我成日都覺得,約朋友食飯,想約就要約,想去就要去!做咗阿媽講呢啲係幾衰,不過我哋早咗幾個禮拜約,爸爸又肯幫我湊住兩個,咁我就梗係要出嚟鬆一鬆啦!太耐冇食泰菜,我哋就相約在九龍城黃珍珍泰國菜館,我都算係半個地膽,去過九龍城嘅朋友都一定聽過黃珍珍。一坐低我哋就埋頭苦幹咁睇餐牌,我哋4位少婦,一人揀幾樣,一唔小心我哋竟然叫咗 11 個餸,兩款甜品!食物到枱,大家都一定係相機食先啦!唔係大家又點會睇到靚靚餸菜個樣,下面我就講下我哋叫乜叫咗咁多。生蝦刺身:食泰菜必叫,而且用嚟打卡一流,睇相你就知點解,真係超夢幻 (其實係啲乾冰造出嚟嘅效果)。新鮮生蝦配正宗酸辣泰式醬汁,仲要配埋呢個傳統泰式食法「生蝦、涼瓜、辣椒、蒜頭」一啖入口,層次豐富,真係睇得又食得之作。柚子沙律:超 fresh 又開胃嘅沙律,真係食完之後個胃可以裝多咗食物。燒澳洲和牛舌:牛舌絕對係嶠爸至愛,我就一般般啦!但黃珍珍呢個澳洲和牛舌,我就真係食唔停口,因為食落口超「冧」嘅,唔似平時嗰啲咁「un」。串燒鮮白鱔:呢個真心不得了,一上枱,我已經被佢嘅香味吸引住!老老實實,連我呢個唔好魚嘅人,食完一串都想再嚟一串,因為真係燒得勁香,啲汁真係同舊鱔好夾。炸單骨雞翼:聽店員講係新登場,佢哋係用無激素雞翼,配埋新鮮泰國香料醃製。食落口真係脆到卜卜聲。內層仲好 juicy,仲要係單骨食法,真係勁方便!冬蔭公湯:新鮮生猛嘅大頭蝦,煮出濃郁惹味嘅冬蔭功湯,酸酸辣辣勁開胃!泰式明爐元朗烏頭:呢個烏頭來頭不少,再經過黃珍珍嘅廚師團隊巧製泰式蒸烏頭,加入咗酸梅等泰式食材,突出魚嘅鮮味,另外仲加咗豬肉丸,夾埋魚湯一齊食,果然有驚喜。招牌咖哩炒蟹、法式麵包:法式麵包,沾咖哩食,勁正!或者就咁食啲咖哩炒蟹,一樣係食唔停口。馬拉盞炒泰國通菜:泰國通菜真係同一般通菜唔同,好爽口,再配埋馬拉盞炒,真係好香口。菠蘿炒飯:芊嶠至愛,入面有菠蘿粒,面有肉鬆,有腰果,放係個菠蘿入面上枱,真係又靚又香。泰式炒粉:估唔到個配搭咁夾,有酸酸嘅味,即便個肚已經好飽,但食完一啖都仲想繼續食🤪甜品 - 芒果糯米飯 (左) & 椰青糕 (右) 椰青糕 :類似大菜糕,入面有一絲絲椰肉,所以有淡淡嘅椰香味。芒果糯米飯:黃珍珍嘅芒果糯米飯好特別㗎!因為係分別有黑糯米 & 白糯米,白糯米係出面少啲機會食到,但原來白糯米都幾好味!總結:對上一次食黃珍珍都年幾之前,今次再食,感覺同以前唔同,味道唔再似以前咁濃味,而且多咗啲「花神」,淨係個仙氣生蝦刺身,都已經好特別。下次一定要同老公仔女到嚟食!…Read More

老字號信心保證👍🏻正宗泰國菜館相信好多人聽過名字都說之前食過,那就是位於九龍城的「黃珍珍泰國菜館」。而我卻是第一次來,原來咁好味😍食到停唔到口😝黃珍珍第二代傳人 Jacky 好熱情招待每一位客人,好細心咁推介客人最新鮮嘅菜式,熱情到好似識咗好耐嘅朋友咁🤣其實第一次見😆因為家姐搬咗去九龍城,所以家庭聚會就多咗喺九龍城,今次一家人嚟試吓呢間正宗泰國菜館。去黃珍珍泰國菜館必吃的就是「生蝦刺身」,平時食生蝦通常配辣椒同蒜頭,但黃珍珍就採用左傳統泰式食法,將生蝦、涼瓜、辣椒、蒜頭一啖放入口,肉質緊實富彈性,味道爽甜鮮美。記得點埋正宗酸辣泰式醬汁,滋味無窮,非常醒胃。「柚子沙律」黃珍珍嘅柚子沙律超大碟,好清甜爽口,唔會太酸又唔辣,味道調得啱啱好,非常開胃又美味。👍🏻「燒澳洲和牛舌」你以為生蝦刺身係必點,其實我就覺得這碟燒澳洲和牛舌,先係唔可以錯過嘅菜式,從來未試過食牛舌食到好似食緊和牛咁,入口即化,相當難忘。「串燒鮮白鱔」鱔皮烤得又脆又香,而肉質仍有點彈牙,保持到鱔的鮮甜。熱辣辣的鮮嫩魚肉在口中慢慢的漏油溶化,那滋味真的不能形容!