上週六下大雨還有點冷,想吃點熱乎的粉面就往登龍街走了,發現原先燈籠鹵味的店铺開了潮興隆,裝修很新淨並且看到下午茶套餐很划算就進去了。非潮汕人覺得味道很正宗,點了下午茶彈牙牛丸粉,牛丸真的很彈彈彈,像🏓一樣,38含飲料,有四顆大牛丸,誠意十足~普寧豆腐味道非常濃郁,炸得很酥脆,怎麼會那麼好吃!眼大肚小什麼都想吃一口的必須點一個滷味拼盤,種類繁多,滷得很入味,鹹香十足,配上蘸料輕鬆吃完一大盤因為感冒剛好,想喝點熱湯,點了咸菜猪肚胡椒湯,料超足!猪肚處理的也很乾淨,湯頭濃郁又滋補廚房是透明窗,看着很乾淨安心走的時候看到別桌的炸蚝餅也很誘人,下次再去解鎖其他菜式~…Read More

朋友約在CWB,選擇係橫街的餐廳。其實是一間潮州餐館,有潮州粉麵,還有其他潮州菜及小食。本想避開午市高峯期,可是下午時段依然滿座。以手機點了几款小食,我倆就開始旅行大計了。招牌牛腩河拼彈牙牛丸 久久未嚐過牛腩河了,又想食潮州牛丸,一於點雙拼。 牛腩不太厚,橫切纖維短,入口不乾柴不起渣容易咬。牛肉夾雜牛脂筋腱,有肉香也有油香。下次要多多青。普寧炸豆腐 這個豆腐很有名,所以來一份。外層炸皮很薄,沾上韮菜鹽水,是傳統的配搭。入口軟綿綿,口感似大良炸鮮奶/雙皮奶,比包仔豆腐更軟身,無牙阿婆都食到。潮式煎蠔餅 潮州名物,而且價格實惠。大碟蠔餅,飽滿的蠔仔煎過後依然鮮嫩又爆漿,薯粉為主的蠔餅皮仍然煙韌。煎蠔餅邊緣黃色脆脆部份帶濃厚鴨蛋香,又是另種一美味。鼠粬粿 第一次食潮州粿。金黃色外層,中間灰灰綠綠,顏色如老鼠。 米粉麵粉包著白頭翁,炸花生,芝麻餡料。是五仁月餅那種香口卻甜而不膩,但口感有糍粑大福那種粘糯。鹹菜豬肚胡椒湯 不清楚這個湯是否潮州菜系,但我倆都很喜歡胡椒豬肚湯。細細件豬肚不硬容易咬,而奶白湯裡有原粒胡椒,那個胡椒味會直上鼻腔。除了豬肚,湯底也不能放過,我倆直接把湯舀出來享用呢!<含先菜>除了充當青菜外,也有特別功能。嚐過蠔餅和粿後,滿口皆油膩,間中來一口鹹酸菜,可讓味蕾清新一下。原來今日有下午茶供應,價格更抵!下次約TEA。…Read More
