朋友話之前經過呢間萬豚屋排晒長龍,呢晚就搵埋我陪佢試下食!烏冬花款好多,不論係湯底、配料,定整法。我哋就叫咗一個比較多人食嘅石鍋烏冬、一個比較特別嘅咖哩烏冬,配兩個小食,全部都係「料理長推介」架!首先講下小食!好食喎!🤩尤其推介墨魚炸彈!墨魚炸彈($48)墨魚炸彈用咗墨魚滑包住一隻蛋,蘸上炸粉攞去炸,蛋整到半熟,仲有流心效果添!外層脆卜卜,墨魚就彈牙,而流心蛋就軟淋淋,口感豐富👍🏽另外仲有炸蟹柳,不過就比墨魚炸彈搶晒風頭啦!🤣木魚豚肉玉子燒($52)另一個小食係都好多人推介嘅玉子燒~餡料好多,有蟹柳絲、椰菜,最緊要係有叉燒,非常特別嘅配搭!出面食嘅玉子燒通常層蛋會好厚,包好多層;而呢到嘅玉子燒就只有薄薄嘅一層,所以餡料好易跌晒出嚟。同埋鍾意食好厚嘅玉子燒嘅朋友可能會嫌呢個蛋太薄😛之後就到烏冬喇!烏冬有四種湯底揀🥣:魚介豬骨濃湯、香菌濃湯、香辣三色味噌湯、黑蒜油豚骨湯。厚切豚肉手打烏冬(香菌濃湯)($88)我哋就揀咗香菌濃湯🍄,係用豬骨湯加入大菇整成嘅,菇味好濃郁,而且仲有黑松露醬,一齊食嘅話會好香!我哋都好鍾意呢個湯底!另外因為佢用個石鍋嚟裝住,所以一路食到仍然keep到好高嘅溫度,抵讚!👍🏽豚肉係餐廳自家製嘅,好厚嘅一片,肉質軟嫩多汁,入口即化,半肥瘦,更加食到豚肉嘅油香味😋烏冬係手打嘅,非常彈牙,好食!忌廉黑蒜咖哩炸雞手打烏冬($88)最後就係呢個忌廉咖哩烏冬喇🍲咖哩有少少辣,幾開胃的。炸雞份量唔少,而且炸得啱啱好,仲保持到入面嘅肉汁,唔會好乾。最後我哋仲叫咗個甜品!呢個cake set幾抵呀,$32有蛋糕仲配嘢飲。伯爵茶芝士凍餅($32)食落質感好似雪糕蛋糕咁,伯爵茶味勁香濃,好鍾意!本格香滑奶茶(凍) (跟餐)揀咗奶茶跟蛋糕set。奶茶係港式奶茶,奶茶濃滑,好飲~糖水係另外上,可以自己調較甜度👍🏽總括嚟講好滿意,下次再試下其他款式先!🤤menu:…Read More
