酸甜甜泰式醬,好食~豬頸肉切得薄薄地,都燒都幾乾身,但食落唔乾,一啲肥肉都冇,好評~椰青食泰國野配返個冇加工糖嘅椰青就最正,仲可以挖啲果肉食,非常清甜解膩,唔係一般飲品比得上!一餐食晒呢度嘅雞牛豬,真心覺得佢啲肉好唔錯,一啲肥肉都冇、完全唔韌同'hai',不過份量大家睇相都睇得出係非常少,如果細食嘅人口痕想食泰國野就可以叫個粉再叫個小菜食下。如果人多啲嚟,相信差唔多可以叫晒全個menu因我哋兩個女仔食以上都唔覺好飽,不過食物質素絕對冇問題,都推介嘅~…Read More

即興之約遇上禮拜五,又眞係好難唔洗排隊就食到心儀嘅餐廳。一行三人來到厚福街,縱觀全條街介乎間間都要排隊,我哋都係懶鬼,拒絕熱💩辣辣等位,抱著試下冇壞嘅心態行咗入去。餐廳唔大,餐桌擺位等設計有點茶記feel之餘再帶點懷舊。細看menu,食物選擇比坊間其他泰菜餐廳略少,但特色食物均一應俱全。第一時間order一個椰青消暑降溫兼下火。夠曬冰凍清甜!串燒有小驚喜,肉嫩微焦又惹味,連嗰醬汁都唔係普通嘅沙爹,幾特別。朋友嗌嘅青檸梳打就不過不失。秘制豬手湯金邊粉,湯頭濃香,秘制的豬手看似肥膩卻屬肥而不膩,有少量通菜,還有幾條脆脆豬油渣。金邊粉是我喜愛的口感,應該只是略略滾一下,口感爽滑,不會太腍。濃郁的湯頭已經蓋過了蔥花的清香。哇~ 好大隻吊桶!原隻醬燒,鮮味爽口絕不韌。沾埋酸酸甜甜嘅醬汁,停唔到口~三人之中,有個好鍾意食海南雞嘅朋友,所以lee餐飯又點少得佢呢~ 整體望落,雞肉還可以,但油飯一般。細嚐過後,最驚喜的是這碗椰子雞湯!未入口已經搵到雞湯香味,淡淡椰香,湯甜又滋潤,仲有明目的杞子,只係望落有d油。油飯的米飯質素一般,但油飯仍帶油香。雞髀去骨,嫩滑,嗰醬都唔錯。以尖沙咀週末三人簡餐來講,CP值已經值回票價!…Read More

今晚係出名多野食既厚福街搵食, 經過呢間羅勇泰就俾佢藍色既招牌所吸引, 睇一睇餐牌原來主打食船麵, 聽就聽得多, 食就真係第一次。餐廳唔算大, 但環境光猛, 地方乾淨, 員工有禮, 仲會主動介紹食物。我地7 點到未算多人, 未需要撘枱, 所以坐得舒服。因為餐廳主打食粉麵, 所以飯類相對會比較少款選擇, 另外仲有地道小食同串燒選擇。 價錢都好平民, 旺區少有。既然主打粉麵, 更係要試下啦, 我選擇了海南雞湯金邊粉($42), 老公選擇了招牌什錦河 ($48)。上枱速度都好快, 起初見到碗麵唔算大碗, 仲諗住可能2, 3 啖就會食晒會唔夠食, 但又唔係哦, 我同老公都覺得份量岩岩好。大家既湯底都係一樣, 飲左第一啖湯,覺得好陌生, 又好特別, 未試過呢隻湯底, 最後忍唔住問左個姐姐, 佢話呢個係豬骨老水湯, 會有豬血一齊煲的, 令到湯底更加香濃。每枱仲會有泰國醬料任用, 個姐姐仲主動教我地加埋落碗粉麵更加惹味。招牌什錦河有豬肉丸, 魚旦, 魚片, 扎肉,  少許通菜墊底, 有d 香口既炸豬皮舖面, 令到成碗粉都好豐富。河粉比平時食開既河粉粗一半, 同比較薄身, 好滑, 吸埋D 老水湯, 十分惹味。海南雞湯金邊粉, 海南雞應該都係店舖主打, 我見每枱都好似有的, 多數配油飯, 如果配飯, 仲有椰子雞湯送, 感覺比較吸引。但我就鍾情食粉麵, 所以海南雞都係要配金邊粉。海南雞好滑, 份量十足。金邊粉一樣吸晒D 湯精華, 好味。 另外, 仲叫左2 串豬頸肉串燒, 每串$15( 2 串起 ), 豬頸肉燒得香脆, 唔太油, 配個秘制醬好味。個秘醬應該係自家制, 味道有D 沙嗲味, 有D 麻醬味, 有粒粒花生碎係入面, 夠特別。另外, 食泰國野, 最鍾意就係叫椰青, 岩晒咁熱既天熱, 仲要起埋D 椰肉食, 爽呀!…Read More
