梅光軒在北海道總店榮獲<米芝蓮指南北海道2017推介食店>的榮譽,日本人處事認真,所以作為香港分店也同樣高質。位於銅鑼灣的登龍街,地點方便。傳統拉麵店的特點就是雖然只賣幾款特色湯底拉麵,但重質不重量。<梅光軒>在昭和44年開業,至今已經49年,接近半個世紀了,經驗老店,質素保證。香港登龍街的分店較摩登,不像傳統的拉麵店,有新鮮感選好後就可以再點心紙上剔上心儀食品。特別的是部分拉麵更設有<半分>作選擇,適合像我這些食量不大的女生<味噌海鮮拉麵>愛好海鮮的我當然要選海鮮拉麵。湯底非常鮮味濃郁和爽口彈牙的拉麵很配合而且還有兩粒極度鮮味的大帶子,真係有成隻匙羹咁大粒叉燒肉質亦很結實,大大的一片。拉麵大大碗好抵食,如果海鮮拉麵都可以有半份就好了😅😅😅<鹽味灸燒五花叉燒拉麵>作為食肉獸的老公毫不猶豫就選了這個。湯底比刚才的較淡,淡淡的鹹味不嘩眾取寵。但是灸燒五花叉燒非常肥美,口感腍滑,帶有淡淡的灸燒香味,在淡淡的湯底襯托下更見突出。<蟹肉忌廉薯餅>內裏的忌廉蟹肉薯蓉滑溜溜到一個點。而且炸得香脆不油膩,即叫即製熱辣辣上桌凡光顧拉麵還可以以$20的優惠價加配<抹茶蕨餅>,作為煙韌控的我沒可能不點吧。Q彈Q彈Q彈,加上微甜的抹茶粉,good good good其實一開始是很想試這個<燈籠之極>,可惜每天祇有限量十碗,今天中午一早就已經賣光了,唯有下次早點過來吧。😫😫😫…Read More

今晚吃米芝蓮拉麵,6點多到達,不用排隊。餐廳裝潢簡單,以紅色和灰色為主調,和餐廳招牌一脈相承。餐牌所見,拉麵分為半份和全份,有小吃和甜品,點甜品是我最期待的環節,可惜當晚的北海道布丁已經售罄,想吃的朋友應該早點過來。⭐️醬油拉麵(半份)$58來自北海道的梅光軒,拉麵口味離不開味噌、醬油及鹽味。醬油拉麵湯頭較清淡,麵條稍嫌不夠彈性叉燒偏瘦,入口很嫩滑。⭐️半熟蛋$10加上一顆流心蛋,呈半透明膏狀,蛋香濃郁。⭐️炙燒五花叉燒拉麵$98我較喜歡這碗拉麵,相對味道較濃郁。湯頭在北海道烹調,用豬骨、雞、沙甸魚、昆布烹煮12小時,以冷凍形式從北海道運送到港。嚐一口,的確醇香。薄薄一片叉燒,偏肥但經過稍微炙燒,增加了焦香氣味,降低膩感。 ⭐️薯餅(蟹肉忌廉)$34以忌廉混合蟹肉,忌廉較多,蟹肉較少,吃多了難免有點膩。⭐️餃子(5隻)$38餃子皮較厚,餃子吃起來略顯不夠外脆。⭐️抹茶蕨餅$10成份以寒天製成蕨餅,口感煙韌,有彈性而不粘牙,雖抹茶味不夠,但口感取勝。不得不提的是那位女店員,當晚店員自己一人,忙個不停,依然笑容滿面。出菜有錯,也馬上道歉,到了我們結帳離開的時候,仍然在道歉,這種服務,令我誤以為真的置身日本!…Read More

