突然間好想去食潮州打冷, 今次去咗位於10樓 時代廣場嘅一間 潮州餐館食飯.食潮州菜一定要食潮州凍大紅蟹, 肉質鮮甜. 一梳梳嘅蟹肉, 配著特製嘅蟹醋, 真係好好味, 食到停唔到口.海蜇頭, 椒鹽鮮魷, 同埋 椒鹽九肚魚 係一定要食嘅頭盤. 我最欣賞就係佢哋個海蜇頭好好味.講到食鹵水食物一定要食鹵水鵝片同埋鹵水蛋, 又係必食嘅食品.有一種食品真是我的最愛... 就是蘿蔔灌漿. 咬落去非常鬆脆又有蘿蔔嘅鮮甜, 又有米漿嘅煙韌, 點上 甜醬油, 真是食到停唔到口. 真係好好味呀...突然間想飲冬瓜盅 坦白講這個味道衹是一般, 不值一提.火腩潮州春菜煲, 值得一試, 健康可口.正常桂花糕和蛋白杏仁茶, 為到這一餐畫上甜蜜的句號.Suddenly I want to go to eat Chiu Chow Food. So, I went to a Chiu Chow restaurant on the 10th floor of Times Square.If you eat Chiu Chow cuisine, you must eat Chiu Chow Frozen Big Red Crab. The meat is fresh and sweet. Eat the crab meat with special crab vinegar, it's really delicious. Just can't stop eating it.Jellyfish head, Fried fresh squid with salt and pepper, and Fried salt and pepper Harpodon fish are must-eat appetizers. 放假去左銅鑼灣飲茶，享受下悠閒嘅下午，聽人推薦去咗時代廣場嘅百樂潮州。先嚟嘅係蘿蔔糕 ，睇得出佢好足料，咬落口感結實，而且煎到啱啱好，少少香口又唔會燶。然後叫咗杏汁燉白肺湯，豬肺湯自己整嘅話太麻煩，最適合就喺街外食。飲落去非常清甜，淡淡嘅杏汁味，甜得 唔會太搶，而且有大大塊肺片。飲茶當然要食燒賣，燒賣豬肉味濃，仲有原隻蝦同大大粒冬菇，絕對係誠意之作。之後嚟嘅係椒鹽九肚魚，炸到金黃色，魚肉軟熟滑嫩又唔會太多骨。最後叫咗糯米卷，本身擔心兩個人食會唔會太多，不過分量適中，兩三啖食得曬一個，而且皮好甜。最令我留下印象嘅係呢度嘅裝修好靚，有啲舞廳嘅感覺，非常懷舊復古，坐得好舒適。…Read More
