太久沒有外出用餐,特別和朋友來到這間充滿格調的日本餐廳,老闆特別把中間位置改裝成舒適的榻榻米,加上柔和的燈光,舒適度大大提升。這裡另一個特色是有兩位福岡師傅坐鎮,食物都是濃濃的福岡之味,和東京的風味有點不一樣~🔹鰻魚鵝肝墨魚汁卷 這個擺盤精美的壽司顏色配搭都有巧思,上面有爽脆青瓜平衡鵝肝的油膩感覺,米粒非常軟糯濕度較高,配上肥美的鰻魚和味道濃郁的鵝肝,質感上很豐腴,味道上則比較淡然,沾上一點山椒粉,微辛的感覺還不錯~🔹月見免治三瀨雞肉棒雞肉外層燒得焦脆帶微甜,咬下去有雞軟骨碎,其實我覺得直接吃感受燒醬的味道都已經很好,不過沾上蛋漿吃會更滑溜,肉汁依然能鎖實,不錯。🔹雞腎看似普通的雞腎非常實在,很喜歡它特別有咬口,鹽燒的味道濃濃的,可以吃到兩串🤭🔹一瀧唐揚三瀨雞 IFC第一次見黑色的炸雞,三瀨雞是當地特有的品種,炸完後肉質依然滑溜肉汁滿滿,炸衣不會很厚而且酥脆不掛油,配上自家製沙律醬,味道非常平均,和一般炸雞有明顯分別~🔹烏魚子温泉蛋瀑布瀧麵瀧麵是此店的代表菜式,外表已經非常吸睛,吃之前店員會為乾冰加水把湯汁溫度再降低,把素面放到有烏魚子和滑蛋的湯汁中攪拌好再吃,鹹味剛剛好而且味道很有層次,加上面質很彈牙,值得推薦。🔹博多牛腸鍋(澳洲和牛)這是福岡的代表菜式,牛腸用上半肥瘦的版本,口感會比較煙韌,有些人會覺得難咬,其實這才是正常,雞湯湯底清透濃郁,上面有很多蔬菜,特別適合我這些草食性的朋友,而且一邊熬蔬菜吸盡湯汁,味道濃郁,很滿足❤️🔹bubble tea水果茶用上cocktail杯奉上,店員會在你面前用槍把充滿果香的氣泡打入果茶中,形成一個充滿果香的半圓泡泡,喝的時候會不斷聞到水果甜味,入口甜中帶青茶的青澀感,用來中和比較濃味的食物剛剛好~…Read More

近來港島區真係開咗好多高質日本餐廳!好似有「日本美食街」之稱嘅登龍街,又有重磅新貴!那就是主打福岡料理嘅江戶前主題料亭「一瀧 Ichitaki」!​由2位福岡師傅坐鎮,還原一系列福岡傳統鄉土料理,好似牛腸鍋、棉花糖壽喜燒、鰻魚飯、一夜干三瀨雞、墨汁唐揚雞、燒鳥……等,原汁原味,菜式多樣,真係日本菜控嘅天堂!​小編好鍾意一瀧Ichitaki嘅裝潢,採用咗古色古香嘅江戶前風格,木色主調下,有著土藏造町家棧道、障子門、江戶手描提燈、石燈籠、浮世繪等裝置,庭園景觀配合懷舊裝修設計,唔講仲以為自己返咗鄉下!​✦ 棉花糖A4宮崎和牛壽喜燒 HK$488​壽喜燒相信大家食得多,但以棉花糖形式,將糖份融於湯汁,你又試過未?店員表示,原來呢種食法,近來係日本都挺流行!落棉花糖前嘗嘗湯汁,到落完棉花糖,湯底果然甜了不少!感覺好過癮!另外,抵讚位係用嘅A4宮崎和牛真心高質,大塊且油花分布均勻,輕灼約10秒即食得!香甜彈牙,肉味濃郁,咩都唔洗落,正呀!鍋中仲有好多日本蔬菜, 蘑菇、鴻喜菇、洋蔥、白菜、豆腐、京蔥及麵條…兩個人share都幾夠食!​主廚將壽喜燒原有嘅糖份抽走,放到棉花糖之中,當壽喜燒加熱後慢慢溶入鐵鍋中,味道及視覺既享受!✦ 博多牛腸鍋 HK$228福岡名物,湯底清甜,微辣,幾惹味!呢度用咗澳洲牛腸,肥美肉香,拌酒100分!不過,多食幾舊會覺得有啲膩,喜不喜歡就見仁見智。​✦ 日本海膽配火炙A4宮崎和牛壽司 HK$188​師傅先將A4宮崎和牛輕炙,再內卷米飯、舖上海膽!睇上去鮮色鮮艷,食落則有火炙香口,感受到師傅喺細節上相當用心。至於味道,只能夠話食材先決,料靚自然好味!​✦ 鰻魚鵝肝墨汁卷 HK$188​店內挺多博多香口小食,如呢款墨汁卷!入面夾有厚厚嘅鵝肝及牛油果,上面有脆口蒲燒鰻魚,成件事香口十足!​✦ 三瀨雞全翼一夜干 HK$78​博多挺出名嘅三瀨雞,師傅先將雞吊起一晚,讓雞肉水份散失,雞皮自然呈現細薄、香脆嘅質感!之後再輕烤即可!個人鍾意佢唔油膩,無炸都到脆薄雞皮!雖然略嫌雞肉乾咗少少,但整體都唔錯!✦ 一瀧唐揚炸三瀨雞 HK$78​黑色唐揚雞真係好少見!師傅喺表面加咗墨汁,外表雖然怪怪的,但喺入面釀有芝士!充滿誠意!食時外皮香脆,雞肉Juicy,再配以自家製沙律醬,好味!​✦ 月見免治三瀨雞肉棒 HK$48​呢度嘅免治雞肉棒都係師傅親自製作,雞肉比較鮮甜,帶點彈牙口感,幾得意!個人仲好鍾意個蛋皇醬,令雞肉棒有層黏糯質感!​✦ Bubble Ice Tea HK$88​全晚比較令我意外係呢款Bubble Ice Tea!據說入面用嘅水果,會按時令變更,無固定配方!今次我就係桃茶,再加青森蘋果汁及荔枝蓉,成杯無加糖都夠甜!勁正!​呢款特飲會加上酸味煙,據說隻煙都會定時換味,今次我係Citrus,好清爽!​…Read More
