在香港吃西餐向來有很多選擇,各類扒房、法國菜、意大利菜、西班牙菜多如繁星,偏偏葡國菜卻少之又少,今天特意來到長沙灣的BOM Cuisine一嚐葡菜。菜單其實不只有葡國菜,同時亦有不少西班牙菜選擇凍去骨豬手配蘋果醬其實有幾分似中式燻蹄,入口鹹香有嚼頭,帶皮部位都做到清爽可口,還有豐富的膠原蛋白,而醬汁應該改了不是蘋果醬,但蒜香味道濃郁,亦可減低油膩感。葡萄牙炸馬介休球這種由銀鱈魚鹽醃而成的鹹魚,可說是葡國菜的代表食材,薯蓉充分吸收了馬介休的鹹香,外脆內軟,吃得出葡國菜的神髓。粟米忌廉湯是日餐湯是粟米忌廉湯,簡單的西湯亦能做出水準,粟米是主角,而忌廉配角的發揮同樣出色,口味柔和甘甜。招牌葡萄牙烤乳豬烤乳豬的皮當然是精髓,外皮比想像中更薄脆,皮下層脂肪入口即化,一咬肉汁隨即溢瀉出來,油脂香滿佈口腔,卻絕無肥膩感覺,沒有多餘的調味,吃的是乳豬的原汁原味。挪威三文魚墨魚汁意粉拌菠菜煎得好的三文魚魚皮必須要夠香脆,魚肉剛剛好金黃色,最重要的是中間的肉質能夠保持鮮嫩,這件三文魚做到以上三點,可算是上乘之作。墨魚汁意粉做到al dente,淡淡鮮香令味道層次頓時豐富起來。伯爵茶奶凍店家自製的伯爵茶奶凍,未有令人耳目一新的感覺,如果奶味可以更突出會更好。…Read More

一個月一次的朋友聚會又到,今次朋友帶了我們去長沙灣這間食葡國菜的餐廳。平時食葡菜多數是去澳門,但原來香港都有咁正宗的葡菜吃。除了有套餐外,還有單點,款式很多,尤其是小食類,有差不多十款以上。凍去骨豬手配蘋果醬外貌跟燻蹄有九成相似,食落口感差不多,豬皮彈牙,切成薄薄一片,加上個蘋果醬,帶點甜味。葡萄牙炸馬介休球每次食葡菜必食的馬介休球,炸至金黃色,外脆內軟,薯蓉幼滑,裏面帶點咸魚香味。挪威三文魚墨魚汁意粉拌菠菜三文魚煎至外皮微脆,啖啖魚肉油脂豐富,墨汁意粉軟硬適中,有些菠菜夾雜一起,帶點蒜香味。美國安格斯草飼肉眼扒肉眼扒超大塊,有差不多兩隻手掌大小,表面煎至焦香,因為點了五成,中間帶點粉嫩色,肉質嫩腍,牛肉味尚可,而且有肉汁,旁有點蔬菜點綴,比較健康。伯爵茶奶凍及朱古力布朗尼前者奶味較重,茶味不太特出,而且比較膩;後者朱古力味濃郁且夠結實,亦不會太甜。整體質素不錯,價錢合理,對比澳門的葡國餐廳,這裏絕對超值。…Read More

早幾日約咗老公放工去食飯,曾聽朋友推薦一間不錯的葡萄式小餐館已經開了兩年,叫BOM cuisine,後來同老闆傾開先知原來BOM係葡文解「Good」,是一間有heart的人情味小店。內在環境佈置葡萄牙國旗晚餐餐牌睇餐牌見到有好多小食,聽餐廳負責人話餐牌及小食會定時更換,而今次就是剛剛更新的,特別推介葡式小食,既方便附近放工人來佐酒,又為長沙灣區帶來葡式小吃。我地點左蒜香炒澳洲牛肉粒及豬手作為前菜兩款小食都10分好味,蒜香炒牛肉粒就特別充滿蒜味,適合配搭紅酒;而我就特別喜歡去骨豬手配蘋果醬,豬手配上清新的蘋果醬,食完反而在口中留下蘋果香味。接着就是餐湯,今天order的是西蘭花忌廉湯,清新的西蘭花配上忌廉湯,特別creamy。另外主菜方面,我們點了招牌普通啊烤乳豬,上枱時用鐵板上,配上黃姜飯及莎莎汁。乳豬皮十分香脆,點上有少少酸甜味的汁,味道更加特別,無想過在香港竟然可食到咁特別的菜式,值得推介。最後一道菜,就是挪威三文魚墨汁意粉半菠菜,墨汁意粉上面有一整塊灑上芝士的三文魚,墨魚汁意粉味道亦不錯,三文魚味與墨魚汁相互交織,份量又大又好味,不錯的海鮮意粉配搭,可以開心share。最後,我點了一份伯爵茶奶凍,因為侍應推介這款有餐廳自己製作的甜品,奶凍質地幼滑,加上有濃列的茶味,果然親自制作是特別的!期待下次再來,希望到時會有新菜式,有心小店值得街坊支持…Read More

近來荔枝角區愈來愈多特色食市,今次我試咗依間葡國菜餐廳。佢位置係係青山道一個轉彎位既第一間,嗰帶雖然離地鐵站遠咗一啲,但正正係咁,所以做就咗一啲小店可以生存到。餐牌上小食佔咗一版,係因為店主發現,多咗人鐘意去佢度飲酒,所以推出多啲小食去配合。雖然我就無飲酒,不過都點咗兩個小食。第一個係好特色,店主獨家製作既凍去骨豬手配蘋果醬。無諗到豬手可以配蘋果醬,而且蘋果醬調配到同豬手好夾,食出黎好特別,將豬手變得無咁膩,有一種清新。依個明顯係配合香港人鐘意食牛肉既菜色,蒜香炒牛肉粒,蒜味唔太濃,牛肉肉質鮮嫩,但牛肉味唔算好濃。重點既招牌葡萄牙烤乳豬,用鐵板上淋上莎莎醬時仲炸炸聲,乳豬超好味,皮脆肉厚,就算唔點醬乳豬已經好好味,皮香口而肉質嫩,好食過平時食到既乳豬好多。最後食埋個意粉就啱啱好喇,三文魚墨汁意粉拌菠菜,意粉好夠味,三文魚無咩多餘既調味,食到三文魚本身既鮮味。依間係好有誠意既小店,有自己既特色,店主熱情有禮,會主動同雇客傾計,亦好樂意分享依間餐廳既點滴,多一分人情味,好值得支持。…Read More
