今日有同事帶隊到這裡食午餐,初時以為好貴,後尾發覺原來有午餐set的,而且價錢也比較親民,最平68蚊有三款選擇。不過要加一!來到炸豬專門店,當然要食炸豬啦所以我點了豬柳套餐同其他日式吉列專門店一樣,椰菜絲同飯可以任添又有黑白芝麻自己磨,我覺得精髓在於醬料上,加在椰菜絲上的有日式醋同芝麻醬,伴以清爽的椰菜絲立即變得美味無比套餐還有面豉湯,湯料有海帶,豆腐,菇仔等,味道不會偏咸!飯煙韌軟熟有飯味,食得出係日本米至於主角炸豬柳一口咬下去,鬆化無比,炸得脆口不會食到成口粉將,豬柳肉質厚實,不'鞋'口配以芝麻炸豬醬料,超正覺得貴得有道理而且份量適中,不然太多會'流',太少又唔夠喉!至於我其他同事點的是豚肉烏冬鍋烏冬鍋有gas爐煮熱,似sabu sabu, 同事說是槄庭烏冬來的,面質煙靱滑流豚肉肥瘦適中咖哩什菌雞飯有成兩碗飯份量咁多,咖哩味香濃微辣,配-流,但餸偏少不過我同事都食清光!埋單有送印花優惠,食滿50蚊chop一個印花,集齊10個可以以50蚊使用,我地今次這一餐已經chop左七個印,好快儲滿10個呢…Read More

一行五人有正經野要傾,所以揀間位置闊落D既餐廳。呢間都幾岩我地,座位闊落又唔會太嘈。問待應姐姐,特上豬扒同普通豬扒有咩分別,佢話特上係日本豬,普通係泰國豬,咁既然黎得,當然試日本豬啦。睇餐牌,有特上豬扒同特上豬柳,五個人一定食得晒既,兩個都叫!淨係叫左兩個套餐,店員話唔可以加添椰菜絲同湯,要一人一個套餐先可以。特上吉列豬扒,厚切,多肉汁,肉質鬆軟,外層鬆脆,唔會太油。豬柳都鬆軟,但略嫌唔夠咬口。豬扒正好多!火鍋烏冬,正常味啦,普普通通,隔左一晚已經唔係好記得個味。另外叫左D小食。芝士車厘茄燒茄子,茄子唔夠林,太爽口,個人唔係咁鐘意。凍豆腐,夠滑但唔夠味。滑蛋牛肉窩,滑蛋個味道幾好,但牛肉有D過熟。豬扒係幾好味既,其他就一般般啦。見其他食家話銅鑼灣分店正D,下次試試!…Read More

