素來喜歡上海菜的味道, 見呢間網上食評不俗, 特意前來品嘗, 可惜卻遇上近年最黑暗經歷!禮拜六等位都只需數分鐘而已, 滿心歡喜地坐低準備落order, 點知原來係惡夢的開始 開始先食前菜冷盤:水晶肴肉:與其他上海菜館不同, 這兒為簿切, 賣相尚可, 可惜豪無肉味, 水晶部份過硬, 口感不佳燻魚:魚有點怪味, 炸得唔夠脆, 一道原本甚為經典的上海小食竟然如此難食, 十分罕見擔擔麵:喜歡麻醬的我柯打前已先問侍應湯底否麻醬味濃, 上桌時香氣撲鼻, 湯亦夠熱, 可惜湯底太杰及偏甜, 麵質一般, 食完一半已無食小籠包:全晚算是比較正常的菜式, 上桌時熱氣滕滕, 皮簿多汁, 可惜肉餡咬落鬆散有渣, 只算勉強合格! 全無一試再試的感覺 蟹粉小籠包:蟹粉味極淡且不夠新鮮, 根本與普通小籠包無異, 竟敢賣成$18/隻, 實在過份 (無影相)蜜汁火方:為全晚最難食的菜式, 火腿全無咸味及肉味, 炸腐皮仲有點 '油膱' 味, 太多糖漿令到火腿過甜, 非常失望總括來記, 全晚食物味道出奇地差, 完全唔合格, 可以用'極之難食' 來形容, 希望廚房出品部及樓面營運部可認真了解下是否材料出現問題或師傅技術有限, 需要進修改善 ; 員工服務尚可, 不過長此下去, 相信離結業的日子不遠了!  …Read More

第一次走進這座位於觀塘的新商廈,內裡有不少食肆,這次就找上了這間上海店試試。地方雖然不大,但座位尚算可以,因為是下午茶時間,人不是太多,因此這次一行四人可以坐在六人位置的卡位,感覺寬敞。先來的前菜四小碟均不錯,自己特別喜歡青瓜,夠爽口,而冷冷的更能使人開胃些。再來的上海粗炒味道不錯,不會太咸,質感也可以。而排骨菜飯的排骨很美味,外脆內軟,只是菜飯有一點過油。擔擔麵很好,湯底味濃得來不會太辣,麵質也不錯。蔥油餅不會太油,而且夠脆,很可口。大體來說是不錯的食肆,加上週日時間也有下午茶時段,還要在兩點鐘已經可以點,不錯。…Read More

下午與 "KS" 在觀塘會面,然後便開始我們的晚餐。對某些有吃下午茶習慣的人,下午六時半,不過才剛吃畢下午茶一會。沒錯,繁忙的城市人平日又怎會有這樣的神心,奉行早膳、早睡等健康作息時間,唯當晚我們要參與一個蛋糕製作班,地點就在附近的一座工廈,為了遷就時間才有這樣罕有的安排!"KS" 選擇了翔龍拉麵小籠包。室內兩旁設有舒適的卡座,靠牆的卡座面向著一列舊樓,若不是侍應讓我留意這快將消失的面貌,我仍未從觀塘舊有的框框跳出。香港一切都在變遷,觀塘也在急速地換臉,舊有的印象,以至舊東西的存在,並非理所當然!除了舊樓,眼睛往下一看,架空鐵路上的列車在行駛中,又令我想起曼谷的 BTS!排骨與擔擔麵分開盛載,讓酥炸的排骨不易被麵湯破壞其香脆的口感。排骨炸漿細薄,入口甘香,肉質鬆化,惜醃味未夠深入,肉心久缺味道!擔擔麵湯底香鹹甜辣各味均勻,濃稠適中,麵條也帶點煙韌,整體合意!"KS" 喜歡的鮮肉窩貼一共來了兩客,她火速地吞噬了三隻,吃得不易樂乎!看見她津津有味的樣子,我也忍不住來一隻。窩貼底部煎得甘香,中等厚度的皮層,口感稍遜;而肉餡清甜、肉汁雖不算澎湃,但總體也屬中上水準之作。飽滿的小籠包出場了!小籠包薄薄的皮層,包裹著暖暖的湯汁,而湯汁又浸著嫩嫩的豬肉餡,一層層討人歡心的結構,就是不少香港人醉心小籠包的原因。翔龍的小籠包沒有讓人扣分的地方,但就各方面,如皮層、餡料的香氣、層次與調味等,仍可有再上一層的空間,相信翔龍可以做得更細緻、更出眾的味道!很久沒嚐京醬牛肉絲與叉子燒餅的配搭。牛肉絲比預期濕潤、多汁,可是只帶甜韻,較為單調,且缺乏香氣,與預期的落差較大。叉子燒餅層次感不錯,質感薄脆,唯香氣可再加強一點點,其吸引力必定更大!落單時,侍應得知我們欲嚐甜品,於是在檯邊貼上一個 "甜品等叫" 的粉紅牌子,待我們差不多完成飯餐時,侍應便提示我們將甜品點上!這個做法非常細心,不用冷待了早早送來的甜品,食客亦可接著鹹食後,即時品嚐得到新鮮製作的甜品,又不至於浪費時間!第一道甜品是拔絲香蕉。頂部的拔絲是白色,像閃閃發亮的蜘蛛網似的。更有趣的是,幾乎嚐不到一絲甜味來。無論如何,甜甜的脆皮,包裹著香軟甜滑的香蕉,一脆一軟的口感,非常美味!從拔絲香蕉中,令我想起高力豆沙香蕉,"KS" 終抵不住誘惑,請侍應追加一客。不一會,端來的高力豆沙香蕉要比叉燒包還要大,加上脹鼓鼓的外型,十分惹笑!大抵外層太篷鬆、加上厚重,要多咬幾口才能嚐到紅豆蓉與香蕉的滋味,令興緻有點被磨滅,加上鬆厚的外層頗有飽肚感,唯有把餡料吃光,至於皮層只有量力而為了!這次主要以點心及麵食為主,未有深入嘗試其他特色小菜。翔龍的出品均能符合香港人少油、味清,賣相整潔的要求,可是上海菜特有的神髓則極之單薄。不過,若以迎合多數港人口味,以中間落墨為目標,翔龍就絕對能達到相關水平了!…Read More

