之前同朋友去過大圍分店,估唔到今晚路經尖沙咀金巴利道俾我發現到他家分店。新店環境比大圍總店的要大好多,地下果層有open kitchen 同少量吧檯位置,樓上就超多梳化位置,以及不少打卡位📸,超闊落又有chill的感覺。店長還想打造像平時coffee shop一樣,盡可能不趕人走,讓大家安心看書、溫書📚,聚會👭🏻等。 ⦁ 菠多野結冰 $70聽個名就知店長改名有一手,仲有 “洛重西” 、 “榴酷瓏” ,風趣又幽默。菠多野結冰除了一個菠蘿🍍綿綿冰🍧之外,仲有三選一的小糖水(黑涼粉、水晶涼粉、西米露)做搭配。我地揀左暗黑亂入的黑涼粉。在尖沙咀用$70食到兩款甜品,CP值超高!👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 ⦁ 椰皇燉蛋白伴湯圓 $70店員介紹凍食會有一層焦糖面,輕敲焦糖脆面配上超嫩滑的蛋白,口感好足!食落仲有陣陣椰香🥥味。另外我仲搭配湯圓三粒,餡有花生🥜、芝麻,當然選了雙拼滿足嘴饞的我。🤪最後仲可以食埋椰肉,清涼解暑! ⦁ 即製榴槤酥皮拿破崙 $68他們家的拿破崙是我最欣賞的一款甜品,第一即叫即整熱烘烘上菜。第二用的是酥皮香脆而不割嘴。第三用上自家製吉士醬,再配上濃郁綿滑而海量的新鮮榴槤果肉。仲要比別家的份量多好多,非常抵食!😋😋 …Read More
