今日同朋友嚟咗灣仔覓食,喺修頓球場對面嘅一條小巷度,發現咗一間越南小餐廳。原來呢度開咗唔係好耐,餐廳個名都比較特別,可能係越南譯過嚟,店內有傳統嘅紅黃燈籠,粉藍色嘅牆身,越南嘅小擺設以及越南嘅圖畫,裝修都幾新穎。小店座位不多,主要以吧枱為主,從open kitchen可看到廚師煮食嘅情況,店內嘅員工看似非本地人,廚房一個個小籃子亦很地道。枱上已經備有各式各樣的醬汁,供客人自己調味。餐牌簡單易明,一律$80的套餐,可以自己先選擇要雞鴨/豬/牛,然後再選擇主食: 飯/包/河粉,還可以選擇小食及飲品。加$25可選擇特飲,我就揀咗芒果紅莓奶昔芒果及紅莓已經預先打碎,飲落酸酸地又甜甜地,奶昔好滑,唯紅莓味比芒果味更突出,上面仲有一層cream可以食。手撕雞及烤鴨+雞油飯還配有洋蔥,羅蔔絲及莞茜,手撕雞及烤鴨的肉質很嫩滑,因為手撕的關係完全無骨,飯粒細細粒,由雞湯煮成鮮黃色,雞油飯帶淡淡的油香,吃落夠爽身。焦糖五花腩+粘米粉法包本來唔諗住點呢款,點知最後黎到有驚喜,估唔到法包冇因為熱力而變得軟林林,反而非常鬆脆,入面嘅五花腩帶焦糖香味,甜甜地令到兩者好夾,包入面仲有札肉同羅蔔絲,材料豐富。香茅番茄炆牛肉+雞鴨湯金邊粉湯底帶微微的番茄味,原來湯底是以雞鴨淆成的,與一般傳統的越南牛肉湯略有不同,不過味道不算太濃,需自己加少許調味,牛肉味道似牛腩,食落夠腍易咬,但金邊粉煮得較軟身,一夾上來很容易斷,還是法包較好吃。脆炸春卷春卷整得很出色,皮的厚度剛剛好,炸得非常香脆,餡料有粉絲、豬肉和雞肉絲,咬落亦有肉汁流出,熱辣辣點埋酸汁好醒胃,仲配有生菜可以包住,以減低油膩。香蒜牛油炸雞翼一黎到已經勁香牛油味,雞翼炸得好香脆,不厚粉,食落雞肉嫩滑多汁,外脆內軟,真想吃多一碟。木瓜絲沙律味道酸酸甜甜,入口木瓜絲好爽口,感覺好清新,多吃都不覺油膩。呢度越南菜夠創新,價格亦相宜,看得出小店很有心思,值得黎食。…Read More

今晚來到位於灣仔的一條行車及人行道,大王東街位於皇后大道東44號以北,莊士敦道22號以南。看到大王東街和昌大押正面轉入的一間小店,各國美食應有盡有;由中菜到西式美食,亞洲料理到輕便快餐,越式、韓式美食,都可以在這裡找到。這晚我們去吃的餐廳是【Cóm Bánh Mì by Chef Phuc Dat Bich】設有30個座位的越南餐廳,地方雖小但被它的佈置吸引著我!以地道越南風味菜式,店內裝潢清新,一室藍色主調,細意佈置由越南到港的紅黃色的燈籠,配以掛風扇、籠中內有燈光,以及牆壁上縣掛了越南風情的油畫及越南菜式,都給予人優雅舒適感覺。餐廳選用的食材一半以上都是特地從越南進口,而且大廚以及部分樓面都特定聘用越南人,目的是將越南的真風味直送給食客,賣的是正宗越南菜。菜式除經典的越南菜如河粉、春卷之外,招牌推介包括香蒜牛油炸雞翼、蕉糖五花腩粘米粉法包、木瓜絲沙律等,好讓客人盡享口福。開放式的廚房,好讓客人看到廚師的製作過程。餐牌上的種類不算多,但每樣都希望試下。以套餐形式$80有四步曲  (1)選擇肉類 (2) 選擇主食 (3) 選擇小食 (4)選擇飲品凡加$25可以升級至各款奶色特飲,我們一行3人點了3個套餐Happy Share。等上菜的同時,看到桌上的配料和醬汁有的魚露,還有炸蒜、青檸和醃辣椒等。手撕雞及烤鴨(雞油飯)有別於一般的雞油飯,因店員利用隔油紙隔走多餘的油份;手撕雞及烤鴨嫩滑又滋味。蕉糖五花腩粘米粉法包驚喜法包必食之物,平常的法包都是硬身為主,但今次的粘米粉法包恰到好處。配上蕉糖五花腩及其他材料,不會太過乾身,而且令人想再次添食。香茅蕃茄燜牛肉(雞鴨湯金邊粉)河粉以紙杯盛載、香濃o既湯底都好多,不過河粉太軟身一夾起即散了。最不可思議的是就係蕃茄燜牛肉,香軟嫩滑,好軟身!第一次以雞鴨湯有別於平常牛肉湯,味道更為特別。脆炸春卷春卷不但炸得金黃色,外層不算太油膩。咬落鬆脆可口,而且餡料十足又軟嫩,為菜式成功挽回不少分數。底部更有幾塊生菜,足以減低了油膩感。 香蒜牛油炸雞翼滿佈驚喜的牛油雞翼,牛油味超重!在開放式的廚房中看到以高溫炸至脆身,每一啖都有濃濃的牛油味,好味程度真的到Encore多一客。木瓜絲沙律開胃前菜必然之選:味道不酸亦不甜不辣,木瓜絲及青瓜與紅蘿白絲得宜。每一口都爽口多汁配上乾蝦碎,令沙律添加了美味,令人垂涎三尺。鮮蝦豬肉米紙卷米紙卷一分為二,皮薄而且用料十足。米紙厚度適中,都易咬開。半透明的米紙穩約看到原粒大蝦,第一口已經份外滿足。大部分的食材露出配上少許醋更為惹味。牛油果椰子奶昔牛油果*椰子新鮮又健康,將原個牛油果切粒配上濃濃的椰汁味道!第一次淺嘗,的確有新鮮感。這裡的越南菜給予人新鮮天然,濃淡得宜,運用大量香草和熱帶蔬果,以保留食物的原味為原則,甜酸鮮辣皆有,讓人開胃之餘也符合香港人對飲食健康的要求!…Read More
