上次去銅鑼灣登龍街吃飯,經過見到 The Point ,因為之前到尖沙咀 The One 的店吃過,所以印象較深刻,記憶中這裡的薄餅、意粉很好吃,今次我們專程來銅鑼灣分店食個下午茶 ☕️餐廳裝修帶歐美風格,主要以木材元素,設計時尚簡約,擺放多張四人枱及長型枱,空間感足,不會有壓迫,地方舒適,輕鬆自在。這裡主打是薄餅,薄餅款式選擇多,我們來到的時候正是中午,午餐餐牌上有3 Courses 和 2 Courses,還有單點的特色意粉、芝士通粉、湯飯、肉類、小食、沙律、特色甜點、特飲等,款款都好吸引。我們點了兩個 3 Courses 的午餐。先來挪威煙三文魚,三文魚咸咸香香的味道,肉質嫩滑,配備檸檬汁,口感更清新。意大利香草烤茄子沙律以多種蔬菜製成的沙律,新鮮嫩綠,口感爽脆,烤茄子味道特別,不會過淋,有口感,所有材料沾了醬汁,酸酸甜甜,非常開胃的前菜,真的不錯!Norcina Pizza 9",薄餅材料包括香腸粒、野菌、烤蒜頭和香草忌廉芝士醬,我最喜歡吃薄薄的餅底,鬆脆可口,加上烤過的蒜頭舗面,更惹味,自己都是第一次食有蒜頭的Pizza,味道獨特,果然這裡的 Pizza 非同凡響,美味無比。鮮露筍野菌黑松露卡邦拿拉意粉這個意粉散發著淡淡黑松露香,露筍鮮嫩爽脆,什菌,意粉彈牙,配合濃濃的芝士味,所有材料都有卡邦拿醬汁,混合起來味道剛剛好,不會太濃亦不會淡,越食越起勁,完全是我喜愛的意粉,簡直回味無比!午餐加 $32 棒棒雞翼配蜜糖燒烤醬3隻,香脆可口,雞翼只有一條骨,方便易食,沾一沾蜜糖燒烤醬,另有一番風味,我們邊吃邊讚,好美味。忌廉泡芙配朱古力醬這甜點以杯子盛載食品,看起來很吸引。泡芙鬆軟,忌廉香甜軟滑,與朱古力醬混合在一起,不會太甜,味道匹配,好吃。意大利奶凍賣相精緻的甜品,濃厚的奶香味,清甜幼滑,與士多啤梨醬及生果粒一起吃,口感豐富,美味可口!Fruit Soda以多種生果混合製成,飲起來有菠蘿和西柚的香甜味,口感清新解膩,好飲。龍蝦湯 $78   (1 bowl)湯裡啖啖龍蝦肉,肉質鮮美,彈牙爽口,濃厚的龍蝦湯味,美味可口。Ice Lemon Tea茶味清爽,檸檬新鮮,冰冰涼涼,清爽解渴。…Read More

今次是第二次來The Point,上次吃過它的pizza後,便決定要來第二次試試它的pasta。這是鵝肝pizza ,除了中間一大塊鵝肝,每塊Pizza上都有一小塊鵝肝,讓人感覺很滿足!而且是我喜歡吃的薄批,咬起上來特別香脆可口!美中不足的是洋蔥略嫌大塊搶了鵝肝的味道。而今天試的是炒野菌,棒棒雞和虎蝦意粉。香蒜橄欖油炒野菌簡簡單單得來味道很不錯。我點了4塊的棒棒雞,味道就是一般炸雞而已。奇怪的是他的醬汁, Menu上說的是蜜糖燒烤醬,但他明明就是茄汁,是cocktail shrimp那種茄汁...$72有點貴。最後是香煎虎蝦海鮮汁意粉,雖然沒有很香濃的海鮮汁味, 但味道還是很好,是下次可以再點的菜色!綜合來說是不錯的餐廳,如果想食Pizza和意粉它是很好的選擇。價錢其實有點偏貴,如果不是有早鳥優惠: 7:15pm前結帳可享有30% Off,也真的不會常去。…Read More

