朋友帶咗我去旺角食晏,但位置唔係鬧市中心🤔,而係喺長沙街嘅「直燒和牛商店」。基本上普通行街未必會經過,但餐廳人氣頗高的,要排隊入座,你就知佢乜料啦。原來餐廳係食石燒牛🔥,起初不抱太大期望,因為好似度度都差唔多,不過食完就發現大有驚喜。菜式選擇唔多,但佢唔係問你要幾多克、求其切一大嚿肉畀你自己燒嗰種,而係經已切好一片片,方便拎去燒。肉本身嘅價錢唔算貴,午市/晚市加$28/$38就可以變成豐富嘅定食,就如圖片中一樣繽紛😍。餐枱唔大張,不過啱啱好夠擺晒啲嘢。石燒火候都算唔差,但面積較細,要慢慢燒。吉列牛脷($98),呢個係小店嘅名物🌟,每枱都有嗌,我相信其中一個主要原因係任食!話就話任食♾,但第一碟上嘅時候已經好震撼,繞圈排足足有成25件,仲要講緊唔係好薄、好細塊。如果仲能Encore的話,我讚你叻🤣。牛脷處理得好出色🐮👅,首先佢厚薄適中,質感一啲都唔韌,但又唔會太稔。第二,吉列皮緊貼牛脷,燒完之後口感脆卜卜,唔會成口粉,亦唔油膩。最後,吱少少檸檬汁同沾醬汁食就完美!手切鹿兒島黑毛和牛($158/120g),🥩佢呢個堅係和牛,唔係得個名,食落油份充足,從肉身睇亦見到好靚嘅脂肪紋理。店員拎出嚟時,牛肉已經溶咗雪,唔會硬邦邦,再輕輕灑啲鹽粒,就能突顯牛味。一客和牛約有十片,厚度剛好,就算男仔食都夠有突😋。我哋見小食價錢唔貴,所以就嗌咗份唐揚雞髀($38/9件)。🍗炸雞份量同樣嚇人,用湯碗上,我都無細數幾多件,總之就好多,性價比高。炸雞皮脆,雞肉唔算好嫩,但都唔嚡,建議沾伴旁嘅黑松露汁食🍄。紫菜月見飯,紫菜飯又係正嘅🍚,白飯完全被紫菜所遮蓋,中間再加原隻蛋黃,撈勻食就算無餸都成碗食得晒,因為好惹味。🍳篤穿蛋黃都無令飯過濕,珍珠米本身粒粒分明又軟熟。跟餐沙律係迷你版嘅水牛芝士沙律配柚子醋🥗,特別之處必定係嗰粒水牛芝士,多數西餐先有得食嘛。芝士口感煙韌,帶微微奶香🧀。另外,沙律菜本身都新鮮,沾柚子醋食開胃。泠泡白桃烏龍茶唔使額外加錢,大大枝以樽裝上。🍵烏龍茶清香,滲出微微白桃味,最緊要係無糖,清熱氣啱晒。總括嚟講,直燒和牛商店嘅食物質素優秀,絕對係意料之外。我敢講佢係我食過最好食嘅石燒牛店💯,沒有之一,無論吉列牛舌定和牛都好好食,份量又多!唯一挑剔嘅地方就係環境麻麻哋,冷氣唔太夠,不過女店員好好人,見我哋大汗踏細汗,就將風機嘅出風口轉向我哋。朋友唔食紫菜,佢又樂意幫忙分開上,服務態度專業,抵讚👍。…Read More
