一直好想幫襯一次「聚興家」,了解一下點解呢間位於太子砵蘭街嘅街坊小館,可以連續五年攞到《米芝蓮車胎人推介》?根據《米芝蓮》食評人嘅往年慣例,除非質素暴跌;否則如無意外,今年年底公布嘅2023年版本應該又會冧莊。小店門面唔顯眼,內裡面積亦很細小,就算做茶餐廳都嫌舖位細;唔怪得出名之後多了客人,要租埋隔離舖位。偏偏兩個相鄰地舖之間是樓上住宅大廈的入口樓梯,廚房要集中在其中一個舖位,務求節省空間,增加用餐區面積。唔止面積細,裝修亦地痞簡陋,加上環境擠迫、冇乜服務、非常嘈吵;同一間舊區嘅街坊小館冇分別。但門口的細細個魚缸又竟然有南非鮑魚、澳洲龍蝦及東星班 / 蘇鼠班等貴價海鮮;再加上餐廳自家網站及媒體介紹有不少明星藝人曾經光顧,甚至是米芝蓮星級餐廳總廚的開飯宵夜秘竇;很有臥虎藏龍、大隱隱於市的格局。不過,實在很難想像到底有什麼本領,可以吸引一眾名人幫襯?店子細小,菜式選擇自然唔多,但就有不少時價海鮮菜式。餐牌上固然沒有標明價錢,環顧四周,亦沒有張貼任何海鮮價目;落單前一定要問清楚,以免爭拗。很隨意地問了侍應今日例湯是什麼,覺得啱飲就點了,沒有問價錢。粉葛粉腸豬橫脷煲豬踭($398)有大大碟湯渣,一鍋湯只有8小碗。對比湯料及湯的份量,非常重料,豬踭肉又煲至非常淋滑,火喉十足;難怪味道鮮濃,係真真正正嘅老火靚湯,坊間其他酒樓的例湯完全無法比擬。埋單時望見手寫單才知道原來這鍋例湯索價 $398!雖然的確係足料老火湯、冇味精、好好味;但始終唔係燉湯、材料又普通,唔抵飲。原來例湯便宜的既定概念並不一定正確,下次要小心啲。豉椒炒蟶子配煎米粉($412)係時價海鮮,以餐廳的級數來衡量都算貴。還好蟶子夠大隻,又炒得剛剛熟;鮮甜爽口彈牙,配豉椒夠惹味。雖然蟶子是主角,但煎米粉底也是另一亮點!米粉餅煎得香脆乾身,接近油炸口感,但咬落又有米粉煙靭,未去到全油炸的脆卜卜,配豉椒汁很好味,食完一塊又一塊。紅燒乳鴿(每只)($68)比BB 鴿略大。鴿皮薄身,炸得香脆、又沒有過了火喉而變燶;鴿肉幼嫩多汁,浸泡滷水時間充足,味道濃郁。其實真係幾好食,難怪有不少食評讚好;但今次似乎失了水準,鴿翼明顯炸得過乾過了火喉,唯有只食鴿胸及鴿髀。講味道,港式風味的麻辣水煮手切牛肉($198)當然不能同正宗四川麻辣水煮比較,紅油麻辣鍋底唔夠麻、亦唔夠辣,用料唔係四川風味。但也無可厚非,既然並非四川菜館,當然要迎合大眾香港人口味。手切牛肉就相當出色,牛味濃郁。雖然並非嫩滑肥牛、沒有什麼油花;但肉質鬆軟,勝在咀嚼下充滿肉味。下次再來會揀白妁金菇手切牛肉,吃牛肉原味、蘸豉油應該會更好食。椒鹽鮮魷($128)咬落燙口,脆衣夠薄;魷魚鮮甜爽口,但稍嫌太薄肉,味道方面亦未夠惹味。鹹魚煎肉餅($98)又係講求鑊氣的大排檔風味小炒。煎得夠香口,表面乾身唔油膩;咬落有肉汁、唔會乾癟癟。好吃,如果再多一點鹹魚蓉會更好食。啫啫芥蘭煲($98)做法媲美高級粵菜館,裁走所有菜葉,又將所有芥蘭外皮刨走,去除澀味。咬落爽脆清甜,配搭用蝦米蒜蓉鹹魚蓉豬肉碎調製而成的醬料,鹹香惹味濃郁。小菜價錢唔算很貴,只較其他同級街坊小館貴少許,以其連續五年攞到《米芝蓮車胎人推介》的名氣,即使並非摘星,也是合理市場策略;但海鮮的定價就偏高了,直逼高級海鮮酒家,以餐廳的裝修及服務來衡量,就覺得唔抵食。至於烹調水準方面,無可否認又的確相當不錯,部份很好味,但又未至於每一碟皆很出色。始終用餐環境實在差、很嘈吵,某程度影響用餐心情;相信老闆也清楚此乃弱點,免茶免加一。…Read More

