店舖雖小但衛生乾淨,似小型日式居酒屋,員工亦貼心有禮貌,order了我逢店必食最愛的墨魚咀和蠔外漿包裹厚薄適當,炸得十分酥脆香口,內裡墨魚嘴夠大粒,肉滑有口感全無異味,某些邊位較煙韌。整體椒鹽味甚重,配酒應該一流一上枱眼望燒蠔雖然非極大種,但蠔肉一出殼十分飽滿!落嘅蒜茸並非坊間濃味重油那種,相對比較清淡唔油膩,主要食返蠔本身的新鮮,作為前菜,呢個價錢質素我覺得十分良心!…Read More

今日喺油麻地買嘢,順便就喺油麻地搵食。吳松街出名多好野食,今次經過一間小舖,見有串燒烏冬套餐,就入去試吓。但睇睇下,見到串燒款式好多,好吸引,於是都係決定主力食串燒🤣🤣落完單,等左一陣第一款食物就上場,係我平時就已經好鍾意食嘅芝麻雞翼新鮮滾熱辣,又脆卜卜,咬落去仲有啲Juicy,好味👍🏻差唔多食完雞翼,第二款食物就黎喇,係我最愛嘅雞皮呢款雞皮同我喺第二啲舖頭食嘅串燒雞皮好唔同,平時食果款係細細塊,然後一串有5、6塊果款,但呢款係一塊過。店主話佢地自己買一塊塊雞皮串出黎燒,所以大小不一,我覺得好有心思,呢款雞皮我仲鍾意食。因為佢係好脆好脆,好似食薯片咁,味道又調得好,推薦呢個墨魚咀又係令人驚喜,外脆內彈,同埋炸嘅時間剛剛好,墨魚咀唔會過熟,保持彈牙。呢間舖仲有鹽、辣粉同黑胡椒俾客人自己落,不過除左因為想食少少辣而辣粉之外,本身佢地已經調好味,咸度適中雞軟骨同羊肉串一串粒數都唔少,抵食!蒜蓉焗生蠔都係我好期待嘅食物粒蠔都唔細,而且咬落去好香蒜蓉味,好Juicy,亦冇腥味,Nice👍🏻多春魚有三條,但因為我一見到就即刻想食,唔記得相機食先再次想講,佢地串燒嘅調味調得好好,最怕串燒味道淡/唔入味,佢佢地完全冇呢個問題,食完亦冇口渴。最後上嘅係燒菠蘿,又係好大舊🤣我一路食,舊菠蘿一路滴汁,微酸微甜多汁嘅菠蘿做結尾,好滿足其實佢午餐set都幾好,可以揀烏冬配串燒,雙重體驗。夜晚,如果限聚令完左,可以同朋友一路食串燒一路飲啤酒,應該會好正…Read More
