茉莉花的誘惑,茉莉很想您啊!可能是我再一次的選擇錯誤。難得跟幾位同事百忙中抽空共膳,何解都係逃不開食三餸飯架?真係陰功豬咯,每人叫一個餸分享,食得高興。開會商議後,大家一至通過肉肉菜。真開心新餐牌上架,樣樣都想食呢!到今日才發現有重慶魚鍋食,不過價錢貴得要命!餐牌寫著叻沙,同喇沙唔同?嬸嬸我唔係熱飲加 $2 蚊比唔起,而係我飲餐湯已足夠,無需要再加餐飲,唔洗妙我嘴既。熱齋啡,滾水太熱酸酸的。熱檸水,簡單地清清味蕾。我已問嬸嬸仲有無蒸餸,猶豫地話有。我再問依兩個蒸餸仲有無?再次猶豫地答蒸蛋有,那我就要蒸蛋。嬸嬸再明問要什麼餐茶,我心諗有餐飲送?唔洗錢就要求其熱檸水,原來要加 $2 蚊。最後另一個阿姐過黎通知無蒸蛋,我完全無失望,因為預計之內。眉豆豬骨湯,眉豆的甜味,豬骨的香味,濃濃的好好飲。甘筍木瓜湯,偏油但味道唔錯。青紅蘿蔔豬骨湯,有蕃薯味既?莫非係蜜棗?濃郁香甜,清爽濃郁一飲而盡,仲有脆卜卜南北杏添。蓮藕湯,中湯最緊要熱辣辣,暖暖地的味道已大打節扣。清香脫俗的蓮藕味道,開胃消滯使我更加肚餓。合掌瓜湯,滾熱辣太過美味極好飲,立即灌入直通腸臟暖笠笠。白飯夠熱,飽滿不過濕,飯香濃郁忍不住要扒多兩啖。木瓜瘦肉湯,清甜味濃非凡,但我真的對木瓜煲湯味道不喜歡,怪怪的甜味。星洲肉骨茶,喜見我至愛的肉骨茶,最後失望而回。清滾排骨湯?湯底淡、藥材淡、肉味淡、氣味淡,跟正宗新加坡肉骨茶差天共地。杞子圓肉,極淡的湯汁,無味的排骨,骨多肉少乾鞋,豆卜腐竹全部都好淡,好采有碟黑糖豉油添味!白飯轉雞油飯好味乾爽嚥韌一粒粒。海南雞拼紅燒豬手飯,薑油、薑蓉、黑糖豉油、甜酸醋,混埋一齊連雞撈飯不得了!滿分無機會投訴無機會挑剔。去骨海南雞肥瘦適中,皮光肉滑,雞甜味濃厚,皮爽肉滑多汁,藏著啫喱狀膠原蛋白,紅磡區珍品!靚雞配三汁躺在香氣撲鼻油味飯,好食到不能說話。火喉十足慢炆去骨紅燒豬手,濃稠紅燒汁原全滲透,皮黏膠彈,肉嫩軟綿鬆化,啖啖肉滾上甜酸醋跟大大啖油味飯享用,驚喜不已!招牌去骨海南雞飯,新食法三合一混醬撈飯!對面位後生仔何解學我倒晒蔥油、黑豉油及酸醋落碟飯度呢?食唔慣千奇不要免強喎。油味飯香噴噴充滿斑葉的芳香,雞油甜美已被嚥韌乾爽彈彈的飯粒吸收,不濕不爛,每口都散發著飯香,高質美味!去骨雞肉非常健美,無肥膏而皮薄肉靚,有著淡淡難得的雞甜味,肉質結實彈滑細緻,淋上混醬就更加開胃醒神!油味飯特香,斑蘭葉併雞油味道非常出色,乾爽嚥韌飽滿的飯粒,搭舊嫩滑靚雞再三汁齊驅無得頂!麻辣雞煲,微辣中帶濃濃甜香,味道滿意!只爆炒不是炆不是煲,骨多肉少都正常。紫洋蔥、辣椒乾、洋蔥、指天椒,香口一試無妨。枝竹冬菇羊腩煲,雪藏貨草腩骨多肉少,只有兩舊瘦腩其他肥膏一舊舊,好采只有微弱羶味,微溫無鑊氣無氣氛。黏厚湯汁濃郁,不過有點單調,味道及香氣稍削。生菜、冬菇、枝竹、羊腩沾滿腐乳醬撈飯,乳香醒胃,完全停唔到口成碗飯清得乾乾淨淨。鮮茄豬扒,厚粉肉質結實,醃味清淡,全靠茄汁的微甜及酸度濃,洋蔥味重,整體不錯。老干媽豆腐蒸排骨,老干媽淡淡麵醬味,食不到辣味,咸香略乾鞋排骨連汁撈飯還可以。