龍蝦……居然配的是pizza?以為看錯了呢!跟帶著弟妹的朋友,週末午餐吃這份,豪氣又豐富。龍蝦薄餅 ($298)原隻龍蝦,躺在pizza上,霸氣十足!賣相無得輸,連鄰桌遊客也走來拍照。把龍蝦移開,就像變成了兩份菜式。不止是裝飾,殼下有拆肉,再釀入磨菇、蕃茄等。pizza上同樣鋪有餡料。微甜可口,整份被搶著吃。棒棒雞翼配蜜糖燒烤醬 ($78)做成棒狀的單骨雞翼,偷食超方便~夠惹味,不太乾身。一份約4件,略嫌「唔夠喉」。軟殼蟹沙律 ($118)最怕軟殼蟹空洞乏味,這份脆口又蟹味濃。脹鼓鼓的水波蛋,輕輕切下,蛋黃就一瀉而出。混著生菜、烤甜椒和蜜糖芥末汁同吃,不太單調。甜品pizza,有肉桂蘋果和香蕉棉花糖口味 ($68)。雖然擔心會膩,反正只是6吋的迷你版,吃了再算。兩款樣子相似,同樣有雲尼拿雪糕,小朋友最愛。冷熱交替,感覺特別。蘋果的,撒有葡萄乾、合桃和吉士醬。味道跟蘋果批近似,夾著肉桂香,個人較喜歡。香蕉那款比較甜,配有烤得半融的棉花糖和朱古力醬。士多啤梨雪糕泡沫 ($48)以梳打為基,雖然打入雲尼拿雪糕,跟預期的奶沫系有落差。喝起來清新輕盈,士多啤梨淡但不酸。小結特式pizza鹹甜都有,以龍蝦那款的吸睛度和好食指數最高。環境時尚開揚,菜式方便開心share,大人細路都適合。…Read More

又到午饍時間,行經登龍街睇吓有咩好食。發現轉角位有間餐廳,整間都以玻璃為主,乾淨整潔,又帶點點綠色,就揀咗呢度。店內主要以木枱為主,陽光從玻璃透入店內既感覺幾舒服,望向天花板竟然見到the point。估唔到lunch都有咁多款食物可以揀,小食、沙律、意粉、Pizza、甜品都有得食。Mock Champagne $48好似一杯香檳,但係完全冇酒精,入邊有蘋果、檸檬同埋薑,飲落去小小似波子汽水。Caprese Salad $108內有水牛芝士、番茄同火箭菜,番茄好新鮮,而水牛芝士又唔會好咸,中和了火箭菜的苦澀,味道好清新。Truffles Fries $68薯條呈幼身,上面有芝士同埋調味粉,入口好香脆,黑松露味唔算好濃,棒棒雞翼配蜜糖燒烤醬 $78雞翼只有一條骨,好似雞鎚咁幾得意,棒棒雞經油炸但入口不覺油膩,雞肉帶點嫩滑,旁邊的燒烤醬令到雞翼更惹味。Smoked Salmon Benedict $108底層係多士,上面有煙三文魚、牛油果同埋Benedict,一切開蛋漿便湧出,脆口嘅多士配搭鹹鹹地嘅煙三文魚,再加濃濃嘅蛋漿,三者非常夾。Portobello Hash Benedict $98呢個Benedict配有蘑菇、菠菜、焦糖洋蔥同埋薯餅,食落又係另一種感覺,因為呢個brunch食落去係甜嘅。蕃茄龍蝦意粉 一上枱已經被大大隻龍蝦吸引住,廚師亦好細心地將龍蟹肉散佈在意粉內,不用自己拆殼,入口意粉除了有番茄味之外,還帶有龍蝦的香味,而龍蝦肉亦很彈牙。鵝肝pizza呢度嘅Pizza比較出名,因為店內嘅石爐只需三分鐘,就可以將細件嘅Pizza整熟,鵝肝切成細細塊,遍佈喺Pizza上面,因為細細粒,入口唔會好油膩,而Pizza係薄批,外層好鬆脆,果然係招牌菜。Cinnamon Apple $68同樣是Pizza的形狀,上面有一球雲呢拿雪糕,入口好香肉桂同埋蘋果批味,餅底依然是十分鬆脆。Banana Heaven $68呢個甜品又係另一種口感,上面有香蕉、棉花糖以及朱古力醬,非常香甜美味。Lunch都食到咁飽,今晚唔駛食飯啦😂原來仲可以包場俾小朋友慶祝生日,學整pizza,又幾得意喎!…Read More

