雞湯底既米粉好多時都會令人即時聯想到有層層雞油響面,令粉麵更加香口但唔健康既感覺 - 今晚小編所介紹既小店「潮州人」就會令大家有多個雞湯底米粉既好去處。潮州人雖然位於太子,但如果前往既話可以於太子D出口,之後轉左沿彌敦道直行到天橋前既公園仔,再之後轉左沿界限街直行大約3分鐘就會見到間鋪頭喇。基本上潮州人既食物絕大部分都係由雞湯底配合食材而成既米粉,既然咁著重於粉麵類產品就梗係要試試啦! 不過小編一行2人今次以試食為主,所以就選擇左2人餐,下次再有機會試試其他呢! 2人餐 ($168)包括2款米粉﹑火雞腎﹑燙菜﹑以及2支龍眼花旗蔘蜜。見到附近既食客都試招牌花膠米粉,小編都忍唔住叫黎試下,另外朋友就叫左清酒大蜆米粉,睇下雞湯同清酒既製品夾唔夾:1) 招牌花膠米粉:好好味! 花膠本身有少少汁,由於花膠本身都係屬於偏向清淡既食品,所以同雞湯既清新味道非常夾! 雞湯係屬於濃郁而少油既味道;而花膠係屬於軟身個款花膠,整個賣相又健康又夠味,好好食!2) 清酒大蜆米粉:好好味! 大蜆有4隻,未完全浸落米粉前食既話,會食到有少少清酒味,浸左落去雞湯後雖然會令大蜆得返本身既蜆甜味,但雞湯感覺上好似因為清酒而香左。本身大蜆都唔係屬於濃既食品,令到食完後都唔會覺得有任何既油膩感。3) 酒糟火雞腎:好味! 份量非常足夠,本身酒浸既情況應該都有段時間,所以如果鍾意酒既朋友不妨直接夾底部連酒既火雞腎一齊食。火雞腎既味道都幾爽口,所以響清淡既米粉以外獲得刺激感都係好選擇。4) 雞油燙菜:好味! 雖然感覺都係一般既燙菜但份量都算足夠既。5) 龍眼花旗蔘蜜:好好飲! 花旗蔘味都幾濃! 飲落去絕對無糖水既感覺,用黎滋潤既話絕對岩哂!綜觀黎講潮州人既食物都係以健康清淡為主,份量上,尤其米粉係會比較少既,所以男士都會建議加$8將米粉加大,或者叫多個灼海鮮等等既小食試下啦!…Read More

四月第一個星期天晚上,太子。跟友人逛了一天,在尖沙咀逛完買完鞋後,想念起之前友人帶我去吃過的醉米粉,就坐巴士來到太子。這家位於太子界限街的小店,店面小小的,跟潮州菜完全沒有關係,老闆是位空手道教練,從門面黑底金字的匾額看到主打的是招牌米粉,取名潮州人是為了提醒自己要秉承潮州人刻苦耐勞的精神,很有意思。招牌花膠米粉,足料的花膠煮得軟嫩,吃起來滿滿的膠原蛋白,喝一口雞湯完全沒有味精,想必是熬了很長的時間,採用新竹米粉,充分吸收雞湯精華,香濃又暖胃,我跟友人都覺得這湯很有幸福的感覺。清酒大蜆,第一時間當然是喝一口湯,香醇的清酒盡收大蜆的鮮甜,煮過後添了一份醇美,新鮮的大蜆嫩滑,清酒香濃在慢慢散發,滿是滋味。甘香醉鮮蝦,每顆都很大隻,友人看到有殼的蝦最開心,因為我會幫他拆肉。蝦肉鮮甜沒話說,肉質爽口彈牙,就是酒味太淡,蝦肉的鮮味蓋過酒的香醇,酒味突出一點就更好。醉雞翼,每份有三隻,每一隻都醃得非常夠味,每一口都是濃濃的酒香,記得有一次跟朋友吃飯,我想點醉雞翼卻不給點,說外面的都不會好吃,其實懂吃的人自會找到自己想吃又好吃的食物,固執的思想只會阻礙自己試菜的機會。這醉雞翼好吃得我們加點多一份。酒糟醉雞腎,有些地方稱為酒釀,就是把雞腎泡在裡頭,讓它更入味。雞腎份量足也厚切,每一塊都爽彈到一個不行,美味可口。喜歡酒香更濃的,有一個小撇步,就是把雞翼的酒也倒進去,加上我們點了兩份雞翼,酒香更濃烈了,一口雞腎一口酒,這個組合的美味真不是一般的滿足!自家製龍眼花旗蔘蜜,點米粉加$12塊就有一瓶,龍眼益脾,花旗蔘生津養陰,龍眼的清甜夾雜花旗蔘的淡淡回甘,吃飽後喝一瓶,一時之間清潤滋養。很喜歡被友人帶著到處探小店,愛它們對於食物製作的認真,它們的人情味,這是機械化的連鎖店永遠做不到的,所以,小店永遠是我們吃飯的首選。…Read More
