是日在商場購物換了優惠卷,所以選了這間合家人口味的餐廳吃。晚市時間,這家餐廳似乎人手緊張,不過服務還是挺周到的。點了個雪菜肉絲炒年糕($67)用雪菜的咸味為年糕調味,做得不錯,但未有印象深刻。鹹肉菜炒菜($67)炒得不錯,上海爸爸也說好吃!招牌小籠包($40)皮薄湯濃!很好吃!生煎鍋貼($40)好吃,有肉汁,像小籠包。甜品點了酒釀丸子($28)酒味不濃,而且甜甜的,有吃了很補身的感覺。總結:每碟份量都不多,人多要多點幾個菜才夠吃。…Read More

同個同事到九龍灣開會, 順便緊係搵吓附近有咩嘢食啦~我提議咗兩間俾同事揀, 最後揀咗食上海嘢.因為係LUNCH TIME, 我地輪飛排第三, 都驚等好耐, 但好好彩都係等咗十分鐘唔駛.兩個人叫咗酸辣湯拉麵追加排骨, 生煎鍋貼,招牌小籠包同黑醋骨一齊SHARE. 上菜亦好快.酸辣湯拉麵酸辣度恰怡, 又唔稀, 麵身爽滑, 几開胃.排骨就炸得一D都唔乾, 入面仲呈粉紅色, 火喉剛好. 如果鍾意食豬的話應該几喜愛. 同事激鑽生煎鍋貼就略嫌佢煎得唔係好夠, 可能我比較喜歡脆D, 個皮都厚咗少少, 但入面好多汁, 可以一試o既, 到咗招牌小籠包喇, 基本上我食得上海菜就必叫,  一嚟到四粒, 但有一粒穿咗, 俾我同事食咗. 我食嗰兩粒都算皮薄多汁o既, 如果一百分的話我俾八十分啦.最後係個黑醋骨喇,真係得骨囉, 無咩肉, 又細又乾身, 要逐粒逐粒食, 都需要几多時間, 個汁偏甜, 仲要係最貴嗰碟, 有d唔值, 唔會再叫.整體嚟講都算合格, 以咁o既價錢食o既味道都算恰當. 服務員效率快, 上菜快, 令心急的我完全覺得ok. 但可能係lunch time, 基本上同隔離個枱係零距離, 如果傾心事或者吹水都會完全聽到. 唔知晚飯會唔會無咁親密呢.…Read More

一直以為要係九龍灣搵好野食好難,剛好經過又想吃上海菜,進了去才發現無限驚喜,而且CP值極高。秋冬之交,我們先點了杯鮮檸薑蜜來滋潤下,順便看看餐牌。我們點的都是一些基本的菜式,冷拼、小籠包、排骨拉麵。冷拼海蜇和素鵝不錯,是我喜歡的味道。讚!招牌小籠包細心的店員提醒我們盡快食用,因為皮比其他餐廳更薄,而且是師傳建議的。果然皮薄餡靚,一口咬下肉汁多到就快爆出來。排骨拉麵深深被餐牌上「手製拉麵」的四個字吸引,喜歡食麵的我二話不說就點了。這個麵絕對係「無得輪」!粗幼硬度都剛剛好。超讚!海膽蟹粉拌麵由於麵實在太好味,所以決定臨時追加了一個海膽蟹粉拌麵。海膽味道新鮮。驚喜地一百蚊到就食到又海膽又蟹粉,其他地方真係搵唔到。十個讚!蘆薈桂花丸子蜜最後吃一杯冰涼的丸子甜品,爽口的蘆薈和清新的桂花正好中和了膠著喉嚨的海膽和濃味的蟹粉,幸福感繼續提升。…Read More
