今日和朋友到筲箕灣食粥,食到呢間粥品小店嘅粥都幾有特色, 而且價錢都幾親民。同一般嘅粥店有少少唔同,佢嘅粥有啲似台灣同埋潮州粥嘅食法,亦都有啲係生滾粥嘅食法,同埋用作送粥嘅小食種類都好多,唔會話齋食粥咁寡。我同朋友叫咗一煲招牌有錢佬靚粥($33),同一碗叫做紫醉金迷嘅粥($22)招牌有錢佬靚粥用砂煲起,都幾地道風味,材料係用魚蛋頭,鹹蛋,皮蛋,瑤柱,豬骨等煲成,我都第一次食魚蛋頭煲嘅粥,可能係豬骨湯同瑤柱關係個粥底又幾鮮甜啵,鹹蛋同皮蛋份量都多同埋幾香,不過瑤柱唔算多,但只是$33一煲算係咁啦。下次有興趣試佢嘅鮑魚雞粥,好似都係30幾蚊就有鮑魚食喎😋跟住就試吓成碗都係紫心蕃薯和黃金番薯煲成的紫醉金迷🍠就咁睇成碗紫色都幾特別,估唔到食落去係超甜,但係唔係落糖假甜嗰隻,係真係番薯嗰隻天然甜味😍👍👍我唔知點解佢揀嘅番薯可以咁甜,因為有時候我自己買嘅番薯都唔係好甜😅真係好有驚喜喎呢個甜嘅粥!好似食緊糖水咁👍我同朋友都高度讚揚呢碗紫薯粥!😋而且只係$22,下次一定encore😋環境:7/10服務:8/10 價錢:9/10 食物質素: 8/10整體:8/10 …Read More

「筲箕灣東大街」,果然是一條包羅萬有,日新月異的美食街。上一刻我還在「筲箕灣東大街」近港鐵站的一邊,試食過「低調高手」雞蛋仔格仔餅,和「北村X食館」的韓式炸雞飯跟韓式炸雞。現在我再深入一點,走進「筲箕灣東大街」內部,看看「筲箕灣東大街」還有甚麼有趣新穎,甚麼適合我一個人試食的食店。結果給我找到這一間歷史好像比較短的食店,「有錢佬靚粥」。這間「有錢佬靚粥」不單止歷史疑似頗短,甚至店舖的樓面面積亦不大,連檯櫈也要擺出店門外附近位置,食客可能要有心理準備,試食時可能更面對日曬雨淋,和汽車廢氣的滋擾,這或許是享用店舖新穎粥品的代價。或許是「有錢佬靚粥」店舖歷史尚短的關係,店員還有很好的招呼,甚至餐牌可以說是,一是印在店門頂層的位置,不是的話就是我手上那張紙,連過了膠的餐牌都暫時未有。「有錢佬靚粥」的粥品,屬於即叫即做的生滾粥品,不計算最原始味道的「簡單是福」白米粥,和混合了泰國紅米的「鴻運當頭」的話,現在「有錢佬靚粥」的生滾粥品大概賣港幣二十至二十九元不等。單靠賣生滾粥品,或許不足夠維持「有錢佬靚粥」平日的生意額,所以現在的「有錢佬靚粥」還要同時賣街頭小食,例如潮州粉果、蘿蔔糕、牛肉球和魚蓉燒賣等等來維持食店生意穩定。不過「有錢佬靚粥」的小食還不能散買,每次都要合共買三件以上才能成交。我上兩次試食「有錢佬靚粥」就是忘記了那些小食,或許到下次我再來「筲箕灣東大街」,來光顧「有錢佬靚粥」的話應該可以一試。當時我第一次試食「有錢粥靚粥」,就點了他們的鎮店招牌,同名的生滾粥品。「招牌有錢佬靚粥」現在售價是港幣二十九元正。由於堂食外賣同價,所以所有粥品,粥品以發泡膠外賣盒裝着亦無可奈何,理所當然的事。大概等待數分鐘之後,即場製造的鎮店生滾粥品「有錢佬靚粥」就順利完成。我選擇即場「堂食」,店員把外賣盒裝着的「有錢佬靚粥」放在店前的檯上,就在我的面前。驟眼看,「有錢佬靚粥」的外表就好像,我以前晚上在西貢,會吃到的即製生滾豬骨粥,粥面呈暗啞的淺啡色,是豬骨精華熬煮出來後的顏色。我在粥面上,隱約看到少許的鹹蛋,鹹鹹蛋已被掏碎,蛋黃蛋白散落在「有錢佬靚粥」的不同地方。粥面除了鹹蛋黃和鹹蛋白外,我還看到少量像豬骨和皮蛋的物體。我用膠匙羹開始撥開「有錢佬靚粥」的粥面,開始發現「有錢佬靚粥」除了有鹹蛋黃、鹹蛋白之外,還有少許潮州魚片、魚蛋、皮蛋、瑤柱絲、瘦肉等等材料。其實香港很多富豪都不是餐餐大魚大肉的,李超人聽說都是這樣。不過,如果「有錢佬」的定義,就是每天都是大魚大肉,餐餐都在吃像鮑參翅肚那些炫耀財富,很靡爛很浮誇的食物的話,那麼我寧願不當什麼「有錢佬」,做回一個平凡的黎民百姓好了。如果你最近有看新聞的話,相信你應該已經了解,什麼叫做「為富不仁」,「為富不仁」就是做「有錢佬」的副作用後遺症。做「有錢佬」本來沒有錯,但是「為富不仁」,卻令「有錢佬」對世界構成了禍害。鹹蛋黃和鹹蛋白,令到整碗「有錢佬靚粥」充滿了鹹蛋的鹹味,瑤柱的鮮味,還有其他的味道來自於魚蛋、魚白、皮蛋、瘦肉等等,種種不同味道的材料,令整碗「有錢佬靚粥」塞滿所有材料和味道,百味交雜。吃到中間,見到已經差不多被煲爛的鹹蛋黃,我才明白,「有錢佬」的本質就好像被煲爛的鹹蛋黃,本來就跟一般尋常百姓的飲食習慣都相差無幾。問題是有人財迷心竅,財富令某些人本質開始敗壞,最後要全世界所有人一同陪葬,走向滅亡。第二日,我再來到筲箕灣「有錢佬靚粥」,今次點了「紫醉金迷」,所謂「紫醉金迷」,其實即是生滾粥底加上「黃金蕃薯」和「紫心蕃薯」而成的粥品。驟眼看,「紫醉金迷」味道好像是甜味的粥品,但因為「黃金蕃薯」和「紫心蕃薯」都是甜味的蕃薯原料,所以「紫醉金迷」的製成品,粥面都是呈現一片紫色,好像被「紫心蕃薯」染成一片紫色的樣子。「紫醉金迷」外表好像被染紫了一樣,但其實粥底其實味道還是很淡,區區一點甜味的「黃金蕃薯」和「紫心蕃薯」,其實不足以將「紫醉金迷」粥味完全變成甜粥一樣甜漏,「紫醉金糕」本質還是一鍋清純的生滾白粥。其實,「有錢佬」不是你我想的那麽易做,世界上不知有幾多人,還是不了解何謂「發財立品」,只知道「升官發財死老婆」。同樣,真正的「有錢佬靚粥」和味道,大部份人還不了解如何才做得好。「有錢佬靚粥」不只得「有錢佬靚粥」和「紫醉金迷」,還是有一些粥品如「鮑你滿足」。或許「紫醉金迷」滿足不了我的要求,下次可能要看看「鮑你滿足」和「金牛」的味道。…Read More
