今日放工之後好開心同朋友嚟到尖沙咀附近食爐端燒,我哋就叫咗好多個前菜,再加啲燒物一齊食。一入餐廳就好有日本feel,我哋坐吧枱,可以見到師傅即埸燒,真係一件賞心樂事。師傅係日本人嚟,咁啱坐隔離嗰台都係日本人,超似去咗日本😍我哋叫咗好多前菜,全部都係日本嘅蔬果,每一件都係好有特色同感覺到食材嘅新鮮。我特別鍾意冷蕃茄同胡麻芝士豆腐。冷蕃茄 $88呢個冷番茄🍅好好味!因為佢好甜好爽,店員仲同我哋講話佢係三四月盛產🤤所以食落去好鮮甜,就好似食緊個水果咁🤤完全打破咗平時食蕃茄個種酸味🙈呢個真係令人意想不到咁好食😋胡麻芝士豆腐$68呢一個係每日限定,隨着時令材料改變。咁呢一個豆腐令我印象好深刻😍,因為我本身睇佢個樣以為同平時一般嘅滑豆腐一樣,中間夾咗芝士咁。原來一咬落去,佢已經將胡麻、芝士,豆腐一次blend好再倒入豆腐模,重新整過豆腐。口感好creamy,甚至有啲似芝士蛋糕。不過成件食都幾飽,所以師傅特意放咗啲豉油同wasabi,可以俾你解膩。之後叫咗啲燒物,包括:日本甜番薯 $48平時行Donki都好有興趣食甜番薯🍠,但今次係即叫即燒,一定好味啲嘅。甜番薯上碟時仲有一絲絲嘅白煙,熱辣辣,好香甜。大概有六舊,每舊番薯都好甜身又實,個番薯皮都燒得啱啱好,唔會皮肉分離。琵琶蝦 $238因為朋友鍾意蝦,我哋專登嗌。睇落去其實佢都幾似一隻小龍蝦,燒得好香脆😆,甚至我覺得嗰殼都可以食添。蝦膏好鮮甜,肉質彈牙,感覺上都算多肉。和牛橫膈膜扒 $198一共有九片橫膈膜扒🥩,燒到未完全熟晒,仲帶粉嫩。和牛扒油脂分布均勻,食到幾香嘅油脂,所以食落唔會硬而且冇根位。雖然份量唔係太多,不過燒功同材料部位都較特別。茶漬燒飯團 $58呢個茶漬飯幾特別,因為佢嘅飯係一個飯團🍙 反轉嘅表面同底都係燒過嘅,所以就會有啲焦香嘅感覺🤤店員仲好細心咁同我講一開始食嗰陣最好淨係落少少茶,咁就可以食到茶同飯焦配埋既滋味🤤 茶好香仲好熱,倒落飯團後仍然可以聞到茶既香味,而佢啲飯焦就變到冇咁硬 整體嚟講都唔錯👍🏻星野村布甸 $48一開始以為佢係杏仁布甸,點知食落第一啖,原來佢係焙茶味既布甸😍個人本身就好鍾意飲焙茶 所以呢個甜品啱晒我🤤 店員仲同我講原來呢個布甸係師傅自己整嘅,所以更加吸引😋 呢個飯後甜品真係唔錯,因為佢係茶味甜品,最後食有種可以消濟既感覺🤤另外,店員態度好友善同埋熱心推介唔同時令嘅食材俾客人。…Read More

好朋友升職梗要慶祝食好啲啦,今次揀咗呢間爐端燒餐廳正宗日本師傅主理,即使係服務人員都講得一口流利日本語,令你好似置身於日本🇯🇵餐廳今次安排嘅座位非常之好,面前就可以見到師傅嘅燒烤功架👍🏻呢間爐端燒餐廳竟然有萬菜食,呢類型嘅款式係好少地方先有得食,咁就可以知道餐廳有幾咁正宗!我同朋友揀咗幾款本日之萬菜:博多築前煮、和牛肉牛蒡、雞胸軟骨南蠻漬、金平根菜、花椰菜酢物、茨城蕃茄同博多海帶蒟蒻條。絕對無誇張,我食每一款萬菜都讚嘆不已!尤其係個雞軟骨(爽脆口感配襯洋蔥🧅出奇地好味)、和牛肉牛蒡(牛肉味超濃郁同嫩滑),仲有不得不提個蕃茄,呢個茨城蕃茄只有3-4月先有得食,我冇諗過係蕃茄可以咁鮮甜美味❤️燒白粟米🌽:粟米鮮甜配上外層嘅牛油,令我重新愛上食粟米呢🙈雞肝炙:我想像唔到呢份雞肝會咁好味,外層燒得好香同紮實。但入面竟然係粉嫩粉嫩,點上師傅秘製嘅醬料,真係好味到出唔到聲極上和牛牛舌:呢份牛舌絕對稱得上極品,完全成為左我食牛舌top no. 1嘅餐廳,牛舌彈牙,每咬一啖就好似喺舌尖上跳舞一樣☺️!燒牡蠣🦪:生蠔好新鮮,輕輕燒過就已經好好味醬汁燒飯團,瑪格麗塔燒飯團🍙:原來新鮮嘅燒飯團係咁好味,完全刷新左我對飯團嘅認知,飯團帶有小小嘅飯焦,而且好足料,大讚!甜品方面叫咗星野村布甸同紅豆年糕湯,布甸奶味香濃,甜而不膩;紅豆年糕湯非常足料,經燒烤嘅年糕放入紅豆湯,味道竟然係如此咁夾,呢度嘅甜品又帶我進入一個新境界🥰呢間餐廳絕對值滿分💯,推薦比大家一試🤩…Read More

