同班朋友到旺角逛,無意中經過《老川皇》,位置響砵蘭街114號地下,因為門口較特別,所以我哋留意到,原本係食四川菜。最近天氣濕度高,最好食辣,於是乎入去試下先。食四川菜人人都會點的,非水煮系列莫屬。我哋點咗水煮桂花魚,要少辣。一大盤赤紅色的湯,表面全是辣椒,花椒和野生椒浮面,好嚇人!但嘗了一口後,味道非常棒,不是想像中辣,魚塊更是鮮嫩得可怕,比蒸魚更嫩滑鮮美,實在令人有驚喜。間中咬破一粒花椒,舌頭像麻痺一樣,立刻吃些青瓜解麻中和,正!手拍青瓜不錯,現在很少見真的拍出來,青瓜再切成小粒狀,爽脆而且涼涼哋,可以中和辣的感覺。辣子雞都是必叫的,先將雞炸至脆身,然後用大量乾辣椒,花椒,香料一齊炒,味道香脆得來麻辣,十分美味!最正是這個鐵板燒茄子,醬油非常豐富,看起來不是那麼辣但很香,加上茄子又“林”又滑,送飯簡直一流。焗生蠔正!平時很怕食蒜蓉,但這個不同,很香,多汁,蠔又大又新鮮又肥美,熱辣辣食更正!!田雞腿肉多,新鮮而嫩口,有麻香又帶辣,味道特別,最難得是有個爐熱著,保證熱辣辣。豬頸肉燒到外脆內“林”,加上外層曬上香辣粉,簡直可以食完再食。…Read More

分別係4月2日同4月18日食老川皇第一次係食小菜, 第二次係食酸辣粉第一次食左, 辣子雞, 夫妻肺片, 燒韭菜同燒茄子辣子雞 - 中辣雞肉切得好碎, 好細件, 又多骨, 但炒得好乾身, 好香口夫妻肺片 - 中辣非常好食, 可以再食辣少少, 我中意有汁的辣多過炒乾身的辣枱上有辣椒油, 我再加埋一齊食都好好食燒韭菜, 燒茄子]燒韭菜係大陸食過一次, 人地串晒成條竹籤都係]韭菜, 呢度得幾條, 大陸比較好食D燒茄子過左火, 茄子太"淋", 唔爽口又難夾第二次食左, 手拍青瓜, 米線, 薯粉, 燒韭菜同燒茄子米線, 薯粉米線同薯粉都好滑, 辣味同小菜的辣不同, 唔麻辣唔太香, 是酸味較多我另外叫待應加辣俾我, 原來只係辣椒粒同辣油一碗, 加埋比較酸最後拎枱上的辣椒油撈埋食, 仲比較好食米線薯粉上的餸, 完全唔辣唔入味, 明顯係分開煮好, 放上米線上燒韭菜, 燒茄子燒得比第一次好食, 茄子燒得剛剛好, 味道比較好, 辣粉香口d相信燒的食物好難控制水準...拍青瓜有蒜粒係上面, 當然香口, 青瓜爽口, 但可惜唔夠凍凍食會比較好老川皇小菜比酸辣粉出色好多, 如果有麻辣粉會更好…Read More
