是晚又來佐敦振興經濟, 帶著要求多多既老爸去食飯真不容易, 老爸最愛食海南雞飯小炒,  除了好味仲要抵食, 在店外驟眼只睇價錢同餐牌多款小菜已合佢心意, 再轉眼見到吊在門面既幾隻肥嘟嘟海南雞 , 一個箭步衝入去開飯啦...........  餐牌加埋牆上手寫菜牌, 有多款小食, 碟頭飯及小炒選擇, 價錢大部份都係$28, $38, $68, $88, 最貴都係星斑$198, 一行幾人食多幾款都好實惠. 欣賞小店做街坊生意, 就算你係一支公來食個碟頭飯都係$38, 份量唔小又真材實料, 真係益街坊, 所以就算最近市道差, 但店內仍然座無虛席.  $38海南雞飯餐, 老爸讚不絶口, 誠意製作絶無將貨就價, 無骨雞肉有雞味, 浸過冰水既雞皮下有啫喱又爽脆.  油飯帶有香茅味, 原來不只白米咁簡單, 是溝了糯米, 所以口感煙韌, 有點像香芒糯米飯.   而餐湯內黃豆也無味精. 小炒又點少得海鮮, 以香港仔煮法- 白灼/椒鹽/豉椒炒任客選擇:- 蜆更係豉椒炒先惹味, 新鮮乾淨無砂, 只得1隻無開殼, 豉椒汁辣味適中, 連配菜既甜椒洋蔥都沾鋪豉汁.- 椒鹽鮑魚, 粉漿薄而香脆, 鮑魚夠軟身, 廚師細心地一開二更容易入口, 令我期待下次來要試椒鹽鮮魷/九肚魚.- 白灼東風螺, 必備甜醬辣醬, 十足少時在香港仔食既風味, $38份量頗多.- 菠蘿咕嚕肉, 似是豬扒肥膏少啖啖肉, 酸甜汁卦汁很開胃, 佐飯最佳.- 蒜蓉炒豆苗, 鑊氣夠油份少, 菜苗翠綠不黃, $58真心抵食, 大排檔都不止這價錢.兩款原盅杏汁湯, 相同杏汁湯底, 杏仁味極濃, 沙沙地口感尤如加了鹽既即磨杏仁茶.  花膠本身味淡, 質地偏結實不黏口;  反而豬肺較出色, 口感脆脆.最後加插一大碗海蟹魚茸粥, 即叫即煮所以都要些時間等候, 但值得換來一整隻花蟹, 雖是小蟹, 但肉質鮮甜;  白色魚茸為粥底增添海鮮味, 粥底夠棉不是水汪汪, 粥內更加有幼幼既薑絲驅寒僻腥.欣賞廚師無味精但又做到原汁原味, 經濟實惠有冷氣做到大排檔風味, 仲要無加一, 讚! …Read More

除咗啲家族做節飯,感覺好似好一段時間無食過粵菜或中餐,早陣子有食友話佐敦有家小店,啲小炒幾得,重點喺平吖嘛,真喺做到平靚正,初時,都喺聽完就算,無記晌心,最近就約咗親友食飯,忽然想返起呢家小店「正品小館」,結果就成了呢晚嘅小店飯局。雖然叫小店,但裝修簡潔,又幾骨子,最緊要喺咩呀?咪企理乾淨囉,見啲店員不時幫客人收碗收碟,又抹乾淨啲枱。此外,兩邊牆都掛上大電話,播緊足球比賽,啱我喎。擺放晌枱面有一個主餐牌,內頁印咗好多菜式或招牌菜,然而,分類就較簡單,都喺主食、粉麵、推介幾大類。背頁就仲有啲香港仔風情嘅菜式及飲品。店長同我哋講,叫留意吓牆上大黑板,因為有唔少時令、特價嘅小炒或海鮮菜式。此外,仲有每日特價飯餐,包湯、包飯,可加錢配嘢飲,都喺賣$38、$48,抵過去快餐店啦。就好似貼晌門口玻璃門嘅「招牌海南雞飯」套餐,連湯、連雞油飯,都喺賣$38,震撼價實至名歸啦。凍食龍蝦 $138店長推介我哋試吓個龍蝦凍食,咁我哋本身都打算試少少海鮮嘢嘅,順利成章就試吓個龍蝦喺點。基本上凍龍蝦就好似有時食自助餐嗰啲咁,灼熟再冰凍番,最好就喺斬成一件件方便大家食。雖然蝦膏唔算好多,但質感豐腴,而啲肉質好得,非常爽口彈牙,沾少少豉油同日本芥末,令蝦鮮味更為突出。