今日成班老友出黎食飯,又冇BOOK枱好鬼HEA,有人提議食海鮮。西貢,布袋澳,鯉魚門我地都有諗過,最後揀左布袋澳。我都係第一次黎,我地一行5人揸車入去,一去到已經有哥哥帶位泊車,好方便,又好服務。我地眼見有2間海鮮餐廳,第一間已經有姐姐係度SALE我地入去,我地兩間都冇咩所謂,所以就跟左佢入去。海鮮全部都出去出面自己揀既,但係係海鮮價,都唔知大約幾錢就要揀,好冇安全感,我地都大概見隔離枱叫咩我地就叫類似。上菜速度係勁快,10分鐘就有得食咁濟,好誇張!!!椒鹽瀨尿蝦 3隻大大隻 $540揀既時候已經覺得佢地好大隻,又活躍!! 佢幫我地每隻剪開一半,再比埋把膠剪我地自己剪黎食,好方便,完全唔使幫佢做熱身,一黎就剪!!!椒鹽超好味,未剪蝦已經係咁舔啲椒鹽,瀨尿蝦雖然肉唔多,但係配上了椒鹽真係好野味,食完又想再食。可惜價錢唔平,如果每人一隻都貴貴地蒜蓉粉絲貴妃蚌 $200呢個又係完全唔知價錢咁叫,最後睇返單先知除返開$40一隻!!超值!! 貴妃蚌超新鮮,又大舊,配蒜蓉簡直係可以再帶出佢鮮味!!但係粉絲就唔多得,好粉又碎!!好在冇影響到個蚌既味道。我地都覺得呢個貴妃蚌下次可以每人兩隻都唔過份。豉椒炒聖子 $218聖子好似有6條,都好大條下,啲肉仲好大舊!! 豉椒炒聖子係最好既選擇,超MATCH!!! 偏咸,一定要叫埋白飯!!!椒鹽鮮魷 $78明明大家都係椒鹽,但呢個椒鹽同瀨尿蝦個椒鹽完全唔一樣,失色左好多!!點解會咁架呢!!?? 呢個鮮魷好似冇咩味咁,真係麻麻地。薑汁炒芥蘭 $60最難食就係呢碟油菜,我地啲海鮮差唔多食晒佢先黎都算,仲要啲芥蘭超老!!!好難食,個芯都仲好啲,啲菜葉係完全唔想食!!!!雖然我張相影到佢綠油油,全都係FILTER既功勞!!!同埋完全食唔到薑汁味!!最後提提大家,廁所環境非常惡劣,如非必要都係忍下好啲!…Read More

進入2018年的第一日,當然要食返餐比較豐富美味的海鮮午餐啦,之前去過另一間旁邊的海鮮飯店,價錢上大家都差不多,不過這一間的分別只是在繁忙時間沒有供應墨魚刺身,有點失望!但他們的新鮮海魚大部份都野生的,不是養魚,肉質比較鮮嫩,值得一試!今次我們一家四口order了椒鹽鮮魷($78)、清蒸瓜子($364)、豉汁炒花甲($160)、蒜蓉粉絲蒸蟶子皇($221)和發記炒飯($78),每樣海鮮的烹調和味道都有水準,但只是椒鹽鮮魷,我覺得旁邊的一間做得比較好,肉質比較嫩,不過以烹調來計這一間比較少油,健康一些💪…Read More

