Weekend 七點半上到黎個環境都仲可以咁舒適,為今晚豐富滿足既一餐邊爐揭開序幕。由於我地有選擇困難症,坐左成半粒鐘無嗌野食都無俾人催促喎,環境清幽又好坐。銀湯雞翅鍋,無可奈何,個雞湯味確實勁濃,個翅勁多,成煲起碼有十幾疏。湯煲入面既雞都有成半隻,而且並無好似一般湯渣咁勁鞋,都尚算滑溜,由於個湯太好飲,我最終飲左成六七碗,淨係飲湯都飲飽哂 lu。頂級新鮮手切本地肥牛,邊位同脊位,嗌左個大既339,實不相暪,睇番人地嗌細嗰啲相,大同細好似差唔多,不過都唔緊要啦,最緊要好食,邊位有咬口,脊位夠肥美。本地黑毛豬腩片,不得不讚,師傅刀工一流,塊塊豬腩片都片到好似紙咁薄,落水拖一拖經已食得,得左。手唧墨魚麵,無可否認,呢度既墨魚麵真係夠哂爽口彈牙,仲食到一粒粒既墨魚肉碎屑喺啲麵度,果然真材實料,童叟無欺。鮮蝦雲吞,實在無計,臨尾個雲吞真係飽到食唔落咁滯啊,隻隻雲吞都大大隻勁足料,粒粒都有蝦喺入面架,真係唔係度度食到架喎。另外不得不提茶芥每位都只不過係18蚊,加一再另計,六個人打邊爐嗌四碟野加埋一都只不過係壹仟叁佰肆拾伍蚊,諗番起嗰煲翅勁足料,好彩我地只係嗌左四碟野炸,如果唔係實食唔哂姐。餐廳作風大方老實,真係好很抵啊,我俾十個叻叻佢。…Read More

陪男友在尖沙咀逛街,行行下肚子打鼓…忽然好想打邊爐,便叫男友上openrice 搜尋。他說附近有間新店賣相跟食物好像不錯,於是我們便膽粗粗去試試!餐廳環境十分闊落、光猛。以白色為主色,設有多間房,一大班朋友來可以book房,私隱度高。坐下後立即看menu食物款式種類繁多,有貝殼類、蝦蟹類、牛豬類等等。單是湯底已有十款以上,其中黑松露湯底很較特別,可惜本人對松露獨有的味道沒甚好感,於是點了個滋補藥膳醉雞湯底湯!!藥膳材料豐富,有當歸、玉竹、杞子、紅棗、山藥、圓肉、沙參等等醉雞是另外上的,湯底滾後店員細心地提醒我們可以放雞落鍋,切記不要浪費碗內的花雕酒,這才是醉雞湯底的精髓~醉雞鍋傳來陣陣花雕香氣,酒精會被熱力蒸發,所以只留其香,不令人醉。雞肉新鮮,滾了一段時間都仍沒有嚡口。接著是山葵芥末蝦餃王,男友愛Wasabi,必點!蝦餃脹卜卜、大大粒,一碟有六粒,餡料有豬肉、鮮蝦、wasabi 。蝦肉大粒,吃到一半wasabi慢慢從口腔滲出來,十分過癮!中式雲吞配日式wasabi配搭新鮮,原來也蠻合襯的~haha打邊爐怎可能沒有手打丸?! 店員說這裏的餃子、雲吞、丸類全是自家製,我們當然要試。牛根丸爽口彈牙,表面有很多氣孔,令牛筋鬆軟不死實。一口咬開裏面是滿滿的油脂,甘香可口,好吃!期待已久的本地黑毛豬終於上枱。一捲捲砌成一朵大大的康乃馨。黑毛豬是店主特意跟本地農場洽談而得來的。黑毛豬每片都是薄薄的,看上去油脂均勻,放在鍋裏輕輕『游一游』便可以吃,黑毛豬沒有醃料,主要吃它的原味,點豉油將豬的鮮味帶出來,更覺滋味。響鈴長長的,一客有十多條,也是這裏自家製的。顏色呈淺黃色證明不是千年油炸較健康。將響鈴極速衝向熱鍋內半秒,放入口時仍然有少少脆口,腐竹味濃,正!整體來說這裡這裏的食物新鮮,大碟。Menu 菜式創新,比一般火鍋店特別。絕對值得encore 再來。可惜我們只有2人不能吃太多,下一次一定叫齊人馬,上再嚟再試試其他特別菜…Read More