菠蘿咕囉肉,厚厚的甜酸汁夠濃郁,漿漿黏黏的,微脆嚥韌炸豬肉可口滿意。臘腸炒芥蘭,臘腸貌似台灣腸多於傅統臘腸,蒸得太耐使到顏色都變淺了,油脂同時流失,入口不肥膩,軟腍腍的肉腸片。芥蘭葉甘甘的,莖部爽嫩無渣合格。咸菜魚腐豬肚湯,湯汁完全只有咸菜味道,非常單調!幸好酸咪咪都十分開胃,如果添上白胡椒真心會好味百倍。必定要快食,凍掉變得十分咸濁。咸菜要啤水耐一點,現在狀態太咸。鮮腐吸收湯汁後美味非常一咬爆湯,皮香口肉彈滑好好食。大大舊豬肚浸得軟綿綿,沒有腥嗅沒有苦澀,處理得宜。魚香茄子斑腩煲,看似平平無其靜蠅蠅但一兜噴煙,不是馬虎的畢畢餸,熱騰騰有鑊氣新鮮即造的煲仔菜呢!香噴噴咸魚肉鬆氣味直腦袋,食肉大振!切角茄子有別於切條,腍中帶爽滑溜多汁,炆得全熟不生。斑腩薄薄炸粉,半濕半脆滑嘟嘟,高質到可遇不可求,魚肉咸香不腥不青估您唔到!黏上大量咸魚肉鬆汁撈飯直入舌齒之間,翻滾幾下,無得頂﹗份量堅多,半條茄子再加四五牛斑腩幾粒草菇,非常扺食,最緊要好味道﹗川味回鍋肉,大火快炒轉眼送上,一試鑊氣迫人!價錢差不多而比紅磡街市更有功架,味道香辣惹味,香噴噴使我興奮莫名!椰菜葉軟綿索汁,椰菜莖爽脆,第一片五香腩肥美膠黏,瘦肉有咬口肉香吸引,再來二三四五片都乾乾硬硬,要扣分喇!大量菜肉菜肉撈汁再搭少少飯,感覺良好。夏威夷焗豬扒飯,從夏威夷空運到港,要耐心等候啊﹗幸好不用 10 分鐘就熱騰騰著陸,熱氣澎湃新鮮出爐﹗見到個賣相已知道就係您喇,寶城個焗鮮茄豬扒飯收埋去,淨賣炸髀算罷!鮮艷橙紅色表面甘黃焦香,奪目耀眼,輕煙飄起香噴噴,食指大動!穩住情緒,不慌不忙將茄汁撈得均勻即大大啖塞入口,殺呀﹗雖然沒有鮮番茄,不過有著豐富的味道,不單調有深度的調配,襯托著蛋香乾爽炒飯使我回味無窮舔舔嘴!厚厚的微軟略鬆的焗豬扒,肉汁輕滲醃味濃郁開胃,加上酸咪咪的茄汁那有不好食的埋由,還有薄切焗菠蘿,加添清新果香更是開胃。本來我都不太餓,忍不住差少少全部消滅,份量超足料,好飽好滿足啊﹗老幹媽涼瓜炒牛肉,爽脆厚切涼瓜,甘甜多汁不苦不澀,輕醃牛肉原汁原味,牛味誘惑,瓜肉齊送飯可口呀。黑椒牛仔骨,估唔到會係熱騰騰煲仔菜,亦估到要成 $50 蚊,明白牛仔骨來貨不平的。青椒夠熟滾熱辣,爽甜爆汁全數消滅。熱到燙嘴的牛仔骨,食得更開心!曾走過油使得表面微脆格外香口索汁,少少鬆可接受,黑椒夠香辣還帶有甜甜餘韻好送飯。腐乳通菜炒牛肉,反樸歸真清清地,忘記要求加椒絲,可以更惹味香口。師傅可以炒到三種唔同溫度,真正廚藝高手!滑牛凍暖熱有齊,通菜每條熱熱燙嘴非常好,但欠點鑊氣。乳香飄飄混著嫩滑鬆牛肉送飯蠻開胃,幼幼的水通未夠多汁未夠菜甜,尚算達標全部消滅。豉汁蒸魚腩,其實我都唔肚餓,已經要求少飯但都係好多喎。飯粒乾爽飽滿嚥韌,香噴噴使得我好想夾餸食。何解不能將豉汁塗得均勻一點呢?只一篤求其撻在魚身上那會平均入味啊。親手將豉油豉汁魚汁撈撈更美味,蒸得出色熱烘烘出場!魚肉保持多汁嫩滑,魚肚魚三角啖啖肉微微膠,挑骨淨肉淋上魚汁豉油,多多肉配少少飯塞入口幸福滿瀉咯!…Read More