杏汁花膠湯 $48杏汁白肺湯同杏汁花膠湯都喺店家嘅招牌湯水,因為打算叫海南雞飯,會附送例湯,由我搞掂,而親友就想試試個杏汁花膠湯,因花膠具滋潤美顏之效,女士恩物嘛。個湯嘅份量都夠兩個人飲喎,而杏味非常之濃郁,花膠亦落得唔少,可謂真材實料。豉椒炒蜆 $58本來好想食吓蟶子,但已經無晒貨,極受歡迎,故退二求其次,試吓豉椒炒蜆。60蚊都唔使,就炒成一大碟,而且,唔會得個殼,蜆肉都肥大肉厚,亦無乜沙,配豉椒炒,帶點辣勁,十分惹味,真喺無得點輸。海南雞飯 $38呢個真心抵食,只賣$38,連埋湯、雞油飯,仲配三色醬,海南雞亦唔會得少少,絕無欺場。由於啲雞起晒骨,入口都喺啖啖肉,皮下脂肪少,而且層皮食落幾爽口,最鍾意喺沾薑蓉同甜醬油,伴埋少少酸爽嘅醃蘿蔔,非常貼心;而個飯都唔錯,雖然唔叫得好有雞油香,但飯粒幾爽,又軟熟。腐乳通菜 $48肉肉肉,唔可以無個菜到肚嘅,腐乳通菜喺典型嘅蔬菜小炒,跟個炒蜆一樣,抵食夾大件,碟菜份量好足,而腐乳嘅香氣亦好夠,啲菜又唔會好老,夠嫩口。睇到啲價錢,定價真喺好抵,無茶芥之類收費,又唔收加一,真喺比起上酒樓抵得多,而相對大牌檔或熟食中心,環境又光猛企理喎,怪唔之得咁多街坊嚟幫襯啦!…Read More

昨天陪姨姨去佐敦買床上用品,無意間及掘到正品小館這街坊小菜店,它的小菜價廉物美,而且不少小菜看似簡單,卻考廚房師傅手藝,我們吃完讚嘆不已,太好吃了,我們亦強烈推薦這誠意小菜店。正品小館中午除有飯餐,麵食供應,亦有小炒和小食可選,我們就是被小炒與小食吸引過來。難得這裡有小菜可吃,很多時餐廳下午只有「碟頭飯」吃,太單調了。白灼爽脆八爪魚超迅速上場,只是簡單的白灼,吃起來就超棒,就是一個「鮮」字,一咬下去,嘴中充滿大海的味道,如同遨遊海中。八爪魚挺爽脆,肉質完全不老,姨姨說足見師傅拿捏白灼時間恰如其分。熱騰騰的豉椒鵝腸亦來到我們眼前,豉椒香味充斥著鼻腔中,鵝腸十分肥美,嚼來爽彈極致,豉椒醬汁滲透鵝腸內,好不入味,說得上色香味俱全。豉油皇茄子也是水準之作,姨姨說炸茄子要不油膩是毫不容易,這豉油皇茄子外脆來嫩,外層炸粉薄薄的適當掛在茄子上,豉油鹹度剛好,鑊氣十足。黃金大蝦色澤奪目,討人喜愛,大蝦裹滿鹹香的鹹蛋黃酥炸,蝦殼香脆可口,彈肉鮮甜彈牙,實在難以招架,我們大快朵頤,大蝦連蝦殼吃得乾乾淨淨才罷休。海南雞飯絕對是抵食之選,38元就能吃到海南雞,油飯和湯,連鎖快餐店也吃不到這便宜高質的海南雞飯呢。姨姨挺欣賞海南雞旁的酸蘿蔔,盡管酸蘿蔔是配角,但它的酸香使吃者開胃,也有小小的功勞。海南雞把雞骨全去掉,吃得方便,雞肉雖不是雞腿部份,不過它卻皮薄得很,肉嫩多汁,嫩得不可思議,滑溜溜的雞肉,吃時格外清爽。油飯與海南雞互相呼應,飯粒粒分明之餘,亦飽含雞油香氣,我們愈嚼愈香,回味無窮。吃完海南雞飯再喝碗無味精的冬瓜湯,不滿足的話都是騙人,哈哈。最後我們來了一碗杏汁白肺湯和杏汁花膠湯,滋養一番。杏汁全是正品小館自家磨製,絕對新鮮,且嚐到杏仁碎屑沙沙的口感,足見這湯真材實料,不是使用現成的杏仁粉末煮湯。雪白的杏汁湯帶杏香,白肺乾淨,柔嫩鮮美,杏汁令白肺多添一層稠厚感,潤肺潤腸。至於我的白汁花膠湯亦不相伯仲,花膠給得不手軟,挺有彈性,補充骨膠原的同時,也順道美顏。…Read More