在咸豐年時被各大傳媒及昔日戰友攻陷後,自己才第一次到布袋澳食海鮮。五點還未算多人,好不容易選擇了近海邊兼當風位置,比起強勁冷氣及冰凍啤酒好十萬九千七倍。小菜有人負責,而我及部份人出去選擇海鮮,當點到一條要四舊水,大家異口同聲話唔駛,我差的想講「多舊魚」。九個男及女共點了九道菜,約十分鐘後就陸陸續續送上。以下是各菜式的簡評:椒鹽鮮魷:粉漿厚度不一兼不脆,鮮魷比較鹹,唔知係唔係出完一身汗的問題,還是汆水時都落鹽;沙薑雞腳:味道剛剛好,不太硬,不點沙薑粉都可以;白灼蝦:這些都是養蝦,七元一兩,太約點了斤四,蝦頭有苦味,我諗貴三蚊一兩的海蝦或者好少少;豉椒炒聖子:每人一條,炒完後都係好大條,與鮮魷一樣都係偏鹽,咸的是肉質本身,而不是汁醫;椒鹽瀨尿蝦:是幾道菜中最好的,少少辣,多多脆,脆的是指殼,肉質爽脆;蒜泥蒸帶子:蒜泥、粉絲及帶子各自各精彩 (三層味道係分開),尤其粉絲最不夠味,蒸得幾乾身,不過都係不好食太鹹;椒絲腐生菜:不夠腐乳味,同埋有點兒乾身;豉油王炒麵:色水滿分,豉油味零分;揚州炒飯:有人想點海膽炒飯,但已經賣曬,唯有點另一款。一睇就知飯煮熟無耐,及比一般的細粒,配料都幾多下,食落沒有平時一粒粒的層次分明。 加埋糖水後大家傾了一陣計便埋單離開,每位都係161元,比想像之中平,如果超過 200元就只得 OK 臉。…Read More

一月十八日 (星期日)天朗氣清,又是行山的好日子,我們相約好友,一行八人行山,由五塊田,經釣魚翁,再到布袋澳整個行程約三個半小時,不過又上山,又落山,用了不少腳骨力,約三時,我們終於到了布袋澳,看到有一個漁村,心想必定是我們期待已久的發記海鮮,已經是極度飢荒的我們又怎會放過,直奔店內海鮮是半露天的,鄰近是內海,有點漁村風味,我們實在太肚餓,急不及待要點菜,這裡的伙計很好客,還邊說笑,邊替我們落單,太多是由老公仔發板:豉椒炒蟶子是新鮮的大蟶子,每隻大約兩至三両重,伙計說每人一隻已經足夠,而且最好是炒,因為怕清蒸蟶子肉會較韌果然沒介紹錯,肉質極度爽脆鮮甜,帶點辣辣的豉椒汁,很有風味八隻總共廿六両,每両10元,合共$260,未試過吃那麼貴的一碟炒蟶子清蒸鮑魚仔伙計推介,是大連鮑,25元一隻,清蒸入口爽而彈牙,非常鮮味,雖比普通的青邊鮑略大一點,但仍有點不夠侯椒鹽鮮魷聽說是這裡有名的小菜之一,單是看到魚缸裡頭一隻隻活潑可愛的魷魚,就知道這裡的椒鹽鮮魷有多新鮮上碟,外脆而內彈牙,配上椒鹽,極度惹味,果然名不虛傳發記海鮮湯比較失色及馬虎之作美其名”發記”海鮮湯,其實是白菜豆腐魚湯,而且味道頗鹹,還落了很多薑好僻腥,還渴到有很多味精,渴完湯後竟然更口渴腐乳唐生菜菜很新鮮及爽趣,配上油和辣椒,雖有點辣,連菜都那麼惹味,今餐真是充分滿足味蕾京都骨這個與外面吃到的有點不一樣, 有點兒像京都骨和生炒骨的混合體,是外表似京都骨的生炒骨每塊骨都是厚肉,而且沒有平時吃到的那麼甜,但較少骨,而且因為厚肉,口感更豐富, 海膽炒飯錯過了才會珍惜,原本老闆說已售罄,還改了不太想吃,但又迫於無奈的楊州炒飯誰知老闆突然向我們報喜,有幸嘗到是日的最後一碟80克的海膽,貨真價實,不是像市面上有些餐廳,怕客人看不見海膽而先將飯炒了後才把冰冬的海膽放上去這裡是一起炒的,海膽的鮮味混入其中,8人吃,一人剛好一碗,很滿足吃光每一碟餸,有朋友說不好”食七”,所以決定吃糖水,是從根記外購回來的,我們吃了西米露,頗冰涼的,味道就是是太特出看見鋪面貼了多張周潤發的照片,發記的名是不是由此起?不過,始終是實力最實際,懶理有沒有發哥做生招牌,發記仍然是值得一試的海鮮店…Read More