今次嚟到依間由日本師傅主理嘅爐端燒,一嘗博多風味嘅日本料理😋豐盛嘅一餐由前菜開始-前菜都係師傅嘅家鄉小菜,又叫萬菜,食爐端燒時都會點幾碟邊食邊等師傅燒,所以多數都係冷盤嚟。印象深刻嘅有口感味道都好似cream cheese嘅芝士豆腐,又滑又開胃嘅蒟蒻,仲有第一次食嘅鬼爪螺!蒲燒鰻魚係令我地最驚艷嘅燒物-鰻魚皮脆肉嫩,外層脆卜卜但同時亦能夠鎖住鰻魚本身嘅油香同鮮味,點啲鰻魚汁味道更濃厚。燒蠔非常鮮甜,燒嘅時間掌握得好好,蠔肉唔乾身,食落依然鮮嫩多汁。手羽先一夜干用到福崗嘅雞翼,特別大隻,風乾醃一晚所以好入味,雞皮燒至好靚嘅金黃色,唧少少檸檬汁味道更提升。日本白粟米好清甜,燒過後特別香,好想食晒成條呢!燒飯團有唔同口味揀,辛味噌夠惹味,芝士好香但較膩;飯團外面燒得焦香,好似有層香脆嘅外殼咁,入面嘅飯就軟綿黏口,配埋紫菜食口感豐富。最後當然唔少得日式甜品-天神布甸係焦糖布甸嚟,淋上焦糖醬食到滿滿嘅幸福感,可以試試點海鹽變成海鹽焦糖依個微妙嘅組合;星野村布甸就係焙茶布甸,同紅豆蓉好夾,怕甜嘅都啱食。…Read More

琴晚去左尖沙咀接女朋友放工 之後就去左金巴利道覓食 見到呢間爐端燒 係出面睇左個menu 覺得價錢都幾親民就入左去食一入到去就見到師傳係燒爐燒緊各式各樣既食物 香味亦都撲鼻而黎 搞到我地都急不及待想快d有得食 而佢既裝修係走簡約既日本風 有種令人置身於日本的居酒屋的感覺由於我地兩個都好肚餓 所以琴晚嗌左都幾多野食 首先我地試左佢個前菜 總共有六小碟 全都係日本傳統前菜 味道都好好 特別係鬼爪螺 我之前都未試過係其他日式餐廳見過呢樣食物 佢既味道我覺得比起一般的螺肉更加清甜 呢個未必日日有的 因為海鮮係時令 如果有供應 大家記住要試下鬼爪螺而餐廳的主打燒物水準真係極高 每一樣的燒物火候都控制得非常好 經理仲同我地講師傅係專程由博多請過黎的 所以好多食物的處理都係日本的傳統做法 有幾樣燒物我推薦大家必試❤️燒極上和牛牛舌: 牛舌好嫩滑多汁 夾起時都見到肉仲透住粉紅色 配埋佢個特製醬汁 無得頂❤️博多雞翼: 外皮燒得焦脆 而內裡亦能保持肉汁 做到外脆內軟的感覺❤️燒惠比須蠔: 我其實好怕食生蠔 但呢隻惠比須蠔食落口 真係完全唔覺有腥味 而且仲好鮮甜🤩❤️博多風雞頸肉: 好有特色 估唔到雞頸肉燒過後係會咁爽口 配埋生蛋汁 真係一絕而主食方面我地嗌左兩個不同既飯糰❤️辛味噌飯糰: 香辣的麵豉醬配上焦脆的飯糰 真係好好味 ❤️茶漬燒飯糰: 淡香的雞湯加入飯糰當中 不但不油膩 仲令到飯糰多左一層風味最後我地以兩個甜品作為我地晚餐的結尾 甜品都係師傅當天即製的❤️天神布甸: 它配了海鹽和檸檬 食前落少少 可以更加提升到天神布甸的甜味❤️星野村布甸: 特別用了日本奧八女抹茶去製作 抹茶味很重 而且唔會太甜 女朋友好鐘意…Read More
