嚟流浮山食海鮮,嚟咗有2010米芝蓮推介嘅明記海鮮酒家。餐廳喺‘海味街’嘅中段,門面唔算太起眼。門口附近有貼米芝蓮推介同埋其他有關嘅推介、報道。海鮮基本上都係時價,價錢要當日問先知。門口有多個魚缸俾人睇,睇啱可以問當日價錢。我哋今次就食咗蝦、蟹、蠔、鮑魚、班腩、油菜同埋炒飯。海鮮湯一入到嚟坐低,未叫餸就會俾咗一碗海鮮湯先。佢基本上係魚湯嚟嘅,飲落有好香濃嘅魚味,絕非一般味精魚湯可比。原本見佢賣相一般又係一坐低就送嘅,都冇咩期望,以為都係一般例湯嗰啲,估唔到竟然咁好味。豉油皇蝦打頭陣係豉油皇蝦。餐廳都有貼介紹佢嘅poster。蝦肉爽口。調味惹味,除咗豉油仲有好香嘅蒜、洋蔥味。最鍾意食呢啲夠鑊氣嘅爆炒小菜。推介。油鹽焗奄仔蟹 蟹季嚟到當然要食流浮山出名嘅奄仔蟹。呢間嘅奄仔蟹調味做得好唔錯,咸香惹味適中亦滲入蟹肉。奄仔蟹啲骨同殼都比較軟,蟹殼餐廳已經整碎咗,蟹骨用手就整得爛,食上嚟好方便。酥炸生蠔流浮山除咗奄仔蟹,蠔都好出名。所以炸蠔都係其中一樣我哋好期待嘅菜式。可能期望愈大失望愈大,估唔到佢竟然會成為今餐最失望嘅菜式。佢嘅炸粉超厚、冇味道宜且油膩,蠔嘅大細亦只有拇指咁大。失望。果皮蒸鮑魚一般蒸鮑魚嘅味。鮑魚新鮮。紅炆班頭腩魚肉新鮮。調味適中。推介。油菜油菜新鮮爽口,食完咁多海鮮清一清。招牌粉飯意外地好味。炒飯粒粒分明,亦唔油膩。好手勢,推介。流浮山食海鮮多數時價,原本都有擔心俾人開天價。幸運地遇上呢間老實,冇出咩蠱惑招,嚟流浮山嘅話可以考慮一試。…Read More

師傅一向都覺得好野不妨一試再試, 所以好多食店都會去完再去; 就好似呢間食店, 自從師傅試過一次後, 真係一試難忘, 加上印象甚好, 所以一定會再黎, 問題只不過係幾時咁解啫! 好耐之前同培哥輸賭餐飯, 講明邊個輸就要請對方食海鮮, 師傅有幸輸了, 所以就索性叫培哥同埋太座一齊黎呢度食番餐!人數唔多, 得三條友但穩陣起見都係訂左枱先; 準時去到, 當然第一時間出去睇下有咩好食啦,呢度嘅海鮮選擇真係頗多, 各式其式應有盡有; 睇左一輪後, 最後揀左六款海鮮, 再加個菜同米粉; 六款海鮮分別有豉油王煎蝦, 豉椒炒聖子, 油鹽水花甲, 椒鹽賴尿蝦, 果皮蒸鮑魚同蒜蓉粉絲蒸蚌; 六款海鮮師傅有試過亦有未試過!率先登場嘅係豉油王煎蝦, 豉油王煎蝦有六隻, 先品嚐下個豉油, 豉油味道唔會過濃亦唔會太咸, 味道洽到好處, 淨係啜個殼都夠棧鬼啦, 加上蝦身唔細, 咬落去發覺肉身新鮮爽口, 而外面嘅豉油就有少少浸入肉身, 令到蝦有少少豉油味但亦冇掩蓋到蝦嘅鮮味, 一絕; 豉椒炒聖子就繼續維持一貫高水準, 豉椒炒得香口, 十分惹味, 而聖子鮮甜, 炒嘅火喉同時間一流, 令聖子唔會又老又韌, 反而肉身爽口非常, 真係掂呀; 油鹽水花甲就普通d, 皆因之前兩樣都比較濃味, 而油鹽水相對淡口少少, 變得清淡, 但清淡不等如唔好味, 原因係花甲本身都好大隻, 而且肉身爽口鮮甜, 最重要係冇沙, 唔會食到依牙鬆鋼, 不錯!椒鹽賴尿蝦有兩隻, 賴尿蝦本身好大隻, 正因為大所以先見食, 賴尿蝦肉身鮮甜, 咬口一流, 加上椒鹽冇掩蓋到賴尿蝦本身嘅鮮甜, 呢下已經出位, 再講椒鹽味道甚佳, 香辣惹味, 味道討好; 如果要師傅挑下骨頭就只係覺得比較油, 但椒鹽本來就是這樣, 亦等如交稅一樣, 無可避免; 果皮蒸鮑魚又係一必食嘅菜式, 鮑魚本身好大隻, 果皮夠香又冇對鮑魚蒸得過火, 令到鮑魚肉身鬆軟, 一d都唔韌, 有果皮味同鮑魚味, 勁正; 蒜蓉粉絲蒸蚌都幾大隻, 蒜蓉味唔算特別濃味, 同一般食店比呢個蒜蓉可以話淡口, 不過淡口無非想帶出蚌嘅鮮甜, 而蚌亦冇蒸得過火, 唔會韌, 幾好! 至於菜同米粉嘅味道已經唔重要, 皆因作用都係點綴下架啫!總括黎講食物質素非常出色, 海鮮真係好掂, 而環境都可以, 服務都係一般啦, 價錢唔貴, 三個人埋單唔使九舊水, 海鮮餐喎, 仲要係高質海鮮餐, 抵食啦; 師傅對呢間食店真係有相當高嘅評價, 而用黎作為第七百篇食評就更有意義, 肯定仲有下次, 笑臉點到師傅唔比! …Read More

