今晚和朋友玩遊電車河, 所以便去咗上環覓食, 因聽聞附近有一間做得好好味的魚湯米線店舖,於是乎我們就去試吓囉 這間食店就是生記鮮魚湯米線, 但原來此店直屬好出名的粥店 - 生記粥品專家。雖然這間店關門時間是晚上八時正, 我們去到已經是晚上七時四十五分, 但店員也好熱情地招呼我們入店內食嘢 !我們兩人也order 了招牌雜錦魚湯米線, 因可以樣樣都試到嘛雜錦包括有魚腐、鮮鯪魚滑、炸魚片頭、豬腩肉、鹵水雞翼。(1)先講吓魚腐, 我認為此店做得好味過魚米家, 魚腐好滑又好味(魚腐係用鯪魚肉打到起膠, 之後加生粉加蛋黃汁攪勻, 炸至金黃色, 外表有點像炸鯪魚球, 因為好似豆腐咁滑,所以叫魚腐。)(2)鮮鯪魚滑好鮮好爽滑, 真係唔錯(3)炸魚片頭就一般貨色, 沒有驚喜 !!!(4)金牌豬腩肉半肥半肉, 完全無雪藏味, 而且鹵得好入味, 肉質鬆軟(5)鹵水雞翼亦無雪藏味, 肉質鮮嫩, 好夠味至於湯湯底方面, 我完全唔覺有味精, 湯煮到奶白色, 好濃好清甜又夠魚味, 但一點都唔覺有魚腥味, 我差點想飲咗全碗湯添米線方面亦好彈牙咁大碗米線只是HKD34一碗, 真是好抵食呢…Read More