老公常常跟老闆食好西,覺得這裡很讚,故襯奶奶三月生日,便來吃飯了。這裡地方不大,故不訂位的話是不可能walk-in的,熟客可能另計。想試的東西有好多,耐何只得4個人,仲要大家戰鬥力不佳,故最後點了6款老公覺得必試的(其實6碟都很多),先上桌的是鹽焗雞,雞肉都算滑,醃得入味,不錯。接住有生炒骨,這個則一般,個人認為可以不試。再來是椒鹽鮮魷,上桌時已聞到好香,雖然調味有點不夠(可能我太重口味),加點喼汁同吃就可提味,我也一件接一件吃過不停呢!跟住全場望住我們碟餸,就係豉椒牛肉煎米粉,賣相真係好吸睛,不過味道卻跟我預期有點出入,煎米粉雖然香脆,但應仍有米粉一條條的口感,但這裡做法像炸米粉,即像平時有 “雀巢”的餸咁,入口粉粉的,所以有點失望,還好配牛肉汁吃味道仍不錯的。油鹽水煮花甲是我幾喜歡的一個海鮮菜式,估唔到有咁多翠玉瓜,早知唔駛點最後一碟菜啦!講番花甲,不腥、冇砂,油鹽水調味不錯,用來送煎米粉很搭配。最後一碟炒芥蘭就沒有評語了,這裡定價貴,合唔合理就見仁見智吧,可以一試的,但不要期望有好好服務或舒適環境用餐。…Read More

去年12月有同事介紹呢間食店,話食過,5錯。可惜同事係2條友去,只試到3道菜。於是我當晚就係谷開 po 問有冇人想去,幸好有6位同事馬上有回應,我就拿拿淋打電話訂檯。可能我太早訂(差不多1個月),所以接線果位都無講到要幾點交檯。到1月2日(用餐前一天),食店打來 reconfirm booking,仲會問要5要訂乳鴿及雞。我問過同事又爬過食評,決定訂3隻鴿+1隻雞。到1月3日,我地係太子站D出口右轉行幾間舖就見到食店,它有2個相連舖位。負責帶位係太子女,我地被編排坐在茶水間範圍,自成一角。見到檯面訂座牌貼有2張紙,1張係我、另1張係8pm 第二輪食客名稱及訂菜。噢。。。原來我地要8pm 交檯既~望一望個鐘已係6:40pm,快快落單先。落單果位男子就態度麻麻,反而其他阿姐就幾 nice。我地叫咗8餸+1支大啤+1壺茶(收$50,有refill,但只得鐵觀音)+2個白飯:1. 生炒排骨:排骨肉質有d 實,肉醃得無味,茨汁太杰,5得2. 椒鹽鮮魷:魷魚係新鮮貨,炸粉夠薄,好味!3. 乳鴿:不愧為signature food,好香口,又juicy4. 貴妃雞:幾嫩滑,無乜雪味,5知係咪新鮮雞,5使醮薑蔥都好入味,正~5. 啫啫芥蘭煲:好香咸魚,份量不大,5錯6. 上湯浸豆苗:份量不大,沒特別7. 酸菜斑魚:嘩。。。好大碟上檯,賣相掂。好香胡椒味,魚好鮮滑,酸菜好味,湯底又勁酸菜胡椒味,真係好正 8. 花甲蒸水蛋:連殼一齊蒸,當然肉殼已分離,都算有充足既花甲,水蛋滑到似豆腐花,好味!食飽又吹咗一陣水,見到7:50pm,埋單交檯俾下一轉。今次承惠$1,824,以質素來講,算值得!…Read More
