去日本旅行遙遙無期,思鄉病發得心癢癢又口痕,這晚就來到位於天后的黑木亭居酒屋品嚐日式料理。店內面積雖不大,但裝潢走居酒屋格局,帶點日式復古懷舊的氛圍,餐牌選擇極多,看得人眼花撩亂。蟹將軍薯仔沙律 $108墊底的薯仔沙律一半壓成蓉一半切粒,保持顆粒和綿軟兩種口感,清爽又醒胃。以蟹蓋盛載著絲絲手拆蟹肉加上粒粒晶瑩蟹籽,凸顯海產獨有的鮮香味。來到居酒屋又怎能錯過串燒和燒物呢?!即點即燒,風味十足。原條黑豚露筍卷 $38黑豚肉片肉質細嫩,裡面包裹著爽脆的露筍,別有一番清新氣息,也可中和燒肉的肥膩感。白鱔 $68串燒火候控制得宜,鎖住肉汁之餘能燒至皮脆,鱔肉結實但有彈性而不會過於腥澀。法式羊仔架 $88一碟份量也不少,羊架表層燒得帶有焦香,加上肥瘦適中,吃時不會太肥膩,卻有一陣若隱若現的脂香。肉質保持細嫩腍滑,羶味不過重,卻又不失羊肉本身的香味。扇貝 $108size極之巨型的扇貝足足有手掌般大,一上枱已傳來陣陣牛油香氣。大粒肥厚的扇貝肉身味甜富彈性,濃滑牛油為扇貝起提鮮之效。板燒日本產A4和牛扒 $358脂香肉嫩的A4和牛被切割成一口一粒,方便進食之餘,擺盤盡顯優雅和風。和牛中心仍保持嫩紅色,一放入口就吃得出是上乘品質,肉質鬆軟卻仍帶有嚼勁,肉汁飽滿,突出濃郁而有層次的肉味。北海道士多啤梨牛乳乳酸 $48裡面有士多啤梨果肉,真材實料,味道酸酸甜甜,綻放清新果香。蜜桃烏龍熊茶 $58含蓄典雅的烏龍茶底,隱隱滲出蜜桃果香,甜度相對較低,舒爽消膩。還有一隻小熊正在浮遊,樣子相當趣緻可愛呢!…Read More
