今日中午和舊同事選擇呢度聚餐。首先環境麻麻哋,坐得好逼!兩個人想叫多碟嘢都唔得!涼菜:四喜烤麩,味道一般,木耳都不脆的。應該擺咗好耐。招牌蟹粉小籠包,還不錯,湯汁多,但皮不算薄。不過上菜嘅姐姐嘅服務就很差了,就咁「啪」一聲放檯面,我仲以為係茶餐廳食緊飯!一定要改善。京醬肉絲:味道不錯,肉絲嫩,味道鹹甜適中。不過麵餅就太少了!收得$108應該畀多幾塊嘛!還叫了一個家鄉炒年糕,不過唔記得影相,味道不錯,年糕也煮到恰到好處。總體來說,性價比一般,服務就很一般!…Read More

同朋友嚟九龍塘行街,甘啱想食上海菜,見到呢度有間裝修唔錯,而且菜式種類幾多嘅店鋪,所以決定試吓!招牌蟹粉小籠包($78)食上海野一定要叫小籠包😋味道唔錯,一咬落去好多肉汁,但食唔出蟹粉味,似普通小籠包😢四川麻辣水煮鮮魷湯麵($98)上菜的時候聞到好大陣酸味,有別於平時的水煮湯底味道,好感不大...但食的時候就沒有太酸,反而幾香麻辣味,適合重口味嘅人食。魷魚份量偏少,而且魷魚係細條,味道也很一般😢不太建議呢道菜上海粗炒($98)上海粗炒有上海菜風味,味道也不錯,唯獨是偏油,食到底見到一堆油不太開胃😣😣芝麻豆沙餅($48)最後叫咗個甜點,豆沙餡好好食,好香豆沙味!外皮口感一般,如果外皮改用酥皮,口感會更豐富。…Read More

花樣年華走開放式既路線,並非位於一個鋪位,正正代表餐廳時尚活力、突破自己既形象。普遍既上海菜餐廳裝修比較懷舊,但花樣年華卻背道而馳,圖中既黃紅色建築突顯餐廳充滿現代感既一面。- 蒜泥白肉蒜香味超突出,但有少少搶走左豬肉片既味道,白肉下面仲有啲粉皮添!估唔到粉皮配蒜泥幾夾。- 原盅雲吞雞雖然係一個人既分量,但各材料既份量幾多,雲吞餡料豐富,雞件肉質亦唔會煲到太老,另外仲金華火腿粒同白菜仔,湯變得非常清甜。- 招牌蟹粉小籠包小籠包係我食上海菜非點不可既菜式,花樣年華既蟹粉小籠包外皮略嫌有啲厚,但在頂端咬一小口之後,蟹粉香味撲鼻而來,令人回味無窮。- 石鍋鮑魚飯炒飯唔會太濕,仍然保持粒粒分明既口感,配料有雞肉粒同冬菇粒,當然仲有主角既原隻鮑魚啦!一啖食曬成隻飽魚特別滿足。- 香蔥油淋雞客人可以將蔥油倒落整碟雞。如果驚太鹹,可以逐件雞點落蔥油到。我選擇左後者,蔥油味都已經好香,另外雞皮幾香脆,肉質幾嫩,啖啖肉。豆漿超級冰凍,甜度適中。花樣年華並非完全用年齡而判斷,心態決定一切,即使老邁都可以變得花樣年華。所以我認為餐廳並非主打年輕路線,而係任何人。…Read More
