岩岩收工肥先生話要醫左個肚先月頭食左餐唔好食既越南野我地都想食番餐好既中和下😂過到去8點半餐廳大概9成滿座 好好彩唔洗等位座位寬闊 唔洗逼住逼住 都坐得幾舒服一坐低就有侍應拎左青檸辣椒魚露暖水唔會當睇你唔到👍🏿選擇都算多我地2個人叫左4樣野食有時食軟殼蟹整既野會驚預先炸左好耐凍冰冰油淋淋呢一個係唔係即炸我唔敢講但食落香口酥脆 冇油益味個米紙薄得黎唔會一夾就散加埋蘿白同菜其實都幾夾 唔會太油呢個沙律我同肥先生食第一啖既樣變左😳然後我地就冇再傾過計因為實在太好食成碟沙律有3分2都係豬頸肉而啲豬頸肉燒得恰到好處唔乾又唔會肥味道唔會太咸配埋青瓜都幾清新食到落底都仲係好多豬頸肉肥先生叫左個生牛河我偷食左幾啖個湯清甜唔會油牛肉夠滑 又唔會得幾塊仔賣相都幾靚 河粉都算幾滑肥師奶就叫左呢個脆蝦卷撈檬本身以為係蝦黎原來係炸腐皮包住蝦滑一見到成碗炸腐皮就比左一半肥先生其實開頭口感唔錯食得出係即炸 香口但就略嫌有啲太漏同太油食到最後有少少覺得大啖大啖油放落口撈檬都不過不失 普普通通另外服務方面都幾好本身餐廳提供暖水侍應見到得番一半水就會自動加而且笑容禮貌都好好當我地2個咁多野講既人都食到停唔到口就證明係一間值得推介既餐廳…Read More

東南亞的菜式用上大量香料,令食物的香氣,外觀,味道都深深吸引著我們。這家芽莊我光顧過數次,美味的食物總讓我回來。光顧的日子是在星期六。星期三的時候,我們一行四人深知星期六的晚餐時段會有特別多的顧客,便立刻打電話去芽莊預訂7:00pm的座位。可是,服務員卻告訴我可以預定的位置只剩下6:00pm,我要求的時間沒有了,真誇張!最後我們決定早一點到,walk in,等了大約15分鐘便有位置了。今次的青檸不好,我們正想搾到食物裡時,卻搾不出甚麼,青檸都乾了 跟店員要求後,很快便送上新的青檸。厚厚的一本餐牌,吸引的食物相片,都令我們食指大動!餐牌裡,有些食物我們每一次都會點的,而是次用餐,我們決定嚐些不同的食物。首先來到的是招牌的生牛肉湯河,每次都會點的。由於我們肚子很餓,來不及拍照便匆匆把生的牛肉壓進湯裡湯底濃郁,吃到香葉的味道,再添一點青檸味道更好!牛肉薄,所以壓進湯裡不久便熟了。如果還想吃到牛肉的嫩,記得不要放在湯了太久呢!這芥蘭苗我們每一次也會點的,多吃蔬菜身體好嘛!這道菜會配有一點乾蝦和花生碎,也用了醬油去製作。 有時他們的芥蘭比較老,有點難咬,不過今次的不錯。這個米紙的軟殼蟹卷也是每一次都會點的,好吃!淡淡米味的米紙,軟殼蟹的香脆,與裡面大量讓人覺得清新的蔬菜配合,絕配! 吃的時候,記得要加上桌上的越式調味汁燒牛肉是我們的新嘗試。把葉拆開,其實是把一堆生牛肉湯河所用上的牛肉片紥在一起。牛肉的味道比較濃,因此建議加上一點青檸,能夠把膩的味道減輕,保留肉味的同時帶點新鮮的感覺。不過,這道菜沒有甚麼特別,嚐過便可,可以不點。新嘗試二號。我們從前都只是點過魚餅撈檬,其實這些魚餅就是那些。魚餅做得厚所以很有口感,會有一點滿足的感覺呢~最後這個是蒸粉卷,我們從前也有點過的。一碟只有4個,不多,也配有扎肉和魚餅各二,味道不錯的。如米紙卷一樣,加點越式調味汁更佳。我們4人點了以上食物,加上加一服務費總共價錢為$563.2,平均$140.8一個人,吃得很飽 如果少人一齊來價錢會比較貴,若比較多人一齊來用餐可以嚐到不同種類的食物,價錢也比較理想。另外有兩個小建議給計劃去用餐的朋友:- 這家餐廳的上菜速度很快,桌子未必放得下,可以考慮分兩次下單- 如果有長者同行又是假期的話,可以嘗試打電話預訂。因為這家店挺受歡迎,walk in可能要等一段時間,老人家未必能站太久員工態度方面沒有特別,反而有位好像是新來的年輕女員工友善又勤快,值得稱讚。餐廳的添水速度還要改善,我們經常要等。還有,這家餐廳是有用餐時間的,店員會在你入座時提醒你的。總括而言, 芽莊的價錢並不便宜,但味道不俗。除了嚐一下其他小店的越南菜,這家也可以嚐一嚐啊!…Read More

是日放工與男朋友打算moko覓食,因為很久没吃越南菜就決定去芽莊。七點半左右到達,店內8成滿,不用等位便可入座。餐廳空間感尚可,不算迫狹,只是比較嘈吵。食物種類挺多,春卷、濱海、河粉、檬粉等每類都有數款選擇,而價錢屬中等。我們點了兩碗麵及一個小食,上菜速度幾快 當中我最推介的是蕃茄蟹檬。平時食越南菜都會首選撈檬,但身為蕃茄控的我,看到menu上的河內蕃茄蟹檬($72)又怎能放過它呢?茄湯有濃濃的蕃茄味,驚喜的是嚐到湯中有蟹味。店家應該有加蟹與蕃茄熬湯,而非光把蟹腳放在麵上而且起初以為所謂的蟹檬只有蟹肉碎,但竟然有一隻小小的蟹腳。雖然肉質不算鮮美,但也算小小驚喜男友的生牛+爽腩河粉($78),他特別要求要把生牛煮成熟牛我嚐了幾口,河粉幾滑,牛肉片淋身、易入口,牛腩則有點硬。會安軟殼蟹卷($78),它的春卷皮是蒸的,不是炸的,加上卷內包上了不少瓜菜,感覺清新不油膩至於炸軟殼蟹則略嫌不夠脆。整體而言,食物質素不俗,價錢合理,可以再來:)…Read More
