朋友們行經見「金公館」二人餐好豐富,便入內點了一套,再加了一個小菜一起食,相信今晚可滿足我們這班為食貓香蔥雞蛋豆乾粒豆乾切成小丁,口感軟硬適中,味道帶有五香味,再淋上香葱油十分香,是一道好味的前菜。青城山杏汁白肺打開盅蓋巳聞到陣陣杏汁香氣,奶白色的湯十分濃郁,清甜潤肺,大白菜吸盡濃湯清甜腍滑,豬肺件口感唔錯,真係一盅足料的湯水。烤北京填鴨半隻,摩摩皮,醬料,配菜半隻填鴨都份量不少,師傅將填鴨皮肉分開,再去除皮下脂肪,真係令人食得更健康。配上摩摩皮、醬料和配菜一起包來食,真的不錯。咕嚕蝦球大大隻海蝦外層炸脆,蝦肉爽口彈牙,還有新鮮菠蘿和燈籠椒加入酸甜汁內一起兜炒,真係夏天的醒胃好菜式。靈芝菇萵筍絲 萵筍絲青綠爽脆,再配上靈芝菇,清新又健康。雞湯小籠包 皮薄餡多,內部充滿湯汁,食前再加上浙醋,醒胃又解膩,食多兩粒都冇問題。杞子桂花糕 外表晶瑩通透,口感軟硬適中,清甜潤喉,甜品中不二之選。蜜椒鱔球鱔球十分厚身肥美,花後再炸脆,形狀捲起呈菊花狀十分美麗,再加上色彩繽紛的燈籠椒和西芹一起快炒,美味又爽口,配上甜甜地的蜜糖醬汁和少許黑椒碎,惹味可口。總括來講,食材多元化,餸菜份量十足,真係好味又抵食。 …Read More

前幾星期較多工作應酬,與外國同事交流,吃了不少西式晚餐。過了這忙碌的時間,特別和媽媽找間中菜館,品嚐中國味道。金公館位於太古康怡,從地鐵站出發不用三分鐘便到,地點方便就腳。疫情關係,餐廳也安排了屏風,而且枱與枱之間也有足夠距離,入座時也有量度體溫,令客人吃得安心。我們一行二人共點了幾道小菜,一起互相分享。杏汁白肺湯(⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐)真材實料的老火湯一飲便知龍與鳳,味道濃沃,有著淡淡的杏汁味,喝起來十分滋潤,秋冬進補一流。豬肺是難清潔的食材,準備十分花功夫,但廚師仍然清洗得十分乾淨,連平日不愛吃內臟的朋友也讚不絕口。香蔥雞蛋豆乾粒(⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐)清涼開胃的前菜,爽口的豆腐乾配上蔥花醬汁,起來十分清新,令人食慾大增。北京填鴨(⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐)這個烤鴨是金公館的特色菜式,一場嚟到當然要試一試。烤鴨是即叫即制式,上枱時還是熱辣辣。而且廚師還在片皮的時候多花了功夫, 把皮和肉中間的脂肪切去,令我們吃到香脆的鴨皮時 不會覺得太過油膩,真的是第一次見,值得抵讚。除了傳統的配料外,餐廳還提供了芝麻醬,酸梅醬和哈密瓜等等其他特別配料,吃起來感覺新穎。但比較之下,我們還是喜歡傳統的配搭。 一份大約有八至九件,兩三個人分享也絕對足夠。水煮牛肉(⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐)另外我們還點了是日特價的水煮牛肉,半價,非常抵食。一上枱便被大圓面盆的碗嚇到,整個盤也是辣椒,花椒等等不同香料。雖然看似恐怖,但品嚐起來卻不是太辣,而且有很香的麻,舌頭的大刺激。他們用的是滑牛肉,分量挺多,大約有7至8件,吃起來十分鮮嫩,而且入味,又麻又酸,令人停不了口。另加的豆腐十分嫩滑。豆腐本身味道不是十分重,十分配合這個湯底。最後吃一點薯粉,煙煙韌韌十分飽肚。味菜豉汁炒豬肉(⭐⭐⭐⭐💢)豬頸肉嫩口而且十分入味,配上微微酸的味菜,十分開胃,送飯一流。雲耳炒勝瓜(⭐⭐⭐⭐💢)最後還叫了個炒菜。這個炒勝瓜較為淡口,中和了之前幾道菜的油膩,而且份量也不少。杞子桂花糕(⭐⭐⭐⭐💢)這個杞子桂花糕吃起來不太甜,連平日不愛吃甜的朋友也讚不絕口,為這天的晚餐劃上完美句號。總括而言,這間餐廳食物質素不錯,而且價錢十分大眾化。下次經過也一定會再來。~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~金公館 太古康山道1-2號康怡廣場3樓T4號舖推介菜式:北京填鴨,水煮牛肉👍🏻地點方便👍🏻環境舒適 👍🏻價錢大眾…Read More