「燒日本魷魚」口感嫩口又入味,味道香濃帶甜,口感Q彈。「炸單骨雞翼」採用無激素雞翼,仲用左新鮮泰國香料醃製,外脆內嫩,單骨做法好方便,小朋友都食到。「冬蔭公湯」三隻大大隻新鮮生猛嘅大頭蝦,非常搶眼,爽口鮮甜,蝦膏特濃😍「泰式明爐元朗烏頭」好多人都好怕食烏頭,因為好怕食到佢陣泥味😅而黃珍珍嘅烏頭係喺香港飼養的激罕烏頭,肉質幼嫩好多,黃油豐盛而且一啲泥味都冇,果然係好味。「招牌咖哩炒蟹、法式麵包」個咖喱炒蟹汁不得了,配埋個法式麵包食超夾。法式麵包超脆口,本來已經飽到十成食唔落,但因為個法式麵包太好味,忍唔住就食咗成個😆😆😆「馬拉盞炒泰國通菜」食泰國菜通常都會叫通菜,但原來黃珍珍嘅通菜真係來自泰國,爽口好多。「菠蘿炒飯」去到尾聲已經飽到暈,菠蘿炒飯就比屋企人分咗,我要留肚食甜品😝😝😝「泰式炒粉」當我以為我已經飽到極點,但最後又俾呢碟泰式炒粉吸引咗🤣🤣試左一啖,咁好味嘅?🤣🤣酸酸甜甜好開胃,又忍唔住再食多幾啖,今日好似黑洞咁🤣🤣係咁食😆😆「椰汁西米糕」晶瑩通透既椰汁西米糕,大菜糕口感伴隨椰汁香味,仲要冰涼口感,飯口甜品最適合不過。「芒果糯米飯」幾飽都要食既芒果糯米飯,有黑白糯米配鮮甜芒果,越食越掛住泰國,越食越想去旅行。忘了飲品,我地叫左芒果汁、奇異果汁、菠蘿汁同珍多冰,全部新鮮果汁👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻唔係糖水溝出嚟🥰老闆話所有菜式都無落味精,所以食完唔會好口渴。🥰一路寫一路好想再食😍😍😍味道🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟環境🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟服務🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟抵食🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟黃珍珍泰國菜館九龍城打鼓嶺道 23 號百營中心地下…Read More

今日約左成班老友去黃珍珍泰國菜館聚舊!黃珍珍呢個名相信冇人會未聽過,佢地0係九龍城已經曆史悠久,聽就聽得多,但我都係第一次黎食佢地出左個新套餐 - 「泰愛泰珍味盛宴」,個名咁勁,一於試下啦!一席$2388 (原價$3288) 優惠做到1月23號咋!準備開餐 - 先黎柚子沙律柚子粒粒都好飽滿,仲要好大梳!原來師父用左金柚拆成肉粒,每一啖都可以食到柚子既香、甜、酸,咬落去卜卜聲咁好過癮!配以魚露、青檸汁、紅蔥頭等,個汁好夠酸,非常惹味醒胃!香辣海中霸伴青芒果絲師父用左泰國黎既「紅寶石魚」,非常之大條,肉厚而肥美!師父先將「紅寶石魚」炸過,但仍然保存到肉汁,肉質鮮嫩,再配以紅蔥頭、香茅、指天椒,再加上削皮既青芒果絲一齊食,又酸又辣咁,味道好豐富!珍珍讚火焰燒雞珍珍讚火焰燒雞選料為「走地雞」,上台時店員會在我地面前點火燃燒雞隻,陣陣香味即時釋放出黎,真係流晒口水,急不及待要起筷喇!一咬落去,雞件外層脆口,肉質非常嫩滑,而且肉汁豐富,再配以洋蔥、三色椒、車厘茄、菠蘿粒、魚露而成既汁,又juicy 又醒胃,正呀! M6級咖啡炒蟹師傅選用左M6級大肉蟹,上台時大家都嘩然,好震撼,因為真係好大隻!!蟹肉真係好鮮甜,肉厚多肉,蟹味特出,絕對冇俾咖哩味遮蓋!師傅仲加左少少辣椒去整,更加惹味!講到咖哩,呢個咖哩汁真係整得好好,味道剛好,少少辣,味道夠濃,用黎配香脆法包,真係一絕!如果唔係要留肚食其他野,我諗我會狂點法包黎食!