週一晚約了友人聚餐,為方便大家,特意選了一間位處銅鑼灣的餐廳「The Point」。 筆者抵達餐廳門外,眼見長長的人龍,以為輪候者眾,及後發覺那是輪候小巴的人龍,才晃然大悟 =PThe Point 是意式餐廳,主打意粉及薄餅兩款美食。在品評這些拿手美饌之前,先來數道前菜小吃。炸蕃薯條配忌廉芝士醬是打頭炮的香口小吃,即點即炸固然香脆,再加上蕃薯本身的甜味,份外好吃!棒棒雞翼配蜜糖燒烤醬的熱辣程度與炸薯條不遑多讓,以雞翼去單骨反起炸香,味道酥脆燙嘴,但以七十餘元才四件雞翼來說,實在貴了少許。筆者喜愛大蘑菇,這道菠菜里哥特芝士烤龍葵菇當然是必吃之選。菜式的賣相有點似菠蘿包,面上是脆脆麵包粒,中層是芝士菠菜,底層是龍葵菇,旁邊伴上火箭菜沙律。就龍葵菇而言,菌香算上中等,芝士香氣則稍弱。至於在旁的火箭菜,本身味道鮮爽,但建議所用上的香醋味道可調弱一點。香煎蟹肉餅配烤紅椒香蒜蛋黃醬是比較失準之作,蟹餅蟹香很淡,而且整體味道過鹹。香蒜辣椒白酒煮大蜆用上澳洲大蜆,外型飽滿,甜嫩度中規中矩,配上的香蒜辣椒汁香辣惹味。與雞翼一樣,數隻蜆取價百餘元實在進取。香煎阿根廷紅蝦蕃茄意粉所用上的紅蝦大隻甜美,意粉富嚼勁,蕃茄汁濃郁帶甜,是一道不俗的菜式。特級美國安格斯肉眼牛扒是明顯失準之作。雖要求 medium-rare 的熟度,但出來成品幾近全熟,肉質帶韌。加上肉香一般,菜式有很大的改善空間。Roman 薄餅以意大利風乾火腿、無花果、火箭菜及蕃茄醬作餡料。薄餅的厚薄程度介乎坊間厚批與薄批的兩者之間,煙韌得來又帶點脆,面上的芝士量足,調味佳,與風乾火腿味道配搭恰宜。至於批面的無花果,口味帶甜,與火箭菜一起能平衡薄餅與火腿的膩感,建議可追加多一點份量。餐廳以意粉及薄餅作主打,甜品也不忘以此取勝。 Cinnamon Apple Pizza 是甜吃的薄餅,餡料有烤蘋果、葡萄乾、合桃、吉士醬及雲尼拿雪糕。薄餅食味甜爽,肉桂味香,冷熱交集。而當中的合桃更是亮點之一,口味甚為香脆。Tiramisu Affogado 是咖啡愛好者的必然之選,咖啡味道濃香,層次口感豐富,值得一試!飲品先後試了兩款完全不同風格的選擇。餐前的 Strawberry Ice-cream Float ,顧名思義,飲品以士多啤梨作主要味道,並引入一球香草雪糕及適量梳打汽水作基底,製作有點似奶昔。或許梳打份量相對多,飲品味道比預期淡了一點。餐後以 Honey Latte 作結。此店用上的 Bolaven 咖啡豆產自老撾,屬有機農產品,味道比一般咖啡豆輕盈少許,加上 Latte 奶量足,整體口感幼滑,再配合蜜糖的天然甜潤,頗合筆者口味。整體而言,餐廳的意粉及薄餅確是做得不錯,但牛扒及飲品則有進步空間。前菜小吃水準合理,但定價略為進取,OK喇!…Read More
