在大埔區內吃泰菜的次數不算多今次在妹妹的提議下,和家人一起來試試這家新開業不久的象月!店面小小的,星期六晚未夠7pm都已全場爆滿!幸好妹妹預先訂座~食客較多,所以也設了用餐時限,是合理的時間限制~和家人用餐,點的食物都是較為大路的食品~泰式生蝦刺身,生蝦肉質爽口彈牙,味道鮮甜!醮泰式辣汁來吃,好滋味!辣汁沒有蓋過蝦的鮮甜呢~認真開胃!!軟殼蟹米紙卷,剛好前一晚吃了不好吃的米紙卷今晚吃到這款就覺得好好吃!擺盤一般,看不見軟殼蟹但味道方面,軟殼蟹香脆,味道不會過鹹加上各種蔬菜,口感清爽不油膩米紙卷薄身柔軟,質感不會韌~~馬拉盞炒通菜,吃泰菜時點蔬菜幾乎必點這款馬拉盞微辣夠惹味,通菜爽嫩脆綠,夠鑊氣!!青咖喱雞配薄餅,青咖喱雞還配有豆角和茄子青咖喱味道偏甜,幾乎沒辣味,但配薄餅來吃都好滋味!惜雞肉不夠嫩滑,略乾一點點薄餅有些焦了一點點,都可以接受質感都算酥化,但脆些會更好吃,稍稍偏稔身呢~泰式沙嗲串燒拼盤,雞牛豬各2串串燒燒得夠香,肉質不會乾身,微微帶點肉汁醃得夠入味沙嗲醬汁香濃惹味,推介秘製燒泰式豬頸肉,跟沙嗲串燒拼盤相比,豬頸肉這款略略被比下去豬頸肉的外層燒得焦香,肉質尚算稔身,但稍稍乾身微辣的醬汁都幾好味,但實在不夠沙嗲醬般惹味!泰式炒金邊粉,用蛋皮鋪面包裹著炒好的金邊粉雖然不是第一次見這樣的賣相,但這是我見過之中,蛋皮賣相做得最好~~不過整體擺盤還是有進步的空間啊!伴有花生碎﹑辣椒碎及青檸,可按個人口味來加入配料金邊粉的份量都算多,醬汁味道恰好,炒得都夠香夠乾身!生菜包,肉碎份量夠多肉碎帶肉汁,炒得夠香,辣度剛剛好爽脆的生菜包著香辣多汁的肉碎來吃,令人滿足~新鮮菠蘿炒飯,用菠蘿殼盛載上桌,飯和配料滿溢配料有菠蘿肉﹑蝦仁﹑魷魚﹑大量肉鬆,還有腰果﹑提子乾及雜豆菠蘿肉和提子乾的微甜令炒飯的味道不會太單調~這頓晚飯點的菜式都算多食物質素大都令人感到滿意呢~只是店面小小,座位稍為狹窄而已~…Read More

今日同朋友共三個家庭一起飯聚,有大有細入咗大埔,之前同事介紹呢間泰國菜,朋友都話想試吓,所以嗱嗱聲打去book位。店舖裝修不是傳統泰式,算新潮派,天花掛住的「星球燈」好靚,套餐具都幾靚。叫好嘢食等一陣就可以開餐啦,先來一個生蝦刺身( $95/六件),大人限定!哈!都幾新鮮,而且仲有幾件冰鎮苦瓜OK !炸春卷( $48 /四件)都脆口,唔會太油膩,不錯!軟殼蟹青芒果沙律( $75 )份量幾多,軟殼蟹炸得不錯,連埋青芒、沙律一齊食,酸酸味味很開胃。食泰國嘢梗係要食串燒,叫咗個泰式沙嗲串燒拼盤( $88 ),好似雞、牛、豬共有六串,我食咗其中一串雞,即使唔點沙嗲醬都相當惹味!泰國菜代表當然還有冬陰公( $138 ),有個鍋熱住,唔算好辣但冬陰公味重,而且料都幾多,我自己好鍾意。另外叫咗幾碟菜,包括馬拉盞炒椰菜( $78 )、鹹魚炒芥菜( $66 )及鹹魚炒珍珠椰菜苗( $76 ),全部都相對濃味,馬拉盞炒得幾好味,鹹魚就相當鹹,但配落珍珠椰菜苗平衡返,所以味道都幾好。主菜叫了新鮮菠蘿炒飯( $108)、泰式金邊粉( $68 )以及火焰海鮮椰青飯( $98 ),估不到份量都幾大碟。菠蘿炒飯似乎幾正宗金邊粉也炒得不錯,味道有點像廈門炒米。但我至愛是椰青飯,椰汁味濃郁,有雜豆、魷魚、青口、蝦等海鮮,還有椰肉在當中,相當特別,值得一試。…Read More