雖然開業無耐,但係已經感受到此地競爭激烈!單係頭兩層已經有「Pepper Lunch」同埋「和民」等等連鎖集團,所以如果食物質素唔掂既話一定好快「冇得留低」!地點方面,商場由APM行過去唔駛5分鐘就到,非常方便,絕對係裕民坊清拆之後另一個搵食之選既好地方!餐廳因為新裝修關係,非常光猛醒神,位與位之間雖然唔算好闊落,但都算叫做可以接受。最特別既地方係廚房外面裝左一面大玻璃,坐卡位既食客可以睇到師傅喺裏面整小籠包同埋拉麵既功夫,正!酸辣湯︰可以選擇一煲或者一碗。話就話一人份量,但係兩三個人既話一碗仔每人share幾啖淺嚐都夠食。味道方面,湯既酸同辣既比例剛剛好,並冇側重於某一面。湯既料亦都落得好足,應有既野都有,亦都食得出唔係求其俾D料你「大雜薈」就算,喺選材方面一定落左一番工夫去帶出湯既味道。擔擔麵︰簡單但不平凡。湯既味道啱啱好,唔會辣到食唔到或者所謂「小辣」咁到喉唔到肺。麵料亦都落得好足,肉碎平均分佈喺湯裏面,唔係就咁喺面頭放一pat就算。特別要提一提佢落葱既方法,放喺湯匙既中間就可以同時兼顧到想走青既食客同埋好似我呢D愛葱之徒!小籠包︰誠意的signature dish。小籠包既皮厚薄適中,咬第一啖既時候已經食到新鮮既肉味。包裏面既肉汁非常之juicy,以平民化既價錢有咁既質素,正呀!金華火腿津白湯年糕︰配菜金華火腿同紹菜雖然冇乜特別,不過都算係不過不失啦。雖然本身唔係特別鍾意食湯年糕,但係喺度都要讚一讚年糕既口感。「煙un」不特止,佢特有淡淡既甜味令到當佢索左D湯之後既味道更加特別,抵讚!鍋貼︰唔係唔好,只係冇乜特別。鍋貼底部既表皮略為煎得唔夠火喉,似蒸多過煎,而裏面既肉質略為乾身左少少,不過都係小問題,other than that 絕對收貨。生煎包︰同鍋貼雖然相似,但感覺卻差好遠。由於表面用油煎過,再加上落左葱同埋芝麻既關係,感覺上口感比鍋貼好好多。包裏面既豬肉亦一如預期非常之juicy,少少油得黎又唔會過鹹,啱啱比包既皮剛剛包住晒,食落口既時候「咇」一聲咁爆發出黎,正呀!高力豆沙︰雖然係後加,但係十分鐘都唔駛就已經上枱。或者係好sai功夫加上利錢唔多既關係,香港好多地方依家已經開似唔供應呢味菜喇。Anyway,麵粉炸得好鬆軟,裏面既豆沙既甜味亦都剛剛好,唔會有太甜既情況「喧賓奪主」。而舊野上面既糖衣可以話係最佳既點綴,令到包面食唔到豆沙果部份唔會「淡mou mou」,絕對要推介比各位試吓!雖然叫左咁多野食,但圍返開每人$80蚊都唔駛,抵到爛!侍應亦都好勤力不斷加茶,唔會因為你食晒野就9秒9乜都收晒趕你走,喺今時今日既食肆黎講真係好少見,激讚!…Read More