今日約個朋友在太古逛下百貨公司,康怡廣場這個商場就在地鐵太古站附近,交通真是方便。 位於三樓有間「金公館」,主打京川粵菜式,在櫥窗見到廚師切燒鴨,突然想起差不多又是晚飯時間,悶熱的夏日之下,常讓人熱到沒胃口,不如吃些川辣的菜式作晚飯都是最佳的消暑選擇。餐廳都做足防疫措施,不少座位都裝了隔簾,門外設有消毒搓手液及入座前店員都有為我們探熱,大約18:30 pm,店員安排我們二人坐在寛敞舒適的卡位,燈光通明,左右兩邊有不少卡位及馬蹄位,鏡身畫上京劇花旦、武生的塗鴉,也發現有一些古代三足鼎酒杯、載滿川椒的玻璃瓶等,帶來了一點中國古典的氣息。餐廳提供多款不同種類風味小菜,除了散點的菜式,也有2人、4人的晚市套餐。先打開個餐牌看看,菜式真是非常豐富,菜式分類有涼菜小食、湯水、精品燒味、京式風味、川式風味、粵式風味、水煮、招牌菜、家禽、乾鍋、泡椒、家常、飯麵、甜品等......以下是我們今日選擇的菜式:蒜泥白玉($72)野山泡椒鳳爪($52)招牌口水雞(例)($88)青城山杏汁白肺湯($62)老壇子酸菜魚($238)杞子桂花糕($33)----------------蒜泥白玉($72)先來一個美好的邂逅,夏日炎炎,川辣的冷盤也是我首選的開胃菜,先來這份「蒜泥白玉」,切成一片片的五花豬肉內圍著了薄薄的青瓜,擺盤中間堆了一些蒜泥及青蔥,食用時用筷子拌合,入口香鮮微辣,蒜香味很濃郁,也散發了清新的青瓜香氣,而微溫的五花豬肉也切成薄片,呈現了質感鮮嫩,更顯得爽口鮮香。-----------------野山泡椒鳳爪($52)友人點了這份「野山泡椒鳳爪」,感覺鮮香清爽,肉貿滑嫩味道帶點微辣,夏日的日子夾件來吃,讓人身心舒暢地食。-----------------招牌口水雞(例)($88)川菜之中的涼菜,當然不少得食份「口水雞」,浸在辣油中的雞肉銷滿了大堆的花生及青蔥,內有青瓜,仲有白芝麻,雞肉擁有麻辣醋香的滋味,雞皮夠薄口感爽脆,肉質嫩滑,滲出惹味的芝麻香,辣度皆可隨自己口味調校,雞肉份量多,真是物有所值。---------------青城山杏汁白肺湯($62)店中的招牌滋潤湯水就是這個「青城山杏汁白肺湯」,一碗熱騰騰的湯水端過來,湯水色澤呈奶白色,散發陣陣的杏香,香氣撲鼻,一舀起的湯料都不少,有雞腳、菜乾、肉排等.....湯水口感都好順滑,清肺解熱又有滋補潤肺養顏的功效,呷一口已經暖入心扉。---------------老壇子酸菜魚($238)主角點了店中的招牌菜之一的「老壇子酸菜魚」,湯頭可以挑辣度,我選擇了小辣,呷一口湯底有少少辣香,味道微辣不會嗆喉,細嫩的桂花魚不腥,魚片不散不碎,鹹中帶鮮,酸菜味道酸爽,與魚肉可說是非常美妙的搭配。湯內還有滑溜的寬粉,它吸盡湯水的精華,煮得煙韌入味,吃起來都不膩口。而萵筍切得細薄,味道爽甜,整體湯頭酸、鮮、鹹、香兼備,風味也十分平衡。---------------杞子桂花糕($33)吃到最後仍然意猶未盡,於是追加一道甜品糕點,入口已經有清幽的桂花香,可以令口腔消除異味,當中有杞子的香甜,可以明目養肝之功效,它的賣相很晶瑩剔透,吃件涼浸浸的糕點,真是透心涼快。---------------整體食物俱有水準,個人推薦酸菜魚、口水雞等......,服務周到,店員都勤於換碟、斟水,不論主角酸菜魚或是涼拌小食,價錢都很親民合理,店中的川辣菜式都可以向店員調校自己喜愛的辣度,也適合初嘗川菜滋味的朋友。---------------賣相:8/10味道:8/10性價比:8/10回頭率:8/10整體評價: 8/10---------------店舖資料名稱:金公館地址:太古康山道1-2號康怡廣場3樓T4號舖…Read More
