而家潮流講養生,點到卽止不會吃得太飽;尤其晚餐最好若七成飽便夠免得夜後難消化和積聚脂肪。所以很多時寧可選擇D富營養和自己喜歡的食物。尤其食火鍋更要精簡為妙以免吃壞肚皮。今次和知己行至九龍城區買物資,隨即找回兩年前幫襯過的火煱店;因這裡食物質素唔錯有好感。坐下後隨即order左二人套餐貪佢乜都有唔駛煩。而湯底就莞茜馬蹄皮蛋煱,可清清燥熱。頂級手切牛肉油脂均勻,肉味濃。極品安格斯牛肉粒若時間控制得宜,肉質嫩滑又有嚼口。牛白肉以我來講係新嘗試,切得很簿口感爽脆。蟶子和青口各有兩大隻,非常厚肉。蝦丸墨魚丸牛筋丸和鲮魚丸全部皆人手打,真材實料。墨魚丸和蝦丸爽口彈牙,牛筋丸牛味香;鲮魚丸咬落毫無碎骨,可放心食。自製鮮蝦雲吞和鳳城水餃係我至爱,裹著全是大大隻鮮蝦;美味非常。自製韮菜餃D韮菜很香口,而魚皮餃餃皮煙煙勒勒,味道巧到好處。蔬菜籃只有兩欵畧為少,但好在夠新鲜。最後還有烏冬和出前一丁任揀一欵。我們當然選擇手打稻庭烏冬。…Read More

早前閉關了太久,現在係時候出關啦!朋友知我近期特別喜愛食牛,特意帶我前來九龍城,這裡有好多新開食店,聽說這間牛精皇的火鍋店經常爆滿,最好是提早預訂枱,咁就萬無一失啦!!而它的門面好容易認,有隻憤怒牛頭做標記,完全配合它的店名”牛精”皇。入到店面,看似細細,只有幾張枱,但唔問唔知原來這店還有樓上,仲有包房服務。喜愛獨立空間或一班朋友來就啱晒。火鍋醬料例牌有蔥碎、香菜碎、蒜碎、辣椒、芝麻油和醬油,不要睇少佢,它是一個很重要的配角,有佢才令主角更出色。 至於湯底 ~~我們就叫咗個簡單又清香的莞茜馬蹄皮蛋鍋,清清地才更可突顯各種食材的鮮味。:)坐下來便開始研究食物,大部分都係我的至愛,最後揀了二人套餐$548。三層的食物架內有牛白肉、安格斯牛肉同牛柳粒、聖子王,手打蝦丸同墨魚丸,雲呑、水餃,菜同烏冬。服務員好細心地提醒不同的食物要滾多久時間才是最棒進食味道,如牛白肉只需時6至10秒而已, 有少許硬和牛味不算很出,但勝在夠爽。超大的蟶子皇就只需滾10秒便即可入口,因為這才食到它的新鮮甜味,果然非同凡嚮,超正。安格斯牛柳粒就要滾10分鐘以上,真係夠彈,而安格斯牛肉口感又真的是不同,我個人認為什麼醬汁都不需要,咁就食到原汁原味的牛味,仲係好重牛味。手打蝦丸、牛丸、墨魚丸和鯪魚丸,味道濃郁,很爽,粒粒皆彈牙,好好味。水餃都是水準之作,內有雲耳、大蝦、豬肉碎,竟然肉質不單彈牙更有肉汁在內,簡直無得輸! 雲呑有肉碎和兩隻大蝦,新鮮不再話,雲吞皮都剛好不會太厚,材料又洽如其份,想加單呵!連烏冬都不是一般平價的貨色,係手打稻庭烏冬,感受到他們很用心和用成本打動我們。 …Read More

兩天前天氣還很熱很濕,但這兩天突然又變冷。又是適合打邊爐的時候。這次與朋友互相遷就,來到九龍城涮一涮。九龍城看似很偏遠,但原來與樂富十份近。來到的時候已經幾乎滿座,首先先自行調制醬料(注意:醬料要每位加$18),可自由加蒜、蔥等等。湯底選了野生松茸豬肚雞鍋。起初湯底很多泡,店員細心地替我們隔了泡,之後不斷替我們加湯底雞與鍋是另外上的,店員替我們放了雞進鍋,滾了一會兒便關火。對我們說自行計時8分鐘後便可以吃了。原本想點竹蔗茅根水的,但因為太受歡迎,售韾了,唯有叫綠茶。不過原來是道地蜂蜜綠茶,是的至愛來到牛精皇這吃牛的地方,怎能不叫牛?牛皇拼盤一定是必叫之選!雖然是貴,但真的值。牛皇拼盤有3層,第一層是安格斯牛肉粒及牛白肉;第二層是牛舌及牛𦟌;第三層是頂級肥牛安格斯牛肉粒必須要泡在湯底最少10分鐘,泡得越久,會更好吃!吃進口,會感覺到牛肉的脂肪油從牛肉擠出來,十分美味!接著說說其他肉,牛白肉真的是火鍋珍品,因為接近牛胸骨的軟骨,所以吃的時候會感到爽脆!涮6-7秒便能吃:)牛舌與牛𦟌,肉質結實又帶點彈性,配上醬汁更鮮美。頂級肥牛脂肪分佈平均,入口綿綿的,肉香突出。打邊爐必配烏冬,稻庭烏冬是我愛的烏冬的其中一款,因為這烏冬口感煙韌,配上醬汁或湯底真的一流!喜愛芝士的我怎會不叫芝心丸?濃濃的芝士真的很吸引人xd…Read More
