店內有4個店員,分別負責落單收銀、廚房部煮麵、煎生煎包...等!小店不設座位堂食,只有站在店內店外的吧枱位置,桌上備有醋、胡椒粉及牙籤!招牌生煎包 $35火候恰到好處!底部煎得金黃香脆,輕輕一咬開,皮薄餡豐爆肉汁!
水準依然!
上海雙檔粉絲湯 $33粉絲與湯底及配料分開裝,可保持粉絲的彈性及爽口!湯底加入榨菜絲,充滿上海風味兩款配料是夾雜豬肉餡的巨型豆皮餃子,
其餃子皮幾似百頁的質感,另一款看似豆卜,入口好似魚腐那麼軟滑!兩者都是多汁美味!
