因為大家都住得近九龍城所以我地放工後就相約於這舊城裡試試潮州菜入到去 很有一種八十年代既懷舊感覺連侍應都係伯伯級黑西褲白恤衫呢我地叫左豉椒炒蟶子, 海鮮炒魚麵, 胡椒豬肚湯同埋方魚肉碎蠔仔粥豉椒炒蟶子正呀, 有獲氣, 兼夾級彈牙爽口, 五十蚊度既價錢真係算幾大碟同多肉啦海鮮炒魚麵第一次食呢一個菜, 我以為真係好似出面個d魚麵咁真係好似一條麵既口感, 但係唔係喎, 魚麵食落口, 我係完全食到魚肉既口感同味道, 一絲絲的, 只有形狀似一條麵, 但口感就是魚肉, 出乎意料之外~ 正呀~方魚肉碎蠔仔粥好好味, 同埋無腥味, d蠔仔好飽滿, 真係食到個人好開心胡椒豬肚湯正呀, 我最愛既潮州菜就係胡椒豬肚湯, 好重胡椒味, 第一啖食落口真係有d辣親既感覺, 但係勁多料, 超愛食粉腸同埋豬肚呀, 睇到出佢既粉腸呀, 豬肚呀都洗得好乾淨, 無得頂!!同場加送一碗綠豆沙真係為我地呢一餐飯劃上左一個完美既句號呀~順帶一提, 伯伯同嬸嬸們真係好有禮貌同態度誠懇呢~…Read More

原意是要來九龍城吃燒肉,最終怕肚子胃納有限,任食吃不過癮,於是便來這附近覓食.印象記得這店排名很高,在不清楚什麼好吃的情況下試了.差不多九點,人也不少,坐在二樓,感覺很老式,心想食物應該不差.二人餐不太吸引,決定散點.咸雞-例($75) - 索價不低,但味道卻一般.咸雞不凍也不熱,分不清是冷盤還是熱葷,雞肉很嚡,卻不太有雞味.另備有薑蔥,但本身已夠咸,不加亦可.蠔餅($50) - 吃潮洲菜,不得不吃.蚝餅煎得金黃,外表脆卜卜的,蠔的份量很多,比其它店多至少一半.可惜份量太大,二人吃有點吃力,而且放涼了便吃出很多油.方魚肉碎蠔仔粥($3X) - 要了小碗,有約4碗份量.由於有蠔餅關係,再吃蠔仔粥,很膩,蠔仔太多了.椒鹽筍仔魚($50) - 伙記說筍仔魚是季節性的,現在吃正好,既然這樣,我們也一試了.伙記建議用梅子或椒鹽烹煮最好,椒鹽感覺較吸引.筍仔魚細細的,炸過後很香口,而且沒有骨,佐酒一流.椒鹽味不算重,吃多了有點咸,配飯吃會更佳.二人太貪心,點得太多,最終吃不完.食物水準一般,沒有太深刻的,但還是想來試鹵水鵝片…Read More