聽聞尖沙咀開左一間新嘅火鍋店《大一海鮮火鍋料理》, 主打特色嘅石鍋湯底, 好鐘意打邊爐嘅我, 當然要去朝聖一下啦~火鍋店裝修簇新, 裡面嘅裝潢清簡,時尚, 以藍色白色為主題。 而且座位大都以卡位同梳化為主, 一路打邊爐一路傾計更方便。鍋底方面,主打翅鍋同埋海鮮鍋。 今次就試左推介嘅金湯腿翅鍋。 呢個湯底用咗36個月嘅黑毛豬腿骨淆製而成, 飲落鹹香鮮味, 黑毛豬嘅精華全部落入湯底中。 而湯入面嘅材料就更加豐富, 翅嘅份量好多, 食極都未食完,雞肉則嫩滑, 喺打邊爐之前已經急不及待飲多幾碗。大一嘅火鍋材料新鮮而且選擇多, 牛肉揀咗頂級本地手切肥牛$339, 揀左邊位同背脊位, 背脊位牛肉味較濃,而邊位則較有口感。鮮蝦雲吞$59,雲吞大大隻,雲吞皮滑嘟嘟,裏面嘅蝦彈牙爽口,豬肉肥瘦適中,一啖咬下,肉汁爆出來。本地黑毛豬腩片,薄切嘅豬腩片,滾燙一下就食得,入口即溶,肥美甘香。黑毛豬腩片無豬騷味,配埋金湯腿翅湯底,肉味就更加突出。最後係手唧墨魚麵,呢個配料不但好食,仲好好玩,大一嘅墨魚麵無坊間嘅咁容易斷,夾起來就更方便。墨魚味香,彈牙爽口,所有有人都讚口不絕。好食又好坐,下次有機會,一定要再食其他湯底同配料。…Read More

同成班朋友相聚,最頭痕嘅就梗係聚餐地點,要好食、好坐、價錢合理地方真係唔多㗎~星期五嘅晚上,約咗成班好朋友上咗尖沙咀新開嘅大一海鮮火鍋料理,好彩一早book定位,成個場真係爆到不得了!我地人多(成十二人),所以可以試好多唔同嘅嘢!未人齊,可以叫啲小食頂下肚先,睇到個芥末炸蝦丸好吸引,所以就叫咗試試,我好怕食到啲炸嘢係炸過龍,搞到面層乾爭爭咬都咬唔開,呢度果然高質!金黃色外層,無多餘油份,蝦丸亦唔會太大粒,一啖一粒啱啱好~蝦肉爽口彈牙,入面包咗少少新鮮芥末,鮮味得嚟又有啲刺激!正!湯底,人多好辦事,所以我地唔止叫咗一款湯底~野菌黑松露湯底,湯濃稠度非常適中,唔會太厚身,而食物放落去令非常好味~黑松露味道唔會太霸道!令人回味~!金湯腿翅鍋。我上大一facebook睇過有關訪問,原來呢個鍋大有來頭,係用咗老雞同36個月嘅西班牙肘子骨熬制,再配上半隻嘉美雞同足六兩翅,未食火鍋料先飲咗半鍋湯喇!味道鮮、甜、有骨嘅咸香!同行朋友呷一啖都大叫:『好好味啊~』本地黑毛豬腩片。刨到好薄身嘅豬腩片,好軟滑但不失咬口,成碟粉紅色超靚啊~而佢無平時啲豬酥味!一改我對豬肉抗拒嘅觀念!一定要食!冰菜原來冰菜超好味~同埋呢度啲菜好靚,好新鮮!配任何湯底都好夾~女皇粉呢個粉就真係一流,我地都食完一個又一個,叫咗至少5-6次!放落黑松露湯底,索晒啲湯食真係無得輸!!皇帝菜無嘢好彈,新鮮!獨步鮮打潮汕風味牛筋丸(咩名嚟㗎?)真係不得了!呢個牛丸鮮甜多汁,仲有爆漿效果!一流!韭菜餃呢個無食過,因為本身唔太鍾意食韭菜,但同伴話皮滑料靚~鮮嫩魚下巴(魚三角)一個字,滑!鍾意食魚一定一定一定唔可以放過!牛魔王拼盤牛胸爽:有牛肉油香,爽口,超級好食!安格斯:靚!牛肉味濃~牛脷托:口感正!牛粒:軟滑味美!爽滑海蝦滑個碟好鬼靚,用起嚟好就手,蝦滑好爽,味道非常好!紅鮋刺身好新鮮,上枱條魚仲識震㗎~肉質好難形容,但係好好食!秘製麻辣鍋我唔食辣㗎~所以無試到!但朋友們食到大叫過癮!我聞到都覺好香!個刺身頭拎咗去椒鹽呢度個椒鹽真係諗起都餓! 外層香酥內裡肉滑!無X得頂!估唔到呢度甜品都照顧周到~有原個生果嘅雪芭啊!!!我㨂咗菠蘿雪芭,大愛!!!!!好香,唔會好甜!我會想食好多個!!!朋友叫咗桃味雪芭!我都試咗啖,好香桃味~如果唔喜歡菠蘿絕對可以㨂桃味~仲有蘋果、橙同椰子,但係我無影喇~我要顧住食!!哈哈總括而言,一餐非常滿意,非常滿足!員工都跟得勁足~非常細心照顧食客!…Read More