話說兩個人夜晚晚係尖咀睇完戲行完街八點幾九點鐘,諗住黎「勝博殿」應該無咁多人,點知都係等左差唔多廿幾三十分鐘先入到。如果之前唔係有人等唔切走左,我想等得重耐。有樣東西要彈,已經差唔多九點先入到去食,「勝博殿」又收十一點,做乜鬼係九點後進場都要限時個半鐘呢?著實好耐無乜食過炸物,果晚又忽然慶起想食,於是去「勝博殿」。可能太耐無去,都唔知「勝博殿」宜家有二人套餐;對於咁夜想食野又唔想多諗野既人黎講係件好事,於是點叫左「季節二人套餐」同「醬油燒野菌」。同其他食炸物的日式料理店一樣,白飯、椰菜絲和麵豉湯係任叫的;雖然係任叫食物,但是大家都唔好浪費食物。日本珍珠米飯果日唔知係咪個廚師心情唔好定心不在焉,落水多個頭搞到米飯過黏。不過,呢到個椰菜絲和麵豉湯都唔錯,加埋「勝博殿」既獨家醬油,基本上可以食飽人。到前菜了,「醬油燒野菌」加埋檸檬汁,配搭幾新鮮;食落口時唔係太覺得似燒物般乾身,似是錫紙入焗爐焗多一點。正菜既「季節二人套餐」有吉列廣島蠔兩件,炸海蝦兩件,忌廉蟹肉餅一塊,特上豬扒一塊。吉列廣島蠔一點都唔腥,食落雖然還有一點海味,但感覺唔錯,同埋夠大隻;對於鍾意食蠔既人來說可能是浪費左隻蠔。炸海蝦則普普通通,沒有甚麼特出的表現。至於忌廉蟹肉餅,開頭同朋友還以為點解會有三隻蠔,因為炸後太似樣。我只能用兩個字來形這個忌廉蟹肉餅,那就是「失敗」。忌廉蟹肉餅可以係整個餐最差的食物,整得太難食之剩,真係食唔到乜野蟹肉,感覺似食忌廉餅,而忌廉入面間唔中有一兩條蟹絲。最後是特上豬扒,肉身夠厚,肉汁亦夠多;有別於其他乜字號的吉列豬扒,炸完後仍然保持到肉質既鮮味。特上豬扒唯一的敗筆係炸粉太多,多不是問題,問題在於粘唔實係豬扒身上,結果係一邊食一邊跌炸粉……有點兒浪費;假如唔計粘炸粉的分數,這個特上豬扒可以去到85分以上。整體而言,「勝博殿」的吉列豬扒和吉列蠔都不錯,其他炸物就算吧啦咧!註︰我食既「季節二人套餐」可能同宜家大家食既有所不同…Read More

本身今年男友話去食buffet or steak...但因為我好耐無食炸豬扒, 而且去過咁多次應該唔會伏, 所以就轉去食勝博殿...上次都見到佢地轉左menu, 無左任食既飯, 無左十谷米...而且2人餐再無豬柳卷...雖然整個餐牌價格都有下調, 但總覺得舊時好...我地今次係叫特上二人餐加兩份味噌湯+白飯+前菜...特上二人餐包括:任食椰菜絲沙律: 今次每次加菜既份量都好少... 特上豬扒: 有肥筋係旁邊, 好好咬, 但係比例比上次多(差不多一半), 好似有點太少肉, 而且無咩味...炸蝦: 好乾, 無味, 炸糠好厚, 似食炸糠多過蝦...特上豬柳: 好薄, 所以好易炸得好乾...當然佢真係炸得真係好乾, 而且同上面個d一樣都係無味...所以我地似係食豬扒汁多過食肉 ...炸糠不但兩邊都唔同厚度, 而且依然厚到死...面糠:豬柳:底糠比例係2:2:1...忌廉蟹肉卷: 算係比較有味既一個, 可惜都係炸糠問題...成個特上二人餐都係食炸糠同肉乾...炸糠仲要係好似浸係油入面, 拎起滴油...油溫控制同炸功都好Fail...味噌湯: 上次本身加左一份味噌湯, 之後就後悔咁好飲只係叫左一份...今次就好後悔叫左兩份...味噌湯超超超咸, 要另外叫佢俾熱水我溝返淡(叫左2-3次先俾到我)...差唔多一碗湯可以開到兩碗...另外味噌湯有海帶同菇, 但就無豆腐...而底下既湯十分唔幼滑, 應該係味噌未完全溶解...所以有白色微粒...所以係飲唔哂...我極度懷疑廚師轉左人!!!!!仲記得我地係食丼吉先, 點知質素漸差而轉為勝博殿, 而家勝博殿又轉差, 唔通真係要轉返去丼吉??唉...餐廳唔應該愈黎愈差, 應該要進步先係正確!!!唯有Blacklist TST勝博殿, 下一次食返CWB勝博殿...最後一次機會, 如果唔係永不超生...…Read More

小喬=) 我上次去到見到轉menu要加20蚊先有飯,而且重無得添/_\以前飯、湯、前菜都有得任添,,我去返銅鑼灣算~