酸辣海鮮湯真係好足料,內有好多海鮮,數得出既有魚、蝦、蟹、青口、魷魚等等,而且樣樣都勁大件,勁呀!湯內仲加左香茅、南薑、金不換、紅蔥頭等等,又酸又辣,唔止惹味,仲可以配埋啲海鮮一齊食,一品兩食!什錦串燒沙爹什錦串燒沙爹共12串,有豬、雞、牛三款,串串都好大件,重點梗係佢個秘汁啦,沙爹香味好濃,咬落去好juicy,好味呀!馬拉盞通菜食泰國菜又點可以冇馬拉盞通菜呢,呢個菜整得好翠綠又爽口,加入左秘裝馬拉盞調味,非常惹味!原個菠蘿炒飯最後梗係要黎個主食啦!菠蘿炒飯亦係泰國菜必食之選,原隻菠蘿份量十足,飯炒得粒粒分明飽滿,內有蝦、爉腸、雞肉、腰果、大量肉鬆等,材料豐富,味道好有層次,同時食到蝦既鮮味,雞肉既鮮甜,菠蘿既酸味,仲有青豆既清新,好食!荔枝冰粒粒荔枝都好大粒甜品併盤最後最後,仲有甜品併盤,當中既椰青糕最為特別,聽店員講,師傅係用左新鮮既椰青同椰水而成,果陣椰香味非常濃郁,而且特別清新,可以中和返之前既濃味及飽滯感!除左椰青糕外,芒果糯米糍亦同樣出色!師傅選用熟度好夠既芒果,所以好甜,好香,皮又夠薄,正!今晚好好彩,撞岩有表演第一次黎食黃珍珍,非常滿意!唔止食物好食,服務亦非常好!而且地方夠大,就算一大班人聚會都冇有怕,黃珍珍是個聚會好地方!…Read More

上星期六全家去九龍城搵嘢食, 諗住食泰國嘢又希望坐得舒服D, 所以楝了黃珍珍, 貪佢哋有半圓枱可以坐得舒服D及可以放什物, 六點半去到並唔多人, 見餐牌上唔算太多選擇所以叫咗幾樣例牌嘢柚子沙津: 樣同埋味道一般無什驚喜, 下次可以唔叫炸蟹鉗: 同酒樓飲宴時菜式味道一樣, 不過不失啦泰式拼盤: 整體非常一般, 炸魚餅最唔掂又淋又淡口青咖哩牛腩: 全晚最唔掂就係呢碟餸, 咖哩味完全唔掂又非常之淡色, 牛腩及牛筋唔入味而且切得好碎, 一個字講哂 "唔掂"咖哩抄蟹及焗豬仔飽: 隻蟹本身唔新鮮, D肉霉既, 但個咖哩汁味道反而唔錯, 用來點焗麵飽都幾好食椰汁酸辣雞肉湯: 味道正常榴槤抄飯: 呢個幾好味, 適逢呢排榴槤靚, 所以配合任何做法都會好食的, 碟抄飯味道香甜, 我最後包底食哂成碟, 好滿足總括來講, 同區的泰國食店食物質素都唔會差過佢, 而且價錢亦會平過佢的, 但要講坐得舒服真係無咩邊幾間好過佢的...…Read More

在下今天初試牛刀,將我的第一次送給珍珍。約了中學時代的“project鐵三角” ── 兩陳一李,到九龍城寨一聚,到黃珍珍落腳,廢話少說,上菜!1. 冬蔭功湯 黃珍珍的冬蔭功湯,材落都落足,對於不嗜辣的我,酸辣程序都適中,兩位陳小姐就認為可以更辣。而為了更切合香港人的口味,黃珍珍的有加椰子汁,中和了辣味,個人很喜愛!2. 泰式燒豬頸肉 惹味版的中式叉燒加三中蝦片,穩穩當當,醬汁蠻好味!3. 泰式柚子沙律 對於 “沙律怪”的我,任何一碟普通的沙律我都愛,而珍珍這個也真的普通!哈! 85%都是柚子肉,加入少許乾蔥、花生、蝦米粹及咸味醬料,有多三隻小蝦!就是這樣!中規中矩!4. 三味魚柳 甜酸醬加炸魚柳,又一中規中矩作品,好處在於沒有一般茶餐廳或大排檔的甜酸東西的那陣刺鼻的酸味。其實不值一讚,應該是要追樣才合格!5. 泰式咖喱炒蟹 如果這是她的招牌菜,珍珍應記十個大板!賣相可以,不過還是杷蟹蓋放上面好,懶得很!蛋漿埋芡,不過得個看字!她實際上是不怎樣有咖哩味的!我都不接受,一個咖哩痴會有比八十後更強的反對意欲、衝動!6. 小甜品 – 芒果糯米糍、椰汁糕、芝麻糕 雖然得四件,我們妙分了她們!全部都好味!!7. 珍多冰第一次試飲,都是糖加水,不過加了椰子汁,就成了我的寵兒!還帶有一點點米香,挺特別!~ ขอบคุณ! ~…Read More
