走進 Southside 的段純貞,7點已經好多人。星期二一樣咁多人。木質裝潢、簡單而舒服。最近好想去台灣 台灣菜岩曬。首先叫了個蒜醬青菜(西生菜)西生菜的爽脆口感,蒜香醬汁開胃。🐖 滷味豬手滷得入味,皮彈肉嫩,筷子輕輕一撥便骨肉分離。滷水高質。滷香還帶著微甜回韻,讓人忍不住回味。下次有機會想試豬耳🐔 藥膳雞翼|藥膳味濃但不苦,每一口都有枸杞與當歸的香氣。雞翼皮滑肉嫩,是一道兼具養生與享受的小品。個藥膳湯好濃郁,冬天一定好正。🐂 招牌紅燒腱心牛肉麵|這碗紅燒牛肉麵湯頭厚重但不膩,腱心部位彈牙不硬,牛肉正。選擇手工麵條 吸飽湯汁,滿口濃郁。佢個湯好濃 但唔油唔過咸。🌶️ 青花椒香手撕雞乾拌麵|辣得過癮這碗乾拌麵一上桌就香氣四溢,手撕雞絲絲分明,辣中帶麻,夏天好岩。整體層次分明,記得要絆好先開始食。🍠 紫香芋泥特調|香芋味濃而不膩,滑順芋泥奶香,口感有陣陣芋香。雖然冇得揀甜度 唔會太甜,仲超有口感🟣 芋圓1號|Q彈的芋圓,每一口都是台式經典重現。佢冇用黑糖冰做底,而係愛玉,芋圓,珍珠等經典配料。味道真係唔錯。夏天透心涼。段純貞還原了正宗台式味,又近屋企,又食到台灣美食。…Read More

黃竹坑THE SOUTHSIDE是港島南區大型生活地標,可以一洗美食沙漠之名,今次就來到台灣人氣牛肉麵專門店 - 段純貞。新分店主打木系古風裝潢,簡約樸實,散發古色古香的文藝氣息。香港店沿用台灣總店秘方,菜單上超過七成食材均搜羅自台灣各地。招牌紅燒腱心牛肉麵 $86招牌的經典原汁紅燒牛肉,精選生鮮肥牛炸出純天然油脂,再混合23種不同的香料及藥材以慢火拌炒,其後加入新鮮牛骨高湯長時間慢火細燉,濃郁湯底帶有微辣麻香,具有馥郁辛香層次。嚴選珍貴稀少的牛腱心肉慢燉滷製,筋肉比例平均,牛味醇厚,肉質鮮甜軟嫩。所有麵食都可以挑選配搭刀切手工麵或細麵,而且會附上一碟酸菜。和坊間牛肉麵最大的分別就是自家製作的手工麵,特別揉製成寬闊且厚薄不均的麵體,口感柔韌彈牙,亦可增加讓湯汁吸附的面積,極易掛湯。不愛吃牛的也可選擇濃湯燉雞麵 $88,一口熱湯下肚,就能感受到細膩的雞湯風味,濃縮了雞隻的香氣。大隻厚肉的慢煮雞髀燉得尤其軟嫩,細麵煮得剛剛好,既有彈性又不失滑順,沒有過多的修飾,卻讓人感受到食材的真實與用心蔥肉蝦餅 $48外皮Q薄,煎至金黃色,蝦餅內餡扎實彈牙,飽滿鮮甜。蘸上酸酸甜甜的醬汁醒胃之餘,又可中和油膩感。純貞芋圓4號 $48台式甜點選擇極之多元化,賣相色彩繽紛,一碗就已經集齊黑糖珍珠、紫薯泥、芋泥和芋圓,份量十足。緩緩倒下椰汁,椰香四溢,芋圓和黑糖珍珠煙韌有咬口,芋泥和紫薯泥質地軟綿粉糯,層次感豐富。宇治金時奶茶(大$34加$6珍珠)抹茶隱約滲出苦澀和回甘,加上大粒飽滿的紅豆和QQ的黑糖珍珠,同時滿足喝與嚼的小確幸。…Read More

段純貞牛肉面餐廳,又名段純貞,是一間來自台灣人氣牛肉面餐廳,全球有十幾間分店,段純貞的發展始於台灣新竹,於2007年由創辦人樊廣志先生以其已故的祖母段純貞女士命名創立,盛載他對祖母的無限思念。最近段純貞仲系香港黃竹坑新地標商場THE SOUTHSIDE已經開到第五間分店,我食完都覺得段純貞比一般台式餐廳高質。鹽酥雞$48鹽酥雞炸得金黃脆口,粉漿不會過厚,無骨雞件夠厚肉。一咬開肉質相當嫩口且乾爽酥香,炸得乾身不油膩。濃湯燉雞麵(細麵)$88以雞骨熬制的湯底呈現乳白色,採用鮮雞慢火熬煮6小時,湯頭清澈,浮油不多,散髮清鮮雞香,慢煮雞髀更是啖啖肉,肉質細膩柔軟,鎖緊豐腴肉汁。細麵條質感純樸滑口,盡吸雞湯底精華。楊枝甘露$30我最愛的中式甜品之一,配料豐富,混合不少芒果、柚子果肉,毫不酸澀,吃起來充滿天然清新果香,入口清甜沁爽。芋頭特調(大$37加$6布甸)粉紫造型浪漫瑰麗,質感厚滑富乳香,真材實料加入芋頭蓉,布甸香甜軟滑。招牌紅燒腱心牛肉麵$86麻辣味湯底,辣度溫和,手工面大大條,粗厚闊度長短不一,口感煙韌,非常掛汁。牛肉類似牛腩,炆到軟腍,非常入味。蔥肉蝦餅$48食到啖啖蝦肉,邊皮香脆,真材實料,點埋酸甜醬汁,酸甜開胃。熱純貞芋圓4號$48材料豐富,有椰汁、黑糖珍珠、紫薯泥、芋泥、芋圓,非常飽吐,甜甜蜜蜜。…Read More