同媽媽係銅鑼灣行完街,可能因為天氣凍,想夜晚食番d熱野,係登龍街行左一輪,最終決定試下新開嘅拉麵店*梅光軒*。記得之前呢個位係賣緊龍蝦包,個估唔到甘快就轉手了店鋪唔大,正好早一步到達唔洗排隊之後嘅食客要係甘凍天氣下隊真係幾辛苦嫁😣值得一提店員的服務好好呢,十分有禮,未食已加分。生姜醬油拉麵($85)Shyouga Ramen最近天氣好凍❄️,草根姐姐去到梅光軒見到餐牌上竟然有*生姜*醬油拉麵🍜,仲要寫住「期間限定」❗️,秒速就揀左佢😌。拉麵係曲身嘅,睇落好似公仔麵(同媽媽笑左好耐😂)好彩麵質煙韌,湯都夠熱。麵中有2塊豚肉、半隻半熟蛋、同大量蔥做配料,上面仲加薑絲。豚肉普通,但蛋做得唔錯,入味又流心🐣。餐牌寫明湯頭以豬骨、雞、昆布、沙甸魚係北海道🇯🇵煮好後直送到港🇭🇰,飲落味道屬於溫和,淡口味類型,反而由於點左生姜拉麵,薑味的確好突出👍🏻愈食愈暖胃,食完真係成個身暖晒♨️同行媽媽碗麵湯底都未見好突出,看來期間限定的生姜湯底才是梅光軒的主打呢👅味噌海鮮拉麵($98)Miso Seafood Ramen 湯底係味噌👅帶點辣味🔥海鮮🌊配料有2粒大帶子、2條蟹柳、半粒溫泉蛋🥚、豚肉🐷同紫菜,配料唔算好多海鮮,不過帶子新鮮彈牙,麵量又足夠🤲🏻不過湯底比較淡,整體味道一般啦,未見突出。抹茶蕨餅($10/3粒)看見只需$10就可加點,決定要上一客。🇯🇵日本直送🛫抹茶蕨餅🍃蕨餅唔係特別煙韌💁🏻‍♀️但抹茶味是有的,不過不失吧~我覺得生薑拉麵還真的不錯呀,但媽媽認為她的拉麵就一般了,看來大家如果來的話還是點生薑拉麵好了…Read More

好像不是很多拉麵店能獲得米芝蓮的青睞,不過這來自北海道的梅光軒正是米芝蓮推介的!平常很少吃北海道拉麵,今晚就跟男友來朝聖。週末晚飯時段要等是常識吧,在門口先看點菜紙決定要吃甚麼~每日限量的鐵定售罄了,我倆轉戰味噌海鮮和看上去好厚的炙燒五花叉燒拉麵!每款拉麵加十元就能吃布丁和蕨餅,當然加加加!牆上貼滿餐牌和食物圖片,另外門口有幅梅光軒老店的黑白照片,場內播著柔和的音。每張枱上都有不同的調味料任君使用呢!炙燒五花叉燒拉麵選了醬油湯,大量的芝麻讓湯香口,味道鹹香又濃郁,但也不會太鹹呢!小貼士:將生蔥浸軟才吃就不辣了~麵看起來像公仔麵,但吃下不像啊。它的質感煙靭又有咬口,如果用來做沾麵應該相當掛汁吧!我們期待的炙燒五花叉燒有兩大片,都好長。因為燒過的關係,叉燒更香口。雖然脂肪部份多,但吃下去感覺爽口不油膩,太邪惡了味噌海鮮拉麵的湯的顏色比想像中淡色,不過味道是好濃厚的,也是不會太鹹,不怕多喝。這碗除了蔥還有大量芽菜呢!海鮮有蟹肉棒和大大粒帶子,每款各兩件,還有薄叉燒,是典型在拉麵上用的叉燒,沒有燒過當然沒剛才的香,不過肉質勝在夠軟。他們的溏心蛋都做得很好,晶瑩的蛋黃像漿一樣,甜甜的,好吃蟹肉棒並不是普通蟹柳,而帶子更是鮮甜、多肉又爽口吃過拉麵,店家會自動上甜品。北海道Bocca氣球布丁我是貪過癮點的,有數款口味,我們選了牛奶味~ 真的用氣球裝著布丁奉上先用牙簽將氣球弄破,過程是沒有澎湃的聲音或爆破效果的,不用擔心淋上焦糖後就可享用,質感超級嫩滑,牛奶味重,好creamy跟焦糖漿好夾!如果可以一次過吃完其他口味就好了抹茶粉蕨餅有三大粒,外層的粉味道甘香,蕨餅身煙靭有咬口,能十元就吃到實在好抵!店內還有鹽味拉麵,麻辣麵等選擇,加上還有其他口味的布丁未吃,要再來再來!…Read More