早幾日師傅相約一班好友於家中耍樂, 而飯局當然係重要嘅一環, 所以不容忽視, 於是師傅得閒就諗下定去邊度食野同埋食咩好, 最後覺得近近地冇理由唔黎呢度食番餐架, 於是就膽粗粗揀左呢間食店, 加上見到各食家對呢間食店嘅有讚冇彈, 應該信得過, 去馬啦!準時去到, 師傅亦不敢怠慢, 即刻去揀下有咩靚海鮮; 見到呢度嘅海鮮選擇頗多, 各式其式應有盡有, 最後睇啱揀啱就開餐啦! 當晚菜式有上湯龍蝦伊麵底(兩隻), 砵酒焗生蠔, 果皮蒸鮑魚, 辣酒煮花螺, 豉椒炒聖子, 蒸海班兩條(蘇鼠班, 花英班), 蒜蓉粉絲蒸貴妃蚌, 蝦醬通菜同埋招牌炒飯, 而呢間食店仲送多一鍋海鮮湯!率先登場嘅係砵酒焗生蠔, 生蠔身比較細隻, 但肉質新鮮加上膏都幾肥美, 用砵酒焗甜甜脆脆, 作為開場嘅第一道菜, 著實不錯; 接住落黎就係上湯龍蝦伊麵底, 本來封筆食家"今餐食乜好"想食芝士焗, 但呢間食店建議用上湯, 於是又試下啦, 上湯出黎嘅效果非常好, 皆因上湯味道唔會太濃, 食到龍蝦嘅鮮甜, 加上龍蝦肉身爽口又唔韌, 絕對出色; 豉椒炒聖子雖然係一道好普通嘅菜式, 但呢間食店一d都唔馬虎, 豉椒真的炒得香口, 非常惹味, 加上聖子真係好鮮, 炒完之後肉身依舊爽口, 一d都唔韌, 絕對唔會似鵝腸, 掂呀! 坦白講師傅唔算鍾意食聖子, 但呢間食店令師傅改觀!好味到停唔到口, 跟住就到果皮蒸鮑魚登場, 鮑魚本身好大隻, 師傅起初都有d驚, 但見食店信心十足咁話用果皮蒸, 就信佢一次啦, 果皮都幾香但絕對唔會過火, 而鮑魚蒸得洽到好處, 肉身鬆軟, 但一d都唔韌, 而且仲有鮑魚味, 勁正; 蒸海班兩條(蘇鼠班, 花英班), 兩條都係一斤多少少重, 用黎蒸真係一流, 兩條師傅都有食過, 但始終覺得蘇鼠班較正, 皆因肉身較滑, 較好味; 花英班都唔差, 不過相比之下就差左少少, 所以呢個回合蘇鼠勝!師傅睇完之前位食家話辣酒煮花螺可以不試, 本來都冇諗住試, 但食神話試下, 於是又試一試啦, 出黎嘅感覺非常好, 辣酒煮得好香, 酒味香配上少少辣, 淨係個汁都極其惹味, 加上花螺肉身爽口, 又鮮甜又冇沙, 絕對出色, 送酒更是一流; 師傅覺得並唔係每間食店都可以做到咁嘅水準, 好彩有試, 如果唔係走寶; 蒜蓉粉絲蒸貴妃蚌都幾大隻, 蒜蓉味唔算特別濃味, 不過師傅相信係呢間食店特登咁煮, 皆決咁樣就唔會比蒜蓉掩蓋左貴妃蚌嘅鮮甜, 不錯!蝦醬通菜簡單嘅菜式, 但能夠煮到有蝦醬味但又唔會咸, 加上通菜嫩綠, 非常好味; 招牌炒飯就一d都唔油, 炒得好乾身, 而飯係蝦仔飯, 真係一粒粒唔覺得d飯黏埋一齊, 得喎! 最後係海鮮湯, 料師傅冇咩睇過同食過, 但湯就有飲, 熱辣辣入口唔腥, 但一d胡椒味都冇, 作為海鮮湯唔腥真係好難得, 加上送嘅絕對收貨!總括黎講食物質素非常出色, 海鮮真係好新鮮, 而環境都可以, 清清靜靜, 服務就一般啦, 樓面長期冇人, 連柯打啤酒汽水都要行落去, 價錢就算接受到, 埋單三千二百二十, 十二人食海鮮餐, 都幾抵食啦, 仲要師傅成日當左十三個, 所以d份量柯打多左, 可則仲可以平d; 師傅對呢間食店真係有高度評價, 如果食海鮮黎呢度好過去西貢, 有機會一定會再黎, 笑臉比硬! 後記: 師傅本來諗住呢餐海鮮宴就係入伙酒, 點知最後一班好友點都要夾番份, 海鮮宴變自費餐, 師傅都唔知好嬲定好笑! 不過都多謝一班好友咁錫師傅, 同你地做朋友, 真係師傅嘅福份, 但一句到尾仲欠你地一餐!…Read More
