傳聞係間幾好既小炒廣東菜,朋友仔想試而且我又好奇地想一探究竟。舖面較細,有三張二人方枱、一張四人長枱同一張六人圓枱,不過門外可以視乎情況開兩張圓枱。飯店位置都幾遠,係翠怡花園最遠最角既地方,估唔到要行到盡頭。侍應妹妹服務算殷勤,可能太忙所以要耐心等候一下。蜆勁村個名都幾得意,英文真係 Shell Power。初聽到既時候都會以為係沙田顯徑村,哈哈﹗唔知個名點黎架呢?莫非見到對面 Shell 油站?見 menu 上面既字眼、描述、宣傳都十分前衛,非一般飯店死板味道,反而覺得更地道更親民。睇睇個價錢都幾高下,而且估唔到有 Holgarrden 同 1664 啤酒提供。專登約埋朋友仔黎試菜,先試海鮮,下之再黎試魚試肉啦。繁忙時間限時 90 分鐘架乍,而且仲寫明唔比加單添,唔夠飽想加餸都唔得?跟侍應妹妹確認後,原來其實食客係可以加單既。客家鮮魚湯,我阿娘都係客家人,但我從來未飲過呢。勁多蔥花,蔥花湯?湯裡面除左蔥花外就只有少量豆腐。來一碗試試,強烈胡椒粉味行頭,魚味排第二,不鮮不甜,而且散化著少少腥味,尚可接受,幸好蔥味微弱。普通一個滾湯,完全唔見有魚肉,魚骨沉晒底,飲湯時要小心點。招積椒鹽蝦大辣,招積?唔係掛。蝦仔都有兩吋長,雖然依家都可以原隻食唔洗剝殼,但再炸脆一點、再炸得透徹一點,會更香口、更鬆化。鮮蝦味不錯,但整體味道平平,連椒鹽味都食唔到。而且豆瓣醬太多喇,食到成口都係辣椒皮,一路食要一路吐,好唔方便,而且非常之多油囉。用上麻麻地現成罐頭蒜蓉,味道非常濁又半點都不香,蒜蓉都係新鮮手切最好味。咸味多過辣,免免強強。蒜香鮮油粉絲蒸扇貝?鮮油粉絲?賣一隻蝕一隻?那麼叫兩隻一人一隻啦。唔係好熱乍喎,點解暖暖地既?成隻啪入口先。粉絲凍既?咁搞笑,係凍唔係室溫。嘩!但粒扇貝超熱呀!險些淥到嘴仔都起水泡,玩凍火咩 ﹗不過堅好味,雪白扇貝肉軟棉可口而裡面勁彈牙,味道夾著鮮味、蒜蓉、豉油,食得過﹗招牌爸爸黃蟶子,去埋殼啖啖肉。係就係無沙,而且超級全熟,但又乾又鞋又靭又無味呢﹗出水已過火,再炒多兩野,鮮味肉汁完全流失,任何貝類都變乾屍啦﹗而且跟椒鹽蝦一樣,瓣醬太多,食到成口都係辣椒皮,一路食一路吐,仲非常非常之多油添﹗份量超級多,係就係抵食,不過質數唔合格。食左多三舊已想放棄,但又唔想浪費。招牌薑蔥炒蟹,雖然無咩驚喜,勝在夠穩陣,新鮮度同味道都合格,感覺上似薑蔥焗蟹多過炒囉,鑊氣不足。蟹膏甘香無比,蟹肉鮮甜勁彈,泛著誘人薑蔥味道,隱約散發出微微酒香。招牌爸爸炒蜆大辣,見唔多夠飽就叫多個送啦﹗失望啊,辣度只係免強達微辣,係咪無落到大辣呀?跟蟶子同一情況,出水過火變得又靭又無味。當然要原隻落鑊生炒先可以保存肉汁同鮮味啦﹗豆瓣醬太多,搞到滿口油,再加濁味蒜蓉,浪費晒靚海鮮喇。總結,招牌爸爸炒蜆大辣、招牌爸爸黃蟶子及招積椒鹽蝦大辣,基本上係同一味道,麻麻地。客家鮮魚湯,清清地。招牌薑蔥炒蟹,穩陣之選,必食蒜香鮮油粉絲蒸扇貝。味道係屋企口味,撲素平實,一試無妨。…Read More
