最近經常於晚上在公司工作, 點外賣次數比餐廳堂食更多, 今日想簡單點, 所以就點了些點心。金沙肥豬仔(流沙包)鬥雞眼的豬仔造型很可愛, 包皮鬆軟, 厚度適中; 內餡真正流沙還有鹹蛋黃碎在內, 流沙餡甜中帶點蛋黃咸香懷舊糯米雞糯米微濕, 不會太乾, 餡料份量可以接受, 整體算是不錯。金銀蒜鮮魷汁料微辣且帶香蒜味, 鮮魷新鮮肉厚豆卜則吸盡汁料精華, 好吃!蟹子燒賣皇蟹子很多, 食到有蝦肉, 但可能肥豬肉略多吧!吃時覺得有點肥膩, 普通吧!晶瑩蝦餃皇足料蝦餃蝦肉爽口, 外皮不會過厚, 不錯不錯!整體而言, 這兒的點心水準大致不俗, 雖然是外賣, 但點心送到時仍是熱騰騰的, 無論賣相和味道上均不輸大酒樓, 亦相對較抵食, 整頓晚餐兩人都只是花費了130多元左右, 很划算! 下次一定會再試!…Read More

去酒樓飲茶總是覺得吵耳,兩個人去又好像吃不了什麼已數十元至過百元~今天到灣仔來做點事,特意來飲啖茶、吃個包,當早餐~晶瑩鮮蝦餃大大隻,蝦肉份量多,又夠爽甜,餃皮夠薄呈半透明,可惜較為易爛~山竹牛肉球同樣大大粒,彈牙有肉味,不會像某些茶樓般粉粉的~豉汁蒸排骨份量也不算少,不過有點偏肥~ 墊底的芋粒又香又粉糥,反而更好吃~牛肝菌花菇包很可愛,真的很像一個大大的花冬菇~ 包皮鬆軟,餡料菇味香濃,不過好像少了一點~ 可能是因為表面的可可粉甘甜,總覺得這個配搭較適合用來作甜點~ 所以整體味道有點怪怪的~脆皮鮮蝦腸有點像炸兩,但內裡的是脆皮是用米紙炸成的,又薄又脆,不會油,蝦肉份量亦不少,夠爽口~ 吃這個最好是豉油分開上,吃時才點少許吊味,否則豉油會把脆皮浸腍了~真係菠蘿包就真係有菠蘿肉的菠蘿包~ 面皮夠香夠脆夠鬆,但又不會掉到四處碎屑~ 麵包夠鬆軟~ 餡料是菠蘿醬混菠蘿肉,認真夠甜~ 個人覺得吃一個已很夠,多吃一個會覺得有點膩,或許是牛油下得比較多吧~ 不過本人一向不特別好食菠蘿包,但這個是比一般麵包舖的菠蘿包好吃的~雖然這裡標價比某些酒樓高,但質素比不少酒樓優勝,而且不收茶芥不收加一,兩人吃個肚滿腸肥的,都不過是一百多元,確實不算貴呢~…Read More

在美容院放血療程之後,打算到鵝頸街市吃羊腩飯補補身,可是兩家名店皆一位難求,場內其他食肆也不見得有位,不如看看附近有否其他選擇好了。鵝頸街市另一邊出口就是天樂里,這邊食肆也真不少,在強記和點點心兩家中選了後者,只因那些年佐敦店的蝦餃實在很讚。下午茶時間的點點心不算多人,望著大門的位置比裡面更為開揚,坐近收銀機更容易找到阿姐幫忙嘛。這家點心店也有不少外籍客人來吃點心,店方會送上英文餐牌方便客人點菜,希望當中價錢也跟中文版一樣,不是如某些不良店舖般有兩種價錢出現嚕。每位$3的熱茶都是沒得選擇的普洱,泡得夠熱夠濃的熱茶總算不是有顏色的熱水,只是要多喝茶的食客要頻頻召喚阿姐添茶了。蜜汁叉燒腸不是薄得透明,以為是米漿腸粉之時,口感竟像韌皮塑膠的難以夾開,跟軟滑也拉不上關係,以吃腸粉多年的腸粉怪來說,這實在是不好吃的水平;腸粉裡有著很多蜜味叉燒,以餡料來說是豐富的,叉燒水準也算可以,寥寥一株芫茜像裝飾多過添味。醬油稀稀甜甜的跟腸粉又蠻相配,讓本來不好吃的腸粉變成可以接受水準,這豉油居功不少;兩棵無渣菜心有著微微菜甜比膠膠腸粉更為出色。在佐敦店曾吃過起超好吃蝦餃,今次當不會錯過!四隻蝦餃小小的各佔蒸籠一角,好像有點迷你唷。摺紋緊密的澄麵皮做得晶瑩美觀,不過其收口波浪處實在太工整,明顯以剪刀剪出的紋路,點心師傅的手工還有進步餘地。小巧蝦餃裡的蝦肉爽口也夠大,加了一點點不甘香的肥肉粒,沒有什麼蝦鮮味的蝦餃比佐敦店的失色很多,可惜可惜。近期大熱的冬菇包沒選,只因那天更想吃砵仔蘿蔔糕。可是這道需時最久的蒸點,怎看也只像一盤蘿蔔絲而不是蘿蔔糕,也許粘米粉下得不多之下,做了一砵不成型的水水蘿蔔糕出來,不過這道蒸蘿蔔絲卻很清甜,滿口蘿蔔絲的口感比糕狀更香軟,加了蠻多腊肉腊腸後更有香味,加點豉油可以濃味一點卻吃不到蘿蔔原本香甜了。侍應阿姐應是新入職,對待客人有求必應也蠻算有禮,看似主理人的收銀大姐對客人或女同事同是木口木面不苟言笑,可是對點心男師傅則笑容滿面,其實當同事有需要這樣分等級嗎???…Read More