放工後去咗行尖沙咀睇嘢, 出面30幾度真係行多陣人都癲. 行到咁上下, 女友話今晚想吃火鍋. "傻的嗎, 30幾度仲想打邊爐!?" 女人果然唔可以用常理去思考佢地 , 我當然都好職做即刻問問OPENRICE邊頭有火鍋啦, 搵到呢間係地鐵站行2分鐘嘅火鍋, 不過未有食評嘅 , 會唔會中伏咖. ~~人係要有D冒險精神嘅, 下下都人地俾晒答案, 咁仲邊好玩咖,今次又做下白老鼠先啦. 要在樓下搭LIFT上2樓, 除非你想30度玩行樓梯啦.門口唔大, 入面夠光亮.環境整潔, 照明充足, 以白色色調為主. 由於客人不多, 感覺比一般的火鍋店多了一份寧靜感. 最重要的是這裡的冷氣足夠.揀了卡座坐, 枱面餐具整潔, 坐位亦算舒適. 第一時間睇睇有咩好食先.一睇個餐牌,湯底的選擇都唔少。其中比較特別的有魚翅及松露湯底,出面真係未見過。由於得兩個人吃火鍋,所以揀了藥饍醉雞湯底(半隻-$129)。牛肉方面有本地鮮牛多個部分選擇,吃得夠晒刁鑽。豬肉方面見到有個很得別的本地黑毛豬,外國的黑毛豬食得多,香港嘅仲未試過,今次就試下先-本地黑毛豬腩片($239)  海鮮方面魚類的選擇也不少,金古、鱲魚、瓜子斑都有。除咗魚,仲有刺身供應,真係非一般火鍋。丸同餃都幾多特別嘢,今次就揀咗個潮汕牛筋丸($69)同埋山葵芥末蝦餃王($109)試下。這裡的火鍋配料比其他的火鍋店的選擇多,亦相信所選用的材料比一般嘅火鍋店上承。除咗火鍋仲有唔少嘅熱食及小食選擇,以選擇來講真係贏晒。藥饍醉雞湯底嘅藥材味好香,感覺非常足料。面頭見到有大蔥、紅棗、杞子、當歸片。半隻鮮雞切得大件,用花雕醃過,酒味香醇。侍應見我哋嘅湯有點湯泡,會久不久過來幫我哋濾掉,相當貼心的服務。侍應話我哋知,雞件唔好就咁夾落個鍋,最好連同碗內的陳年花雕倒入湯裡面,咁樣個湯會更香。醬料方面都係大路嘅選擇,不過用竹筒裝住感覺高檔晒 潮汕牛筋丸質地結實,有咬口,牛肉味香濃。鮮芝味響鈴($59)色澤金黃,有種淡淡的油器香氣。以色澤及香氣來講絕對可以用新鮮來形容。吃響鈴的方式可以有好多種,我自己就喜歡將響鈴極速浸入湯內,再極速取出,整個過程要於一秒內完成 ,務求令響鈴有軟腍但有還帶點脆口的口感。這裡的響鈴的確唔錯,新鮮夠香脆,再點上醬油,好味。湯底的材料仲有桂圓、山藥、沙參及玉竹等,非常好味。這裡的鮮雞件非常嫩滑有雞味,本身以為只是用來做湯底配料,沒有什麼期望。但一試真的很好食,最後一件都無盛。個藥饍湯底都好好味,可以湯勺可以盛到碗內飲用。本地黑毛豬腩片擺設得很美,賣相一流。相機先食,呃下like在所難免。黑毛豬腩片切得薄薄的,肉色粉嫩。有陣陣的肉香飄來(<--假的,呢d唔係36個月嘅黑毛豬火腿吖)今晚嘅二人前火鍋就係叫咗咁多嘢。黑毛豬腩片好薄,所以會好快熟,當粉紅的肉色接近完全消退的就會由湯內取出。確實唔會煮得過熟 先吃一片原味的,肉質嫩滑鮮甜,然後再來點上醬油的,兩者的分別我覺的就這樣不用點醬油已經很美味。山葵芥末蝦餃王是即點即包的,保證新鮮,外型漲卜卜的,感覺應該餡料豐富。蝦餃浮上水面就代表已經熟透。皮夠薄,透出內裡粉色的餡料。蝦肉彈牙,皮夠滑,豬肉餡料調味不錯還帶有肉汁。帶有淡淡的山葵味道,比較特別。個人比較喜歡山葵,如果蝦餃帶有多點山葵會更佳。店內的裝修簡約,地方整潔企理。除有卡座,仲有大圓枱跟私隠度較高的房間可以選擇。兩個人吃火鍋,埋單700大元,雖然貴了點,但絕對值呢個價。下次可以同多d朋友再來,試多d嘢 …Read More
