銅鑼灣云云鐵板燒餐廳當中,「本命」絕對是首屈一指的一間,距離上次來訪至今已經超過一年,一直念念不忘。午餐鐵板燒低至每位$188,而晚餐錦盛套餐則每位$788,從前菜到甜品整整有逾十道菜式,只要消費滿$1,500更會贈送斑馬瀨尿蝦一隻,即二人享用錦盛套餐便已達標,物超所值。前菜鰹魚刺身搭配京蔥絲及柚子醋,清爽開胃。斑馬瀨尿蝦瀨尿蝦肉質緊緻彈牙,滿滿瀨尿蝦膏呈溏心狀態,濃郁甘香。大蝦大蝦以蝦頭蝦膏熬成醬汁,鹹香鮮美並帶陣陣炙燒香氣。甘鯛甘鯛以立鱗燒方式烹調,魚鱗鬆脆、魚皮煙韌、魚肉嫩滑,鮮美無比,配以南瓜海膽忌廉汁微微帶甜。和牛和牛可以自選熟度並配以蒜片、芥末或岩鹽,五成熟度恰如其份,肉質軟嫩,油香豐腴而又不失肉味,簡單加上岩鹽最能體現原汁原味。北寄貝北寄貝口感彈牙而鮮味十足,大蝦蝦頭亦煎得鬆脆香口。鵝肝鵝肝厚度十足,外脆內軟並近乎入口即化,入口油香四溢;底層牛油多士吸收鵝油油香並保持鬆脆,焦糖蘋果香甜多汁,綴以黑醋汁酸甜清爽,大大中和油膩感。香蒜牛薄燒|炒菜 牛肉肥瘦均勻而肉質軟腍,裹住大量青蔥及蒜片香氣濃郁;炒菜 以椰菜及芽菜為主並夾雜紅蘿蔔、本菇等,調味較輕感覺清爽。炒飯炒飯加入炒蛋、高菜、紅蘿蔔等炒成,飯粒乾爽並保持粒粒分明,充滿鑊氣。吸物魚湯熬成奶白色,既清而濃,鮮甜並毫不帶腥。甘味甜品同樣以鐵板燒方式製作令人喜出望外,先用牛油將麵包放上鐵板烘香,再加上砂糖煎至表面形成一層焦糖,香甜酥脆,加上雲尼拿雪糕冷熱交織,別有風味。日式檸檬茶 ($48)鐵板燒套餐並不包括飲品,但餐牌上有獺祭23%純米大吟釀、月桂冠Chatty Whale純米酒、京姬柚子檸檬酒、生啤、威士忌梳打、梅酒等各款酒類可以加購,而無酒精飲品日式檸檬茶隱約帶淡淡桃香,清爽解膩。…Read More

家姐生日梗係要選間高質又抵食嘅餐廳!這次千挑萬選,終於選了位於銅鑼灣的「本命鐵板燒」,海鮮盛套餐$888一位,另加一服務費。最開心的是,消費滿$1500還送溏心瀨尿蝦,我覺得這頓飯簡直是高質又划算! 用餐過程中,每一道菜上桌時,服務員都會親切地簡單介紹食材和特色,讓人更加了解每一道料理的用心。 前菜的鰹魚,清爽開胃,喚醒了味蕾。斑馬瀨尿蝦,夠晒大隻,肉質飽滿彈牙,鮮味在口中爆發,超級過癮! 龍蝦肉質彈牙,醬汁是用龍蝦頭的膏製成,濃郁鮮美。 澳洲黑金鮑魚,絕對是亮點中的亮點!這鮑魚足足有手掌咁大,拿在手上沉甸甸的,讓人期待萬分。醬汁用了鮑魚肝製成,將鮑魚的鮮甜味提升到另一個層次。 北海道帆立貝配南瓜海膽忌廉汁,這個組合簡直是味覺上的驚喜!帆立貝的鮮甜、南瓜的香甜、海膽的濃郁,三種味道完美融合。烏魚子聖子,聖子新鮮彈牙,搭配淡淡魚香的烏魚子,味道更有層次感。 銀雪魚西京燒,魚肉嫩滑入味,西京燒的醬汁鹹甜適中,非常下飯。黑豚肉薄燒,肉質鮮嫩多汁,入口即化,油脂的香氣在口中蔓延。 高菜炒飯,粒粒分明,香氣撲鼻,高菜的鹹香與米飯的甜味完美結合,好食到停不下來!魚湯,魚味鮮甜,喝完感覺全身都暖洋洋的。炒什菜,清爽解膩,平衡了味蕾。 飲品方面,點了百香果梳打,酸酸甜甜,氣泡豐富,非常解膩,搭配海鮮簡直一流! 最後的甜點,焦糖多士配雪糕,多士烤得酥脆,搭配冰涼的雪糕,冰火交融,口感豐富。開心果雪糕,開心果味濃郁,口感綿密。  最棒的是,我們坐在吧檯前,近距離欣賞鐵板燒師傅精湛的廚藝,看著食材在鐵板上滋滋作響,香氣四溢,視覺和味覺都得到了極大的滿足,絕對是慶祝生日或特別節日的首選! …Read More
